To improve the initial strength and stability of lightweight-foamed concrete, which shows suitable sound absorption and insulation characteristics, the effect of CO<sub>2</sub>-reduced cement on the properties of the concrete was investigated. Various mixing ratios were applied by substituting a certain amount of slag and Calcium Sulfo Aluminate (CSA) in CO<sub>2</sub>-reduced Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) and the physical properties of the samples were examined using the Korean Standard. The kiln temperatures of the CSA were 100-200℃ ; these values are lower than those of OPC and can lead to energy saving. In addition, the low limestone content reduces greenhouse gas emissions by 20 %. Adding a small amount of CSA in OPC content activates Ca-Al-H<sub>2</sub>-based hydrates, and the initial compressive strength of the concrete is improved. As the CSA content increased, the thermal conductivity of the concrete decreased by up to 8% compared to plain concrete, thus indicating an improvement in its insulation. Therefore, the settlement stability was improved as the addition of CSA shortened the setting time.

Background and Objectives The purpose of this study was 1) to assess differences in categoriesof olfactory dysfunction according to the pathological classification of chronic rhinosinusitiswith nasal polyp (CRSwNP) patients; 2) to identify the degree of olfaction recoveryafter endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS); and 3) to identify the factors that predict the changes inolfactory status. Subjects and Method The sample of the study consisted of patients with CRSwNP whounderwent ESS with biopsy from January 2012 to September 2014. Seventy five patients wereclassified into eosinophilic CRS (ECRS) and non-ECRS groups. During an approximately fivemonthfollow-up, the Korean Version of Sniffin’ Sticks test II (KVSS II) was conducted oneach patient to examine the difference between the preoperative and postoperative states of olfactoryfunction. Results The ECRS group showed a statistical significant increase in the postoperativeKVSS II scores when compared to the preoperative scores, while the non-ECRS group did notshow any statistically significant change. For the anosmia category by KVSS II, the ECRSgroup showed significantly improved olfactory function test scores for the threshold, discrimination,and identification tests. Conclusion ECRS and preoperative olfactory function status (anosmia) could be predictablefactors of postoperative olfactory function.
P2P 서비스를 이용한 MP3 파일교환과 저작권법에 관한 연구

인터넷의 보급과 컴퓨터 기술의 발달은 우리의 생활을 편리하게 했지만, 반면 과거에는 불가능했던 여러 가지 법적 문제를 발생시키고 있다. 그 중 대표적인 사례가 인터넷 P2P 서비스를 통한 MP3 파일교환이다. 예전에는 높은 금액을 주고 사야했던 음악 CD를 인터넷을 통해 손쉽게 구할 수 있게 되어 편리해졌지만, 이로 인해 발생한 타인의 저작권 침해는 새로운 법적 문제가 된 것이다. 본 연구에서는 미국과 한국에서 논란이 되었던 냅스터 사건과 소리바다 사건을 소송 경과에 따라 자세히 분석하고 그 의의를 알아보았다. 또한, 일반적인 P2P 서비스 시스템의 구조와 이로 인해 발생 가능한 법적 문제에 대해 살피고, 이에 대한 해결책을 제안하였다. The rapid growth of Internet and computer technology made our life more convenient, but they also caused various legal problems which had not been possible in the past. One of the representative examples is the exchange of MP3 files through peer to peer service. Although we had to pay a lot of money to buy music CDs, but we can get them through internet more easily. It is certainly convenient, but it also causes the infringement of copyright. The result of analyzing Napster and Soribada case, I investigated the structure of peer to peer system and suggested a solution of the copyright infringement in MP3 file exchange through peer to peer service.
클로르헥시딘 바니쉬의 적용이 교정용 브라켓의 전단접착강도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 클로르헥시딘 처리가 교정용 브라켓의 전단접착강도와 탈락 양상에 미치는 영향을 비교하는 것이다. 실험군으로 4주간 4회의 클로르헥시딘 바니쉬를 도포한 22개의 사람 소구치를 선택하였고, 대조군으로 아무 처리도 하지 않은 22개의 사람 소구치를 선택하였다. 모든 치아는 37%의 phosphoric acid gel로 부식시키고 교정용 브라켓을 같은 조건으로 부착시켰다. 전단접착강도의 측정을 위해 Instron universal testing machine(model 4466)을 이용하였고, 법랑질과 브라켓 표면은 SEM으로 관찰하였다. 결과의 분석은 t-test를 이용하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 1.클로르헥시딘의 법랑질 처리는 전단접착강도에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 2.클로르헥시딘으로 법랑질을 처리한 경우와 그렇지 않는 경우에 브라켓 탈락 양상에 차이가 없었다. 따라서, 클로르헥시딘으로 법랑질을 처리하여도 브라켓 접착에 유해한 작용이 없었고, 따라서 임상사용에 적합하다고 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of chlorhexidine varnish affects the shear bond strength and failure pattern of orthodontic brackets or not. The experimental group consisted of 22 human premolars which extracted after chlorhexidine vanish application(4 times for 1 week interval) in vivo, and the control group consisted of 22 human premolars which extracted without any pre-treatment. After all teeth were etched with 37% phosphoric acid gel, metal orthodontic brackets (Q-3002, RMO, USA) were bonded to each tooth using auto-polymerizing orthodontic resin (Ortho-One, Bisco, USA) with the same bonding procedure. The shear bond strength was measured with Instron universal testing machine (model 4466, Instron Ltd., England), and the failure pattern of each bracket was examined with Scanning Electron Microscope (SM 840A, JEOL, Japan). The data were analysed statistically with t-test. The results were as follows : 1.Application of chlorhexidine varnish had no significant effect on the shear bond strength of the orthodontic bracket. 2.There was no significant difference in the failure pattern of orthodontic bracket between the experimental group and the control group.
