Klebsiella sp. L-10에 의한 고점성 히아루론산 복합체의 생산

A bacterium which produce hyaluronic acid complex was isolated from soil, and identified as Klebsiella sp. L-10. The maximal hyaluronic acid complex production was obtained when the strain was cultured at $37^{\circ}C$ for 18hrs with shaking in the optimal medium containing 0.1% yeast ext., 3% tryptone, 5% glucose, 10mM $K_2HPO_4$and $KH_2PO_4$, respectively and initial pH6.5 and the final hyaluronic acid complex production under the above condition was 1,400mg per liter of cultures. 토양으로부터 고점성의 히아루론산 복합체를 생산하는 균주를 분리하여 Klebsiella sp.L-10으로 동정하였다. Klebsiella sp. L-10의 히아루론산 복합체 생산 최적 배지 조성은 yeast ext. 0.1%, tryptone 3%, glucose 5%, $K_2HPO_4$와 $KH_2PO_4$ 각각 10mM이었고 배양조건은 배지의 초기 pH6.5, 배양온도 $37^{\circ}C$, 배양시간 18시간 이었으며 이 조건에서 배양액 리터당 약 1,400mg의 점성이 매우 강한 히아루론산 복합체가 생산되었다.

초등 고학년생을 위한 스마트폰 중독 예방프로그램의 효과성

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the modified version of the smartphone addiction prevention program developed by the National Information Society Agency. Upper elementary school students were recruited from community youth centers located in Chungju. A total of 86 students agreed to participate in the study; 42 students were given the 8-session smartphone addiction prevention program (experimental group) and 44 students were placed on the wait-list (control group). The prevention program addressed cognitions and emotions precipitating smartphone addiction and included a plan for a wise smartphone use and a plan for activities and behaviors as alternatives to smartphone use. The average daily use time for smartphone and levels of smartphone addiction, anxiety, depression, impulsivity, and aggression were measured at pre- and post-study points both in the experimental and control groups. Two-way ANOVAs with group (experiment and control groups) and measurement point (pre & post) as independent variables revealed significant interaction effects for all six outcomes. Further analyses testing pre-post score differences in each group showed a significant pre-post decrease in all six outcomes of the experimental group, but not in the wait-list control group. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the smartphone addiction prevention program not only in decreasing upper elementary school students’ overuse of and addiction to the smartphone but also in improving their mental health in areas of anxiety, depression, impulsivity, and aggression.

한국 사회적경제 공제의 커뮤니티 기여

이 논문의 목적은 한국 사회적경제 공제의 커뮤니티 기여 내용을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위한 연구질문으로 한국 사회적경제 공제는 커뮤니티에 어떠한 기여를 하고 있는가이며, 연구방법으로는 한국 사회적경제 조직을 대상으로 한 문헌연구를 바탕으로 해서 인터뷰 조사로 보충한다. 한국 사회적경제 공제의 커뮤니티 기여는 크게 여섯 가지로 나타났다. 첫째, 한국 사회적경제 공제는 상호부조 정신을 커뮤니티로 확대한다. 둘째, 커뮤니티의 경제 안정화를 위해 노력한다. 셋째, 자본주의 보험에 대항해 왔으며, 조합원과 지역주민에게 경제적 이익을 제공한다. 넷째, 소외된 계층을 위한 사회안전망을 보완한다. 다섯째, 고용 안정을 돕는다. 여섯째, 지역사회 통합에 기여한다. This paper aims to identify the contents of the community contribution of the Korean social economy insurance. For this purpose, the research question focused on the following; how does Korean social economy insurance contribute to the community? As a research method, this paper is complemented by interview surveys based on literature research on Korean social economy organizations. The contributions of the Korean social economy insurance represents six major types of content: First, the Korean social economy insurance extends the spirit of mutual aid to communities. Second, it plays a key role in stabilizing the economy in the community. Third, it has been against capitalist insurance as it has provided economic benefits to its members and communities. Fourth, it complements the social safety net for the neglected classes. Fifth, it supports employment stability. Sixth, it contributes to community integration.

교도관의 감수성훈련 집단상담 참여경험에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 질적연구 방법 중 현상학적 연구방법을 활용하여 감수성훈련 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 감수성훈련 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 교도관의 참여경험과 참여경험에 대한 구조를 알아보는데 있다. 이 연구를 위해 교도관 5명을 연구참여자로 선정하여 심층면담 하였고 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi(1978)가 제시한 7단계 절차를 토대로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 67의 주제와 15개의 주제묶음, 그리고 5개의 범주로 도출되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교도관의 감수성훈련 집단 상담에서의 경험은 ‘교도관의 감수성훈련 적응과정’, ‘교도관의 스트레스’, ‘개인내적 심리 변화’, ‘대인관계에서의 변화’, ‘교도관으로서의 태도와 역할 변화’로 파악 되었다. 둘째, 집단상담 참여경험의 구조와 관련하여, ‘교도관의 스트레스’는 ‘교도관의 감수성훈련 적응과정’에 영향을 미치고, ‘교도관의 감수성훈련 적응과정’은 ‘개인내적 심리변화’와 ‘대인관계의 변화’에 영향을 미친다. ‘개인내적 심리변화’와 ‘대인관계의 변화’는 ‘교도관으로서의 태도와 역할변화’에 영향을 미친다. 또한 이들은 서로 분리되어 있는 것이 아니라 서로 상호작용하는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고 각 범주에 포함되어 있던 주제묶음들이 서로 상호작용적으로 연결되어 영향을 미치고 있다. 이상에서 본 연구는 감수성훈련 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 교도관의 참여경험과 참여경험에 대한 구조를 알아봄으로써, 그들의 교정목표를 달성하는데 필요한 상담 프로그램을 개발하는데 도움을 주고, 교도관들의 정서안정을 도모하는 다양한 사업을 위한 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the structure of experience and participation experience of jailer participating in sensitivity training group counseling program by using phenomenological research method among qualitative research methods. For this study, five jailer were selected as research participants for in-depth interview and the collected data were analyzed based on the seven step procedure presented by Colaizzi (1978). The results of the analysis, 87 themes, 16 theme clusters and 6 categories were derived. The results of the study are as follows. First, The contents of experience of sensitivity training group counseling of jailer are as follows: ‘life as a jailer’, ‘adaptation process of ‘sensitivity training of jailer’, ‘change of perspective’, ‘change of mind and body’, ‘change of attitude and role as a jailer’, ‘improvement of quality of life’. Second, the structure of participation experience of sensitivity group counseling of jailers was revealed that ‘life as a jailer’ affects ‘the process of adapting the sensitivity training of the jailer’, ‘the process of adapting the sensitivity training of the jailer’ and ‘change of mind and body’. ‘Change of perspective and change of mind and body’ have an effect on ‘attitude and role change as a jailer’ and ‘improvement of quality of life’. Also, ‘change of perspective’ and ‘change of mind and body’ interacted with each other, and ‘improvement of quality of life’ and ‘attitude and role change as a jailer’ were found to interact with each other. And the theme clusters included in each category are interactively connected and influencing each other. This study is expected that it will be helpful for developing counseling program to achieve their goal of correction and will be basic data for development of counseling program for emotional stability by finding out the structure of participant experience and participation experience of jailers who participated in sensitivity training group counseling program.

중완(中脘)(CV12) 및 천추(天樞)(ST25) 산양산삼약침 처치가 흰쥐의 혈액성상 및 싸이토카인에 미치는 영향

Objectives: To investigate whether cultivated wild ginseng pharmacopuncture at CV12 and/or ST25 has any immune-enhancing effect in normal rats. Methods: Effects of cultivated wild ginseng pharmacopuncture at CV12 and/or ST25 on blood cell counts, cell composition, cytokine and plasma protein Levels were investigated in normal rats. Results: Red blood cell count, hematocrit and hemoglobin Levels significantly increased in cultivated wild ginseng pharmacopuncture groups compared with those of the normal group. There was, however, no significant difference in white blood cell (WBC) count and WBC differential count between the normal group and the pharmacopuncture groups. Cultivated wild ginseng pharmacopuncture groups had significantly higher Levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) than the normal group while no significant difference between groups was found in interleukin-1β (IL-1β) Level. Total protein and albumin Levels were not different between groups. Conclusions: The results suggest that cultivated wild ginseng pharmacopuncture at CV12 and/or ST25 may have no immune-enhancing effect in normal rats.

수도권 및 지방 5개 광역권 화물 기종점 통행량 자료의 현행화

대도시 화물 기종점 통행량(O/D) 자료는 각종 교통계획 및 물류계획의 효과적인 수립, 시행, 평가를 위해 필수적으로 요구되는 기초자료이다. 특히 수도권 및 지방 5개 광역권으로의 지속적인 인구유입과 그에 따른 통근권 및 생활권 확대로 인해 각종 교통문제가 대도시를 넘어서 광역화 되어가고 있어 대도시권역에 대한 기종점 통행량 구축이 시급한 실정이다. 이에 따라 건설교통부와 교통개발연구원은 「1999년 국가교통DB구축사업」을 통하여 부산, 대구, 광주, 대전, 울산광역시 등 5개 대도시의 시외유출입통행조사, 가구통행실태조사, 화물통행실태조사를 시행한 바 있으며, 2001년에는 전국물류현황조사 및 5개 광역시 인접 시군에 대해 가구통행실태조사 및 시외유출입통행조사를 실시하였다. 또한 조사된 자료를 바탕으로 수도권 및 지방 5개 광역권의 현재(2001년 기준) 및 장래 화물 기종점 통행량을 구축하였다.
