        체육수업 현장에서 운동검사와 처방 적용 방안

        This study is for an offer to help the developmentand application of the program that improves health of the students, investigating perception of the present school"s teacher on effective management about measurement, evaluation, treatment, operation, care and based on the investigation to find the effective management on exercise prescription for school. some important points are need for the improvement of health and physical education practices for Korean youth. The systematic and multidimensional concept in physical education should be applied in order to achieve the health and quality of life. This requires a systematic exercise prescription in school physical education. The benefits of aerobic exercises have been proven for all-cause mortality, cardiovascular morbidity and many illnesses. To workout safely, medical examination and exercise testing should be done prior to exercise. Cardiac disease and musculoskeletal problems should be ruled out by medical examination and test. The result of exercise testing is the basic data for exercise prescription because of wide range of fitness on the same age and sex. Cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and balance ability are the basic components of fitness measurement. Appropriate method to assess fitness among various methods can be used. Moderate aerobic exercise is recommended to be done more than 30minutes a day, 5 times a week. Recently 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week is being recommended. Vigorous aerobic exercise more than 20 minutes a day 3 times a week or 75 minutes a week is recommended.

        고혈압·당뇨가 있는 만성질환자들의 운동 참여가 건강지표, 신체구성 및 체력수준에 미치는 영향

        This study approach the social problems of hypertension, diabetes and lack of physical activity as a regular exercise. [PURPOSE] The purpose of this study was to improvement the change of fitness level test and body composition and health index in 12-weeks physical activity program with diabetes and hypertension patient. [METHODS] The 360 elderly people with hypertension and diabetes were divided into two groups, male and female. One male group(n=121) and the female group(n=239) had physical activity program 2 days per week. The measurement method was body composition, blood analysis, blood pressure, physical fitness test. Physical fitness tests measured muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, agility, and balance. [RESULTS] The results of inspection were as following; ① body composition was significant different between pre-post(p<.05). ② blood test was significant different between pre-post(p<.05). ③ blood pressure was significant different between pre-post(p<.05). ④ fitness test was significant different between pre-post(p<.05). [CONCLSION] As a conclusion, the regular physical activity program might enhance not only body composition and blood test and blood pressure and fitness test. when this data were combined, physical activity program was significant reduction in the Hba1c and blood pressure. According to this study, regular physical activity can be an effective way to care chronic diseases and to live a healthy life.

        고령여성들의 스트레칭 운동이 보행기능 및 고유수용성 능력에 미치는 영향

        Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of proprioceptive and gait ability in elderly women who was 16-week stretching exercise program. Forty-seven elderly women were classified to two group. One experimental group(n=24) had taken part in stretching exercise program 3 days per week and the other control group(n=23) had not taken. The results of inspection were as following; ① the static proprioceptive ability(Romberg`s test) was significant different between experimental and control group(p<.05). ② the dynamic static proprioceptive ability(8-feet walk and Tandem Gait Test) was not significant different between two group, time. ③ the gait ability(Temporal Distance Gait Analysis) was significant different between experimental and control(p<.05). ④ Both proprioceptive and the gait ability related to itself in elderly women. As a conclusion, the regular stretching exercise program might enhance not only proprioceptive and gait ability but also reduce a danger of falling in elderly women.

        척수손상 장애인을 위한 운동검사와 처방

        Paraplegia means an impairment in motor or sensory function of the cervical section of the spine due to neurological damage in the spinal canal. Therefore, when examining the motor function of patients with spinal cord injury, tests should be made up of components that can meet the needs of each patient. To care for paraplegic patients, detailed exercise testing should be made to assess the patients’ current health status, possibility of returning to day-to-day activities after the injury and risk of cardiovascular disease, and to improve their health in general. Moreover, the essential components of the exercise testing for paraplegic patients should be adjusted according to exercise type, frequency, intensity, duration, goal progress and the health, physical limitations and risk factors of patients. Just as in administering medications, exercise diagnosis including diagnostic yield, indications, contraindication, workout routine, intensity, duration, frequency, progress and intervention should be recorded in detail. The goal of exercise testing for patients in wheelchairs is to help them carry out their day-to-day activities more effectively by securing the range of motion, improving muscle strength and cardiorespiratory function, preventing the exhaustion of their upper bodies and boosting their overall health. But in order to execute an exercise program safely, a comprehensive medical assessment should be carried out in advance. In addition, there needs to be continuous research in the application response of the exercise program for paraplegic patients to absolute contraindication. Sustained efforts are needed to help the paraplegic patients find jobs and take part in society as equal members. To this end, experts in exercise prescription that plan and provide exercise programs can play a pivotal role.

        위치 기반 시스템을 위한 CMOS IR-UWB RFIC

        본 논문에서는 근거리 위치 기반 시스템을 위한 3 - 5 GHz IR-UWB(impulse radio-ultra wide band) RFIC를 제안한다. 수신기의 구조는 에너지 검출 방식으로 설계되었고, 고속 sampling을 하기 위해서 4 bit ADC 와 DLL(delay locked loop) 을 이용하여 equivalent-time sampling 기술을 사용하도록 설계되었다. 송신기는 저전력의 디지털 UWB impulse generator 를 설계하였다. 설계된 IR-UWB RFIC 는 CMOS 0.18 μm 공정을 이용하여 제작되었다. 측정된 수신기의 감도는 -85.7 dBm 이며, 송신기와 수신기는 1.8 V 전원 전압에서 각각 32 mA 와 25.5 mA 의 전류를 소모한다. This paper presents a fully integrated 3 - 5 GHz IR-UWB(impulse radio ultra-wide band) RFIC for Location based system. The receiver architecture adopts the energy detection method and for high speed sampling, the equivalent time sampling technique using the integrated DLL(delay locked loop) and 4 bit ADC. The digitally synthesized UWB impulse generator with low power consumption is also designed. The designed IR-UWB RFIC is implemented on 0.18 μm CMOS technology. The receiver"s sensitivity is -85.7 dBm and the current consumption of receiver and transmitter is 32 mA and 25.5 mA respectively at 1.8 V supply.

        노인의 퇴행성 무릎관절염을 위한 재활운동에 관한 고찰

        The purpose of this study was to provide the rehabilitation exercise program for people who have been to involved knee disease. In the current age of medical rehabilitation advances, for minimizing injury and increasing the range of motion, together with obtaining strength, proper alignment and stability, have become the major goals of knee joint rehabilitation. The benefits of rehabilitation exercises have been proven to reduce for morbidity of knee disease. rehabilitation exercise program for knee joint disease reported to be effective in knee pain, muscle strength and musculoarticular function. The progressive rehabilitation program included flexibility, strength, endurance, active range of motion, aerobic exercise and functional activities. Musculoskeletal problems should be ruled out by medical examination and rehabilitation. Muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and balance on the knee joint are the basic components of fitness and quality of life. Appropriate method to work rehabilitation exercise among various knee disease can be used. moderate aerobic exercise is recommended to be done more than 30minutes a day, 5 times a week. musculoskeletal strengthening and endurance exercise is recommended to be done 2~3 times a week.

        볼링선수의 체력과 경기력의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between fitness factors and performance, which is the most general index of exercise performance of elite bowling athletes.The subjects of this study were selected for a total of 40 people every 20 people each male and female players as of middle and high school elite bowlers.The study measured the basic and physical strength of bowling players, calculated gender mean and standard deviations, and conducted a correlation between individual fitness factors and performance capabilities.Finally, multiple regression analysis was performed by setting the average score as a dependent variable and setting the various fitness factors as independent variables to determine the factors that affect bowling performance.There was a significant correlation between bowling performance and sitting height, 20m shuttle-run, grip strength, and back strength, sit-up, s, Sargent Jump, standing broad jump, side step, standing on one leg with eyes closed, Dynamic Balance, maximal anaerobic power, average power, knee flexion muscle power of Supporting leg, muscle endurance of knee extension, knee extension muscle endurance of Supporting leg, knee flexion muscle endurance of not Supporting leg, and knee flexion muscle endurance of Supporting leg. In addition, 20m short-disclarge, multI-run, and dynamic variables are used to predict the performance of bowling in the application of multiple regression analysis step selection method after performing a multI-translation analysis.These results suggest that a scientific kinetic study is needed to evaluate the dynamic balance and knee muscle function scientifically and to improve these variables in order to predict the performance of bowling and to apply effective scientific training.

        노인만성질환자의 운동 참여가 신체기능과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        To participate in physical activity, chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension, the target elevation with respect to the quality of life, general characteristics, smoking, alcohol consumption, regular physical activity and healthy lifestyle and fitness level of quality of life in the reporting relationship logistic regression analysis, adjusted for the variables related to physical activity and quality of life significantly affects the rise was investigated. The subjects of this study is based in the N physical activity programs to proceed with chronic illness were recruited to use, the program started in 2009 by the first half of 2011, was conducted 3 times a week. Participated in physical activity data were collected from 174 patients, were investigated by using the program to predata. Health-related quality of life, gender, health and lifestyle, smoking, alcohol consumption, regular physical activity and fitness levels of grip and sit-ups were associated with, and grip strength and Sit-ups, depending on the fitness levels of two quantiles were separated, fitness levels were lower in group 1. Tertile dependent variable is separated by ``0.8663 and 0.8663 ≤ 0.9347 and > 0.9347 has a range of. The lowest score here ``category by 0.8663 based on the quality of life curious, Andrew did not affect any variable examined. Polynomial in the variables associated with logistic regression analysis result 0.8663 ≤ 0.9347 EQ-5D scores were statistically significant only in the diabetic. FBS < 126 compared to the FBS 126 times the odds ratio was 0.28. EQ-5D scores the highest > 0.9347 when viewing the results of health-related quality of life factors that affect diabetes, regular physical activity, and sit-ups (muscular endurance) could result in the significant. Diabetes FBS < 126 FBS ≥ 126 compared to the odds ratio 0.23 (0.72 to 0.70) times respectively, in the case of regular physical activity, regular physical activity does not answer that regular physical activity than those who answered groups that are the odds ratio from 3.55 (1.06 to 11.88) times higher. The results of physical activity have higher quality of life as significant predictors of physical activity participation in the program and allow yourself to exercise guidance, and shows that we need to pay attention.

        코어운동장비 기반의 요부강화 운동프로그램이 만성요통 노인의 요부근력에 미치는 효과

        This study was conducted to investigate the effect of back strengthening exercise program using core exercise equipment on the back muscles strength in elderly patients with chronic lower back pain. The subjects of this study were 40 elderly people with chronic back pain who are 70 years or older using Seniors Welfare Centers located in Seoul city and suffer from back and lower limb pains that interrupt daily activities. The change in peak torque of adduction and abduction of back extensor, hip and pelvic was measured after a 12-weeks back strengthening exercise program using core exercise equipment. The back strength showed statistically significant difference by measurement point (105°, 120°), between groups (105°, 120°, 135°, 150°, 165°)and by interaction effect (105°, 120°) at each angle (p<.05). The muscle strength of hip also showed significant difference based on interaction effect (p<.05) and the change of strength during abduction and adduction showed significant interaction effect between the measurement points and groups (p<.05). This study applied the exercise program to the range of motion of pelvic and hip, which is greater than that of those in the back. It extended back exercise treatment to the pelvic and hip muscles, which showed positive effect on chronic lower back pain. As such, the effect of back strengthening exercise program using core exercise equipment would be used to wider area of rehabilitation program of chronic lower back pain with expected positive outcome.

        농어촌 노인의 걷기 운동 프로그램 참여가 노인체력검사 및 건강관련 삶의 질(EQ-5D)에 미치는 영향

        The study goal is to conduct regular town walking exercise 60 minutes per day, 2 times a week for 12 weeks subjecting total 1055 of 927 females and 128 males above age 65, to evaluate the elderly physical condition standard and quality of life, and verify the benefits of walking exercise to elderly residing in farmland to ultimately contribute to make walking exercise a way of life. The results are as follows. 1. Both female and male showed weight loss effect from the walking exercise program, and partial effect in total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol loss in blood test. 2. The female showed increase in muscular strength, flexibility, endurance, stork test and quickness while male showed only increase in endurance. 3. While male showed only increase in visual analogue scale in health related quality of life point while the female showed increase in overall quality of life point. When putting together the result, the regular walking exercise for elderly not only has improvement effect in weight loss and blood lipid, but also improves quality of life regarding physics and health. It is verified that walking exercise is an effective method of living lively life and reducing prevalence rate of chronic disease following lack of physical activity.
