U-healthcare를 대비한 운동처방 인프라 및 웹 어플리케이션 개발

This study was, just in case of U-healthcare time, to develop the integrating on-line exercise prescription system to diagnosis and analysis the condition of an exercise -comsumer- health as using the realtime internet on-line. The results of this system development in using JDK(Java Development Kit)-web program from window 2003 server were followed as: First, we developed this program to be possible to output it visible to measure and assess client`s welling-being. Second, we made this standard database protocol and exercise source digital contents. Third, according to client`s health condition, we developed the module to search for the optimum exercise prescription paper and to build 720 exercise prescription database field. Fourth, output form was developed to present a visible exercise prescription. Fifth, we developed the monitoring program to view all process from lasting exercise prescription management to storing measure or prescription source.

The purpose of this study was to get an information on among the record of elite speed skating athletes, isokinetic ankle joint muscular and anaerobic power function during 100m, 500m and 1,000m game. This study were participated in 11 subjects who were elite speed skating athletes. It was used cybex 770 and wingate(monark). First, ankle strength and isokinetic strength showde plantar flexion, dorsiflexion each 113.8 ±12.4NM(per bodymass :156.7±22.04%), 41.4±4.41NM(56.7±5.93%) at 30˚/sec, 2. It was showed each 62.3±7.53NM(85.6±12.89%), 24.4±2.34NM(33.4±2.34%) at 120˚/sec 3. 30˚/sec peak torque of the axis of ankle(plantar flexion, dorsiflexion), showed significant(r=-.711,-.625,-.545,-.604)at 100m, 500m. 4. Maximal and mean power were each 878.19±71.94watt (12.04±0.80%), 641.49±49.09watt(8.81±0.55%)when measured wingate for 30seconds in elite speed skating athletes. Anaerobic maximal power and 100m record showed high corelation(r=-.708, -.681)and it was similar to 1,000m and mean power(r=-.633). As a result of this study, muscular training was emphasize on ankle and anaerbic power to improve speed skating record. most of all, the appearance of klap skate need more powerful strength of lower body.
압전 센서를 이용한 태권도 발차기 충격력 예측 알고리즘 개발

The purpose of this study was to develop a main algorithm of the IT Taekwondo mitt that can quantitatively analyze the intensity of the kicking motion in real time. To quantitatively calculate the impulse, six Taekwondon players performed the motion of striking the sensor of piezoelectricity attached to the mitt, using Isokinetic Muscle Strength (Biodex System 4). The impulses were conversely predicted with the sensor’s values of th e mitt as the Biodex’s angular velocity increased. The results indicated that the piezoelectricity value was a significant variable in predicting the impulse that has power of explanation of 99.10%. The regression equation model was proposed.

본 사례연구는 그동안 전신진동운동(WBV) 장치가 근방추의 신전반사 작용을 유도, 강력한 근수축을 유발시킴으로써 근력 및 근지구력, 순발력을 향상시킬 수 있다는 기존 연구와는 다르게 주파수, 진폭 및 운동종류를 변화시켜 근수축이 아닌 근이완 효과가 있는지를 규명하고자 수행하였다. 피험자는 근골격계 질환 병력이 없는 22세 여성으로 신장은 160cm, 체중은 55kg이었다. 전신진동운동 장치(Sonic World, S. Korea) 위에서 해부학적 자세로 3-40Hz 주파수를 순차적으로 증가시켜 진동부하를 가했을 경우 대퇴직근, 대퇴이두근, 전경골근, 비복근의 표면 근전도를 무진동 상태와 비교 분석한 결과 모든 부위에서 주파수에 따라 근이완 효과가 있었으며 16Hz에서 가장 이상적인 근이완 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 대퇴직근과 비복근의 경우 무진동 상태와 비교시 약 20-30%의 높은 근이완 효과가 이었다. 위의 결과는 전신진동운 동장치를 스포츠 및 재활 현장에서 사용할 경우 선수나 환자의 근 경직 및 경련을 예방할 수 있는 용도로 사용할 수 있다는 것을 말하며 추후 관절가동 범위(ROM) 및 유연성 향상을 위한 방안으로도 연구할 필요성이 있다는 것을 시사한다.
