        ROC 곡선을 이용한 대사증후군 예방적 차원의 체질량지수 변별점 추정

        목적: 본 연구의 목적은 대사증후군 진단에서 ROC 곡선을 이용하여 성별과 연령별로 체질량지수의 변별점을 추정하고자 하는 것이다. 방법: 이를 위해 제 7기 3차년도(2018) 국민건강영양조사에 참여하였으며 대사증후군요인 관련 검사를 실시한 6,574명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 대사증후군의 진단은 서태평양지역의 NCEP-ATP Ⅲ 의 기준을 활용하였으며 ROC 곡선으로 대사증후군 유무에 대한 체질량지수의 민감도와 특이도를 분석하였다. 결과: 대사증후군 유무에 대한 체질량지수의 민감도와 특이도를 분석한 결과 남자 20대 체질량지수 26.33kg/㎡에서 민감도 78.6%, 특이도 79.3% 이었으며, 30대 체질량지수 26.45kg/㎡에서 민감도 80.8%, 특이도 81.5%로 나타났다. 40대에 체질량지수 25.38kg/㎡에서는 민감도 71.4%, 특이도 72.4% 였으며, 50대 체질량지수 24.78kg/㎡에서는 민감도 68.9%, 특이도 69.8%로 나타났다. 그리고 60대 이상 체질량지수 24.43kg/㎡에서 민감도 68.4%, 특이도 69.8%로 나타났다. 여자 20대 체질량지수서 24.77kg/㎡에서는 민감도 82.4%, 특이도 85.9% 였으며, 30대 체질량지수 24.08kg/㎡에서는 민감도 79.7%, 특이도 79.9%로 나타났다. 40대 체질량지수 24.18kg/㎡에서는 민감도 75.9%, 특이도 77.1% 였으며, 50대 체질량지수 24.13kg/㎡에서는 민감도 72.1%, 특이도 72.7%로 나타났다. 마지막으로 60대 이상 체질량지수 24.25kg/㎡에서 민감도 66%, 특이도 67.1%로 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 이러한 연구결과를 볼 때 체질량지수는 대사증후군 예측의 도구로서 활용할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 추정된 변별점을 활용하면 심혈관질환의 위험을 예방하는데 유용한 도구가 될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to estimate the Cut off points of body mass index by gender and age using the ROC curve in the diagnosis of metabolic syndrome. Methods: 6,574 people who participated in the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey in the 3rd year of the 7th year (2018) and who performed tests related to metabolic syndrome factors were conducted. For the diagnosis of metabolic syndrome, the criteria of NCEP-ATP Ⅲ in the Western Pacific region were used, and the sensitivity and specificity of the body mass index for the presence or absence of metabolic syndrome were analyzed using the ROC curve. Results: According to the results, the sensitivity 78.6% and specificity 79.3% were the highest for 26.33 kg/㎡ of BMI in their 20s men. the sensitivity 80.8% and specificity 81.5% were the highest for 26.45 kg/㎡ of BMI in their 30s men. the sensitivity 71.4% and specificity 72.4% were the highest for 25.38 kg/㎡ of BMI in their 40s men. the sensitivity 68.9% and specificity 69.8% were the highest for 24.78 kg/㎡ of BMI in their 50s men. the sensitivity 68.4% and specificity 69.5% were the highest for 24.43 kg/㎡ of BMI in their over 60s men. the sensitivity 82.4% and specificity 85.9% were the highest for 24.77 kg/㎡ of BMI in their 20s women. the sensitivity 79.7% and specificity 79.9% were the highest for 24.08 kg/㎡ of BMI in their 30s women. the sensitivity 75.9% and specificity 77.1% were the highest for 24.18 kg/㎡ of BMI in their 40s women. the sensitivity 72.1% and specificity 72.7% were the highest for 24.13 kg/㎡ of BMI in their 50s women. the sensitivity 66% and specificity 67.1% were the highest for 24.25 kg/㎡ of BMI in their over 60s women. Conclusion: Based on these research results, it was found that body mass index can estimate metabolic syndrome, and it is thought that using the estimated cut-off point may be useful in preventing the risk of cardiovascular disease.

        농어촌 노인의 걷기 운동 프로그램 참여가 노인체력검사 및 건강관련 삶의 질(EQ-5D)에 미치는 영향

        The study goal is to conduct regular town walking exercise 60 minutes per day, 2 times a week for 12 weeks subjecting total 1055 of 927 females and 128 males above age 65, to evaluate the elderly physical condition standard and quality of life, and verify the benefits of walking exercise to elderly residing in farmland to ultimately contribute to make walking exercise a way of life. The results are as follows. 1. Both female and male showed weight loss effect from the walking exercise program, and partial effect in total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol loss in blood test. 2. The female showed increase in muscular strength, flexibility, endurance, stork test and quickness while male showed only increase in endurance. 3. While male showed only increase in visual analogue scale in health related quality of life point while the female showed increase in overall quality of life point. When putting together the result, the regular walking exercise for elderly not only has improvement effect in weight loss and blood lipid, but also improves quality of life regarding physics and health. It is verified that walking exercise is an effective method of living lively life and reducing prevalence rate of chronic disease following lack of physical activity.

        자가근막이완 운동이 만성요통환자의 고관절 ROM과 통증개선에 미치는 영향

        목적: 본 연구의 목적은 만성요통환자를 대상으로 자가근막이완 운동이 고관절 ROM과 통증개선에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 방법: 본 연구의 대상은 만성요통환자 20명을 대상으로 하였다. 실험은 자가근막이완운동 그룹 10명과 통제군 10명으로 이루어져 있으며 자가근막이완운동 그룹은 12주 동안 주 2회 실시하였다. 종속변인으로는 고관절 굴곡, 외회전, 내회전 ROM(Range Of Motion) 그리고 통증척도(Visual analogue scale)를 사전과 사후에 측정하였다. 자료분석은 공분산분석을 이용하여 분석하였으며 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다. 결과: 12주 자가근막이완운동 이후 고관절 굴곡 ROM에서 자가근막이완 운동그룹에서 전보다 후에서 향상이 있었으며 자가근막이완 운동 그룹과 통제군 집단에서 집단간 유의한 차이가 있었다(p=.010). 외회전 ROM에서도 자가근막이완 운동 그룹에서 전보다 후에서 향상이 있었으며 자가근막이완 운동 그룹과 통제군 집단에서 집단간 유의한 차이가 있었다(p=.032). 그리고 내회전 ROM에서도 자가근막이완 운동 그룹에서 전보다 후에서 향상이 있었으며 자가근막이완 운동 그룹과 통제에서 집단간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p=.004). 통증척도(VAS)에서는 자자가근막이완 운동 그룹에서 전보다 후에서 감소가 있었으며 자가근막이완 운동그룹과 통제군 집단에서 집단간 유의한 차이가 있었다(p=.040). 결론: 12주간 자가근막이완 운동은 만성요통을 가진 환자들에게 고관절 굴곡, 외회전, 내회전 ROM 그리고 통증개선에 효과적인 방법이다. 따라서 만성요통 환자 대상 운동프로그램 운영시 운동의 일부로 사용하는 것이 권장된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of self-myofascial release training (SMRT) on hip joint ROM and pain scale in patients with chronic low back pain. Methods: The subjects of this study were 20 patients with chronic low back pain and these participants were divided into two groups: 10 participants in the SMRT group and 10 participants in the control group. The self-fascial release training group performed SMRT twice a week for 12 weeks and Hip flexion, external rotation, internal rotation ROM (Range Of Motion) and pain scale (Visual analysis scale) were measured before and after such training. Data analysis was performed using covariance analysis, and the significance level was set to α=.05. Results: Participants in the SMRT group showed improved Hip joint Flexion ROM, external rotation ROM, and internal rotation ROM after training, and test result between SMRT group and control group showed a significant differences as p=.010., p=.032., and p=.004., respectively. In addition, participants’ level of pain was measured with visual analog scale (VAS), and participants’ pain scale in SMRT group was decreased after training and a test result showed significant difference as p=.040 between two groups. Conclusion: Performing SMRT for 12 weeks is an effective method for patients with chronic low back pain, improving hip flexion, external rotation, internal rotation ROM, and also this training is good fit for pain relief for this type of patients. Thus, this study result recommended that SMRT can be used as a part of exercise programs for patients with chronic low back pain.

        성인여성의 12주간 순환운동과 필라테스 운동이 기초체력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 12주 순환운동 및 필라테스 운동에 참여하는 성인 여성을 대상으로 운동 전·후 분석을 통해 운동 프로그램에 대한 기초체력 효과를 확인하고, 프로그램 별 기초체력항목에 미치는 영향력을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위한 실험군은 순환운동과 필라테스를 운동하는 그룹이며, 대조군은 운동을 제공하지 않은 그룹이다. 각 운동 그룹에 따라 12주 운동 프로그램으로 구성하였으며 측정 항목으로는 기초체력에 해당하는 근력, 유연성, 순발력, 근지구력, 민첩성, 심폐지구력을 측정하였다. 이에 따른 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 악력, 유연성, 근지구력은 필라테스가 대조군과 순환운동에 비해 더욱 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며, 순발력과 심폐지구력은 순환운동이 대조군과 필라테스에 비해 더욱 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 볼 때 순환운동과 필라테스는 기초체력에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 연구 결과를 바탕으로 더 높은 기초체력의 향상을 위한 복합적인 프로그램으로 발전이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine comparative effects of circuit training and Pilates training for 12 weeks on physical fitness in middle-aged females. Methods: Total 62 participants were recruited and were randomly assigned to among circuit training group(n=17), Pilates group(n=20), and non-exercise control group(n=25). Participants in the circuit and Pilates groups had performed their exercises for 12 weeks. Participants in the control group maintained their normal life during the training period. All participants measured muscular strength, flexibility, power, muscular endurance, agility, and aerobic endurance at pre and post training period. Results: The muscular strength, flexibility, muscular endurance in the Pilates group were significantly higher than the control and circuit training groups. The power and aerobic endurance in the circuit training group were significantly higher than the control and Pilates groups. Conclusion: It was found that circuit training and pilates had a positive effect on basic physical strength and based on the research results, it is thought that it is necessary to develop into a complex program to improve effective basic physical strength.

        표면 근전도를 활용한 바이애슬론 동작의 운동학적 분석

        Winter sports realistic simulations are technologies that make users feel reality and they are used in various fields. In the case of sports simulation, studies are being conducted to synchronize with the actual environment as much as possible. In this study, EMG analysis was performed to make conditions similar to actual environment using EMG in snow. As a result of the analysis, the biathlon did not move only by the flexion and the extension of the knee. There were results with kinematic characteristics. First, because of more load o n the lateral aspect o f the vastus l ateralis o f the lower limb, EMG test r esults were higher. Second, triceps brachii or biceps brachii were higher in upper limb according to the elbow flexion and extension. These results suggest that it is possible to provide a more realistic simulator environment regardless of seasonal and environmental changes of biathlon.

        고혈압·당뇨가 있는 만성질환자들의 운동 참여가 건강지표, 신체구성 및 체력수준에 미치는 영향

        This study approach the social problems of hypertension, diabetes and lack of physical activity as a regular exercise. [PURPOSE] The purpose of this study was to improvement the change of fitness level test and body composition and health index in 12-weeks physical activity program with diabetes and hypertension patient. [METHODS] The 360 elderly people with hypertension and diabetes were divided into two groups, male and female. One male group(n=121) and the female group(n=239) had physical activity program 2 days per week. The measurement method was body composition, blood analysis, blood pressure, physical fitness test. Physical fitness tests measured muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, agility, and balance. [RESULTS] The results of inspection were as following; ① body composition was significant different between pre-post(p<.05). ② blood test was significant different between pre-post(p<.05). ③ blood pressure was significant different between pre-post(p<.05). ④ fitness test was significant different between pre-post(p<.05). [CONCLSION] As a conclusion, the regular physical activity program might enhance not only body composition and blood test and blood pressure and fitness test. when this data were combined, physical activity program was significant reduction in the Hba1c and blood pressure. According to this study, regular physical activity can be an effective way to care chronic diseases and to live a healthy life.
