관리회계정보와 내재적 동기유발, 기업성과간의 관계에 관한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 관리회계정보가 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 동기부여 관점에서 탐색해 보기 위하여 JIT 생산시스템 환경하에서 관리회계시스템을 통해 제공되는 비재무적 성과정보(비재무적 성과목표 및 성과측정치)가 과업을 수행하는 조직구성원들의 내재적 동기유발을 통하여 기업 성과 증진에 미치는 영향을 구조방정식 모형분석을 활용하여 조사하였다. 조사결과, JIT 실행수준이 높을수록 비재무적인 측면의 성과(고객, 품질, 시간)목표를 더욱 구체적이고 포괄적으로 수립하고, 그와 관련한 성과측정치를 더욱 빈번하게 제공하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 그리고 이와 같은 관리회계정보는 과업을 수행하는 구성원들의 과업동기유발, 즉 내재적 동기유발에 긍정적인 영향을 유의적으로 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 JIT 환경하에서 요구되는 비재무 성과정보는 기업 성과향상에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 한편, 조직구성원들의 내재적 동기유발을 통하여 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과는 관리회계시스템에 의해 산출, 제공되는 비재무 성과정보는 조직구성원들의 과업수행에 대한 동기를 제고하는 한편, 과업동기를 유발, 촉진함으로써, 기업성과를 향상시킬 수 있음을 함의하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이상의 본 연구결과는 탐색적인 수준이긴 하나, 관리회계시스템의 설계 및 구축 그리고 운영에 있어, 관리회계정보의 동기유발이라고 하는 측면이 고려되어야 한다는 사실을 입증함으로써, 기존의 상황이론 접근법에 의한 관리회계시스템의 설계 및 구축에 또 다른 측면의 새로운 설계 접근방법을 제안하고 있다고 할 수 있다. This study empirically examined the effect of management accounting informations (goals-setting of non-financial performance and feedback of performance measurements) under Just-in Time production system through the intrinsic motivation on the performance of a firm. As empirical results of analysis by structural equation modeling, there is a positive relationship between the degree of JIT implementation and the level of management accounting informations(goals-setting of non-financial performance, frequency of feedback of performance measurements). And the management accounting informations under JIT system affect the intrinsic motivation of employees positively. Also management accounting informations under JIT system affect the performance of firm directly and have a significant effect on the improvement of performance through the intrinsic motivation of employees. It shows that the degree of intrinsic motivation is increased by providing management accounting informations and proposes that the influence of management accounting information on performance of a firm is indirect through the intrinsic motivation.

암석 및 절리특성을 고려한 암반의 탄성계수 추정에 관한 수치해석적 연구

암반에서의 탄성계수는 암반의 변형특성을 나타내는 매우 중요한 인자로서 암반에서의 터널굴착 또는 다른 활동 등으로 인해 발생되는 변위를 파악하는데 자주 이용된다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현재까지는 암석종류 및 절리특성을 반영하여 탄성계수를 산정하는 연구는 미흡한 것으로 판단된다. 따라서, 본 연구는 다양한 암석 및 절리상태에서 암반의 탄성계수를 추정하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 암석상태 및 절리특성을 고려한 수치해석 매개변수 연구를 수행하고, 조사된 변위결과를 통해 암반에서의 원형터널에 대한 탄성이론을 역이용하여 암석종류 및 절리특성이 반영된 탄성계수를 추정하는데 사용될 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 절리가 형성된 암반에서 터널굴착 또는 다른 활동 등으로 인해 발생되는 변위를 파악함에 있어서 그 활용도가 매우 클 것으로 기대된다. Elastic modulus in rockmass is an important factor to represent the characteristic of rock deformation and is frequently used to estimate the displacement induced due to tunnel excavation or other activities in rockmass. Nevertheless, the study to estimate the elastic modulus, which considers the rock type and joint characteristics (joint shear strength and joint inclination angle), has been done in less frequency. Accordingly, this study is aimed at estimating of elastic modulus in jointed rockmass. For this purpose, numerical parametric studies have been carried out with a consideration of rock and joint conditions. Tunnel displacement results have been used to estimate the elastic modulus of jointed rockmass using the elastic theory of circular tunnel. From this study, the results would be expected to have a great practical use for estimating the displacement induced due to tunnel excavation or other activities in jointed rockmass.

본 연구에서는 난청 환자들을 위한 소음 훈련 소프트웨어 시스템 제안을 목표로 한다. 일반 병원에서도 난청 환자들을 위한 소음 훈련은 하지만, 이는 몇 가지 한계점들이 있다. 이러한 한계점들을 7.1 사운드 채널을 다루는 소프트웨어 시스템을 통해 극복하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목표이다.

다중절리 암반지층에서의 터널변위 산정을 위한 변형계수에 관한 연구

절리가 형성된 암반지층에서의 터널굴착은 터널굴착 선을 따라 변위를 유발시키며 이러한 변위값의 산정은 터널의 안정성과 소요공간을 확보하는 것과 관련하여 매우 중요한 사항이다. 터널변위는 지반의 변형계수와 직접적으로 관련되므로 이를 파악하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 그렇지만, 터널이 건설되는 대부분의 암반지층은 일반적으로 절리가 형성되어 있어서 단순히 균질한 등가탄성매질에 근거하여 절리형성 암반지층의 변형계수를 파악할 수는 없다. 왜냐하면 절리형성 암반지층의 변형계수는 암석의 종류뿐만 아니라 절리조건에 의해서 큰 영향을 받기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 터널굴착 조건에서 다양한 절리 및 암석조건을 고려한 암반지층의 변형계수 변화를 조사하였으며 이를 위하여 수치해석적 매개변수연구를 수행하였다. 이를 통한 본 연구의 결과는 기존의 경험적인 방법들과 상호 비교되었으며, 또한 다양한 절리암반을 고려한 변형계수 변화표의 형태로서 제시되었다. Tunnel excavation in jointed rock mass induces a displacement along tunnel excavation line and its assessment is very important to ensure the stability of tunnel and a demanded space. Tunnel displacement is directly related to the deformation modulus of ground and therefore it is essential to know the value of the parameter. However, most rock masses where tunnels are constructed are generally jointed and it is difficult to find out the deformation modulus of jointed rock mass simply based on an homogeneous isotropic elastic medium because the deformation modulus is highly affected by joint condition as well as rock type. Accordingly, this study carried out extensive numerical parametric studies to examine the variation of deformation modulus in different joint conditions and rock types under the condition of tunnel excavation. The study results were compared with existing empirical relationships and also shown in the chart of deformation modulus variation in different jointed rock mass conditions.

한국어 학습자의 피동 표현 오류 분석 체계 및 방법 고찰

본 연구는 한국어 학습자의 피동 표현 오류에 대한 기왕의 논의를 체계적 문헌 고찰을 통해서 분석하고, 한국어 학습자의 피동 표현 오류 분석의 합리적 준거 및 틀을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 한국어 학습자의 피동 표현 오류를 분석한 선행 연구물들을 종합적으로 살피고, 해당 논고에서의 오류 연구 체계 및 방법을 비교·분석하여 향후 피동 표현 오류 연구 시에 적용할 수 있는 합리적인 분석 체계화 방안을 모색하였다. 피동 표현 오류 분석에 대한 체계적 문헌 고찰의 첫 번째 단계로 웹 기반 데이터베이스에서 한국어교육 피동 표현 오류를 연구한 논문 중, 학습자의 실제 오류를 수집하고 분석한 논문을 선정하고, 해당 논고의 학습자 오류분석 체계 및 오류 분석 방법을 살펴보았다. 이어, 한국어 피동 표현에 대한 오류 연구의 성과와 함께 보다 논리적이고 체계적인 오류 분석 연구의 개선방안을 탐색하였다. 그 결과, 오류 분석 기준의 체계, 오류 원인 분석, 오류데이터 분석 방법 측면에서 기존 연구가 안고 있는 문제점을 포착하고 문제해결을 위한 대안을 논의할 수 있었다. 오류 데이터 분석 방법에 대해서는 연구 대상자 선정, 데이터 수집과 분석 방법에 이르는 일련의 과정을 고려하여 타당화 방안을 제언하였다. The objective of this systematic review is to examine the existing literature and highlight the current criteria for judging and analyzing errors in L2 Korean passive voice. This systematic review is a result of the analysis of 14 primary studies obtained after utilizing a search strategy for selecting papers found on a web database. we found that there is a lack of effective and robust grammatical error analysis criteria for the classification of errors. We present several prominent and useful methodologies that facilitate a precise description of errors. Errors could be better understood and classified if considering 1) the “language area and word class” affected, and 2) categories of error: omission, addition, and wrong substitution. When demonstrating errors related to learners’ intention, several factors need to be considered according to the given context. In collecting and examining data, it is necessary for researchers to obtain sufficient knowledge about the correct use of research methodologies in order to gain desirable results.
