        저자들은 지속적인 고열과 심한 기침 및 가래, 호흡곤란을 주소로 내원한 15세 남아에서 결핵 치료를 받고 있던 중 홍역에 이환 되어 악화되었고, 투약 중이던 모든 약제에 내성이 나타난 폐결핵을 문헌 고찰과 아울러 보고한다. The incidence of complications of measles is about 4% and most of the chief complications are in the respiratory system, such as pneumonia, bronchitis. One of other potential dangers of measles is exacerbation of an existing pulmonary tuberculosis. We report a case of exacerbated pulmonary tuberculosis in 15-year old male child after contracting measles during epidemic in year 2001.

        교육 개혁과 공업계 고등학교 교육과정의 방향

        The purpose of this study was to draw the directions of technical high school`s curriculum. For this study, establishment strategies for the New Vocational Education System, innovation strategies for primary and secondary curricula, the current 6th curriculum, and results from survey were analyzed. Based on the results of this study, the following directions of technical high school`s curriculum were drawn: 1. The curriculum should be composed with priority given to basic competences. 2. The curriculum should be composed on the basis of job analysis. 3. General subjects of the curriculum should be composed in consideration of the characteristics of technical high school. 4. The curriculum should be composed by the integration of theoretical and practical subjects. 5. The curriculum should be composed with interrelation to National Vocational Qualification and industrial field. 6. The curriculum should be composed with emphasis on cooprative role sharing between the schools and industrial firms. 7. The curriculum extending autonomous discetionary authority both of the schools and Provincial Educational Boards should be composed. 8. The curriculum securing the learner`s right of choice should be composed. 9. The curriculum articulated to vocational institutes in higher education sector under lifelong education system should be composed.

        제6차 공업계 고등학교 교육과정의 분석과 개선 방안

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the 6th technical high school curriculum and to propose the directions for reform. The contents of analysis were the characteristics and objectives, the composition of vocational department and course, and the guideline for curriculum organization and operation of the technical high school presented to the 6th curriculum. The national curriculum, curriculum guideline of the local board of education, and the school curriculum were analyzed. Based on this results, the directions for the technical high school curriculum reform were proposed as the followings. 1) The technical high school curriculum have to be forcused on the basic competency of entry level. 2) The department of environmental technology should be a standard department in the national curriculum. 3) The subjects for theory band practice have to be integrated as one. 4) The technical high school curriculum should be composed in directions to enlarge autonomy of the local board of education and schools. 5) Students` the right of choice have to be reinforced. 6) The supervised occupational experiences should be presented as a subject. 7) Based on the job analysis, the subject contents have to be selected. 8) The national technical qualification have to be given after the students master the technical course and the technical high school curriculum should be articulated to the post-secondary education. 9) The technical subjects and its contents have to be reduced. 10) The national curriculum should be presented easily and the curriculum guideline of the local board of education and the school curriculum supervised and to be planed and operated correctly.

        공업계 고등학교 『2·1 체제』 의 운영 현황과 발전 방향

        The "2·1 System"at the technical high school to achieve the industrial experiences means a system of cooperative the parts of education as charging the literate and the basic education of a specialized subjects during the first 2 years, and the practical education in industrials during last 1 year. This study suggests developmental strategies through the literature review related with "2·1 System"at the technical high school on knowledge based society. Results from this study are as follows. 1. The major results of "2·1 System"are perceived the importance of practice on practical industrial field, solving the manpower problems, influencing affirmatively the revision of law, and laying the foundation of raising the ability of adaptation at field through the development of the Module teaching-learning materials. 2. The problems of "2·1 System" are the difficulty of the industry selection to training that due to inadequacy the agencies concerned, the evaluation of education in practical industrial field and the implementation of dual curriculum, the vulnerable training environment, the unenforcement of the soundly actual practice, and the disruption with developed teaching-learning materials and curriculum in the front of school. 3. The directions of development are the characterization of the school to work connection, the upgrade of educational standards, the advantaged and delayed military service, the exemption a qualifying examination through approval of experience in actual field and the expansion acquisition chances, the substantialization of the field education in industry, the benefit to participate in system, and the implementation and substantialization of public practical education through improve and expand the public practice center.

      • 청주지역 청소년의 식사 행동과 심리적 적응

        The purpose of this study was to identify the aspects of eating patterns whether they could predict adolescents' eating behaviors and examine the differences in eating behaviors according to the sex, age, & physical characteristics. Also, this research was to investigate how the eating behaviors predict adolescents' psychological adjustment according to sex and age. Subjects of this study consisted of 596 adolescents drawn from middle schools and high schools in Cheongju City. The pilot study was used to examine the applicability of survey instrument. Data were analyzed by the frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, and stepwise regression using SPSS WIN program. The aspects of adolescents' eating patterns showed that teenagers were likely to have overeating/binge eating, speed eating, and unbalanced eating behaviors. There were statistically different in eating behaviors according to sex, age, and physical characteristics. Overeating/binge eating, speed eating, unbalanced eating, and a negative atmosphere of family meal time were significant risk factors predicting adolescents' relative psychological adjustment. There was statistically different in the effect of eating behaviors on adolescents' psychological adjustment according to sex and age. The results implies that future research is needed and the teacher of home economics education can use it in a class.

        학교 교구 · 설비 기준 개정을 위한 기초연구

        The purpose of study was to investigate the status and problems of teaching instruments and equipment in kindergarten, primary and secondary schools for policy recommendations. The concept of teaching instrument and equipment was clarified through the theoretical analysis of related literature. Questionnaire survey was conducted to identify current status and problems of teaching instruments and equipment. The problems of the regulations on teaching instruments and equipment. The problems of the regulations on teaching instruments and equlipment were also identified through the questionnaire survey. The interview method and expert conference were applied to explore the improvement directions on teaching instruments and equipment. Judging from the research results, it is clear that kindergarten, primary and secondary schools have many problems with teaching instruments and equipment in quality and quantity. The regulations have turned out to be inadequate for effective preparation of teaching instruments and equipment. Some recommendations were drawn according to the research results. (1) The regulations on teaching instruments and equipment should be revised to meet the requirement of curriculum and textbook. (2) The service and hygiene facilities should be strengthened in general classroom. (3) The special classroom for lab and practical activities should be improved in the number as well as in their internal facilities. (4) A special institute should be established for the continuous research and development of teaching instruments and equipment.
