장애아동 아버지의 양육참여도와 어머니의 양육스트레스가 어머니의 양육효능감에 미치는 영향

This study aims to investigate a structural relationship between fathers' parenting participation and mothers' parenting stress with disabled children and mothers' parenting efficacy, and to verify the mediation effect of mothers' parenting stress in the relationship between fathers' parenting participation and mothers' parenting efficacy with disabled children. This study was conducted on 251 mothers with disabled children who use daycare centers for disabled children in Busan, Ulsan and South Gyeongsang. Collected data were analyzed using a correlation analysis and structural equation modeling analysis. As a result, this study found that there was a significant correlation among variables, and the mediation effect of parenting stress was statistically significant. These results suggest that a comprehensive approach by couples and family members including fathers' support and participation is more effective than an approach which regards the problems and agony of mothers parenting disabled children as a problem of a specific person. 본 연구에서는 장애아동 아버지의 양육참여도와 장애아동 어머니의 양육스트레스, 양육효능감의 구조적 관계를 알아보고, 장애아동 아버지의 양육참여도와 어머니의 양육효능감의 관계에서 어머니의 양육스트레스의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 부산, 울산, 경남지역 장애아동전담보육시설을 이용하는 장애아동 어머니 251명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 각 변인들간에는 유의미한 상관이 있었으며, 양육스트레스의 매개효과도 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 장애아동을 양육하는 어머니의 문제와 고통을 단순하게 한 사람의 문제만으로 이해하고 접근하기 보다는 배우자인 아버지의 지지와 참여를 포함하여 부부 혹은 가족 차원의 포괄적인 접근이 효과적일 것이라는 것을 시사한다.
