도시철도에서 열차 가감속이 레일마모에 미치는 영향 분석

본 논문의 목적은 도시철도 서울메트로(지하철 1~4호선)의 궤도선형은 도심지역의 지형과 구조물 등 지역여건 때문에 부득이하게 본선구간 43.5%가 곡선으로 건설되었다. 곡선부는 궤도시설의 3대 취약부로 궤도틀림과 레일마모가 많이 발생되고 빈번한 보수작업과 유지보수비용이 많이 소요되어 레일마모 진행 최소화를 추진하고 있다. 현재 레일마모 최소화 방안의 일환으로 열처리레일과 레일도유기를 설치 운영하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 레일 측마모 데이터를 기초자료로 구조물(곡선반경, 기울기) 변화와 열차 가감속에 따른 레일마모 패턴을 분석한 결과 열차 가감속이 레일마모에 미치는 영향이 많은 것을 알 수 있었다. The track alignment of Seoul Metro, an urban railway, was constructed unavoidably into curves by the portion of 43.5% of main line sections due to the regional conditions such as the geography and structures of the urban area. The curves are one of three main weak points of track, in which the track irregularity and rail wear have occurred substantially, it has caused frequent track maintenance and so much maintenance costs. Consequently, the minimization of rail wear progression is being pushed ahead. The heat treated rail and lubrication as a minimization plan of rail wear have been installed and operating. Thus, as a result of the pattern analysis of rail wear in this paper according to the change of structures(radius of curve and track gradient) and acceleration/deceleration of a train based on the rail wear data, it could be found that the acceleration/deceleration of a train have a great effect on the rail wear.

최근 연구결과 레일연마 및 장대레일화를 통해 누적통과톤수에 의한 레일교체기준의 연장이 가능한 것으로 보고되었다. 본 연구에서는 장기 사용레일에 대한 실내피로시험을 수행하였고, 파괴확률 50%에서의 장기 사용레일의 잔존수명을 표현한 S-N 선도는 적은 실험데이터에 대한 가중치 확률 해석기법을 사용하여 도출하였다. 여기서 피로시험에 사용된 레일들이 누적통과톤수가 서로 다르기 때문에 누적통과톤수를 평균하여 반복횟수를 수정하였다. 또한, 레일표면요철 및 열차속도를 고려한 레일 저부 휨응력은 기존 연구결과 도출된 레일휨응력 예측식을 사용하여 장기 사용레일의 잔존수명을 평가하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 도시철도에서 레일연마를 통한 레일관리가 이루어진다면 누적통과톤수에 의한 레일교체기준(약 8억톤)보다 약 2억톤이상 연장 사용이 가능하며, 피로한도 이하의 응력범위에 대한 피로시험결과를 바탕으로 레일의 피로수명을 평가하기 위해서는 수정마이너법칙보다는 피로한도 이상에서의 S-N선도 기울기의 1/2인 하이바크법칙을 적용하는 것이 합리적이라 판단되었다. As a result of recent research, it is reported that the periodic replacements criterion of rails is able to extend as grinding rail surface and using the continuous welded rail(CWR). In this study, we carried out fatigue tests on existing laid rails. Based on the test results, an S-N curve expressing the remaining life of laid rails at a fracture probability of 50% was obtained using weighted probit analysis suitable for small sample fatigue data sets. As rails used for testing had different histories in terms of accumulated tonnage, the test data were corrected to average out the accumulated tonnage. We estimated the remaining service lives for laid rails on the urban railway using equations developed in the past to estimate rail base bending stress and that surface irregularities into consideration. Therefore, estimating the remaining service life of laid rails showed that the rail replacement period could be extended over 200MGT, although it is necessary to remove longitudinal rail surface irregularities at welds by grinding. Also, the fatigue test results under fatigue limit, Haibach’s rule applying half slope of S-N curve under the fatigue limit was considered more reasonable than modified Miner’s rule for estimating rail fatigue life.

When using any of the aggregate production planning techniques mentioned in previous studies, it is generally assumed that the inputs of information are deterministic and easy to generate. However, the problem is more complex if the criteria and informations are expressed imprecisions. Therefore, it requires suitable method to deal with imprecisions. For select proper comparison method of fuzzy numbers in aggregate production planning with imprecise informations or criteria, this study use Dubois & Prade fuzzy number comparison method and Li-Lee fuzzy number comparison method among comparison methods fuzzy numbers. And then, proper method between two methods is selected. Also it is presented illustration.

We presents a new interactive fuzzy MCDM(multicriteria decision-making) method for solving aggregate production planning by assuming that the decision-maker has imprecise informations for each of alternatives. Li-Lee fuzzy numbers comparison method used to comparison alternatives that evaluated under fuzziness. The imprecise informations of the decision-maker are quantified by elicting corresponding membership functions through the interactive with the decision-maker out of five membership functions. On the basis of the proposed method, an illustrative numerical example is presented.
퍼지 환경하에서 유연생산시스템 일정계획의 Pairwise 해법에 관한 연구

FMS(Flexible Manufacturing System) scheduling problem is a complex system and a NP-hard problem. Thus it is natural to look for heuristic method. Here, we consider the multi-part production scheduling problem in a FMS scheduring of altemative routings. The problem in more complex if the processing time is imprecision. It requires suitable method to deal with imprecision. Fuzzy set theory can be useful in modeling and solving scheduling problems with uncertain processing times. Lee-Ki fuzzy number comparison method will be used to compare processing times that evaluated under fuzziness. This study propose heuristic algorithm solving FMS scheduling problem under fuzzy environment. In this algorithm, the pairwise comparision method is used to find proper alternative routing. On the basis of the proposed method, and example in presented.

In general, two types of fuzziness of human judgements should be incorporated in multiobjective programming problems. One is the expert's ambiguous understanding of the nature of the parameters in the problem formulation process and the other is the fuzzy goals of the decision maker for each of the objective functions. In this paper, we present a new interactive fuzzy approach for obtaing the satisficing solution which efficiently reflect both types of fuzziness. An illustrative numerical example nonlinear programming problems with fuzzy parameters is demonstrated along with the corresponding computer outputs.
