소핵시험은 세포분열 단계 중 간기 세포의 세포질 내 소핵 유무를 조사함으로써 유전독성을 평가하는 시험법이다. 최근 화장품 안전성 평가에 동물실험을 금지하거나 최소화하려는 노력이 확산되고 있어 유전독성 평가에 있어서도 기존의 동물실험이 아닌 새로운 in vitro 시험법이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 3차원 배양인공피부모델인 KeraSkin<sup>TM</sup>을 이용하여 도포 처치된 물질의 유전독성을 평가하였다. 2종의 유전독성물질인 mitomycin C (MMC)와 methyl methanesulfonate (MMS)는 농도 의존적으로 세포독성과 소핵 형성이 유도된 반면, 대조물질인 4-nitrophenol (4-NP)와 trichloroethylene (TCE)에서는 농도 의존적으로 세포독성은 관찰되었으나 소핵은 형성되지 않았다. 따라서 인공피부모델을 이용한 소핵시험이 화장품과 같은 피부적용물질의 in vitro 유전독성 평가에 유용할 것으로 사료된다. Micronucleus test is genotoxicity assay for detection of micronuclei in the cytoplasm of interphase cells. The reduction and replacement of in vivo toxicity testing on animals require the development of in vitro models to predict the genotoxicity or other tests for cosmetic products. In this study, we evaluated a genotoxicity assay for topically applied chemicals using a three-dimensional human reconstructed skin model, KeraSkinTM. Two genotoxins, mitomycin C (MMC) and methyl methanesulfonate (MMS), induced significant dose-related increases in cytotoxicity and micronuclei induction in the skin model. In contrast, two non-genotoxins, 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) and trichloroethylene (TCE), induced cytotoxicity but not micronucleus formation. In conclusion, micronucleus test using human skin model may be useful for predicting in vitro genotoxic potentials of cosmetic products.

Children are naturally habituated to use text, image, sound, and video from multimedia’s diverse tools rather than a book, which is made up of verbal language. Various methods from applying multimedia (multidirectional methods rather than one way) are followed in South Korean education environment. Multimedia’s action and effectiveness have played an important role for new distance learning. However, if multimedia’s education application improperly becomes effective or is unsuitable for learners, utilizing multimedia’s education application may cause a side effect. This research recognizes the types of multimedia education curriculum and its potential and proposes more effective leaning messengers, learning environment and basic elements. As a result, this researcher analyzed the problems from multimedia learning environment and proposed improvement direction.

Despite the fact that a considerable number of preventable adverse events are managed in primary care settings, medication-related risks have been evaluated mainly through hospital admissions. While interest in high-alert medication management in the community and primary care settings is increasing internationally, Korea does not have accreditation for the same and lacks established standards for high-alert medications. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a nationallevel list of high-alert medications for community and primary care. The candidates for the high-alert medication list included medications recommended by Institute for Safe Medication Practices and those suggested by each guideline of the World Health Organization, Japan and Korea. We analyzed the adverse events related to medication errors reported by the patients' safety reporting system. Seven experts working in the community and primary care settings evaluated the adequacy and priority of the candidate medications. The final list included 20 high-alert medications, including nine essential and eleven optional medications. The national-level list of high-alert medications which we developed may be useful in formulating accreditation guidelines or treatment standards for community and primary care patients.
일반논문 : 창의력 계발을 위한 전문대학의 교양문학 교육

이 글은 교양으로서 대학의 문학교육이 학습자의 창의력 계발을 위해 어떤 방향으로 나갈 수 있는지 그 가능성을 진단하는 글이다. 특히 전문대학에서 교양문학 교육이 시행될 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 제안하였다. 문학교육에서 창의성은 학습자의 미적 감수성, 문학적 상상력과 연관된다. 인간과 세계에 대한 총체적 체험을 다루는 문학은 인식의 확장과 상상력의 증대를 가져온다. 또한 오늘날 문학은 다양한 영역에서 콘텐츠를 만들어내는 문화현상을 불러오고 있다. 이런 점에서 문학의 문화현상을 문학교육에 활용하는 것은 ‘문학의 수용과 재창작’이라는 측면에서 볼 때 창의력 계발에 효과적이라 할 수 있다. 전문대학의 교양문학에서 활용할 수 있는 구체적인 수업 모형을 제시한 이 글은 ‘문학의 재창작’ 과정에서 이야기의 기획 단계까지를 논의하였다. 따라서 학습자의 창의활동 결과의 총체적 완성을 위해서는 향후 전공분야와의 통합적 교육 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 또한 학습자의 수업 만족도에 대한 조사도 시행되어야 한다. 학습자 중심의 맞춤형 교육이야말로 문학교육의 성공적인 운영을 가능케 하기 때문이다. This paper aims to demonstrate the way of liberal literature lesson for development of creativity. Particularly I suggest concrete plan practicing on liberal literature lesson in 2-3 years college. The creativity in literature education is related to learner’s aesthetic sensitivity and literary imagination. Literature, dealing with total experience about humans and the world, can enlarge our understanding and imagination. In addition, literature produces culture contents of various fields of art today-movies, TV dramas, musicals, plays, cartoons, animations and so on. We can call it ‘Culture phenomenon of literature``. Utilizing culture phenomenon of literature in liberal literature lesson is efficient methods of teaching for development of creativity in that student’s acceptance and recreation in literature. To this end, I take adaptation in Park Min-Gyu’s novels for the TV drama and Hwang Soon-Won’s novels for the film as an example. Park Min-Gyu’s novels contain plenty of areas of indeterminacy so that the readers have no option but to read actively to understanding the text. The Shower by Hwang Soon-Won is the most adapted of all Korean novels so that the students can storytelling in various aspects. All the process of literature education learning includes reading, writing, discussion and feedback. These work show that how students can experience literature and take an active part in a creation. However, this paper doesn``t argue production a creative art beyond storytelling stage. Therefore, the study of inclusive education plan with various major is necessary. Also the research on the student satisfaction of literature lesson is needs to be done. The learner-centered education enables the literature lessons to succeed and manage effectively.
