유아교사의 다문화 교육태도와 다문화 교육실천이 유아의 정서지능에 미치는 영향

The objective of this study is to explore an effect of multicultural education attitude and practice of childhood teacher on emotional intelligence of childhood. Major result of this study is as follows. First, multicultural education attitude, practice of childhood teachers and emotional intelligence of childhood based on socio-demographic variable of childhood teacher was significantly represented in age, level of education, career, experience of training multiculture of teachers and working institution type. Second, it was revealed that emotional intelligence of childhood based on its socio-demographic variable of childhood was represented to be higher in childhood of ordinary family than that of multicultural family, male childhood than female one, childhood without brother/sister than that with brother/sister. Third, there was a significant positive correlation in a relationship between multicultural education attitude and practice of childhood teacher and emotional intelligence of childhood. Fourth, as a result of observing relative influence for the variables affecting emotional intelligence of childhood, multicultural education attitude and practice of childhood teachers were represented to be a significant variable of affecting emotional intelligence of childhood.
Industry 4.0 시대의 스마트 항만 효율성 평가

본 연구에서는 세계 각국의 스마트 항만 구축 사례를 조사하고, 이를 포함하여 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 항만들의 상대적 효율성을 분석한다. 주요 연구내용과 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트 항만 구축 사례로 Shanghai, Singapore, Qingdao, Rotterdam, Los Angeles, Hamburg, Long Beach 항만의 현황을 조사하였다. 둘째, 이들을 포함하여 컨테이너 처리량을 기준으로 글로벌 Top 20 항만들의 효율성을 평가하였다. 이때 4개 산출지향 DEA 모형을 이용하여 각 모형별 효율성 값을 분석하였고, 하나의 유일한 통합 효율성 값을 도출하기 위하여 엔트로피 모형을 적용하였다. 셋째, 스마트 항만 중 Shanghai 항만의 효율성이 비교적 높고, Singapore와 Qingdao 항만의 효율성 값은 0.5 이상으로 분석되었으며, 스마트 항만이 아닌 Guangzhou 항만은 대부분의 DEA 모형에서 효율적으로 평가되었다. 넷째, 20개 항만들의 기술 효율성은 낮고, 규모 효율성은 높으며, 순수기술 효율성 값의 편차는 크고, 17개 항만이 규모수익체감으로 분석되었다. 전반적으로, 스마트 항만들이 낮은 효율성을 보인 이유를 분석하고, 스마트 항만의 가시적 성과를 도출하기 위하여 효과적인 경쟁전략이 수립되어야 할 것이며, 스마트 항만의 효율성 평가에 적절한 평가지표의 개발이 요구된다. 본 연구는 스마트 항만의 경쟁력을 파악하고, 효율성 평가에 필요한 항만의 특성을 파악하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다. In this study, we carry out the case study of smart ports and analyze the relative efficiency of container ports with global competitiveness. The main research contents and results are as follows. First, as examples of smart port construction, the current status of Shanghai, Singapore, Qingdao, Rotterdam, Los Angeles, Hamburg, and Long Beach ports was investigated. Second, the efficiency of the global Top 20 ports based on container throughput including smart ports was evaluated. At this time, the efficiency values for each model were analyzed using four output-oriented DEA models, and the Entropy model was applied to derive an integrated efficiency value. Third, among smart ports, the efficiency of Shanghai port was relatively high, and the efficiency values of Qingdao and Singapore ports were analyzed to be 0.5 or higher, and Guangzhou ports, not smart ports, were evaluated efficiently in most DEA models. Fourth, the technical efficiency of 20 ports is low, the scale efficiency is high, the deviation of the pure technical efficiency value is large, and only 17 ports were analyzed as a decrease return to scales. Overall, an effective competition strategy should be established in order to analyze the reasons for the low efficiency of smart ports and to derive tangible results of smart ports, and development of evaluation indicators appropriate for the efficiency evaluation of smart ports is required. This study is expected to provide basic data to understand the competitiveness of smart ports and to understand the characteristics of ports required for efficiency evaluation.
