홍화인 추출물이 골 형성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험실적 연구

The ultimate goal of periodontal therapy is the regeneration of periodontal tissue and the repair of function. For more than a decade there have been many efforts to develop materials and methods of treatment to promote periodontal tissue regeneration. Recently many efforts are concentrated on the regeneration potential of material used in traditional medicine. Safflower(Carthamus tinctorius L.) seed extract(SSE) have long clinically used in Korea to promote bone formation and prevent osteoporosis. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of SSE on bone formation in human osteoblastic cell line. Human fetal osteoblastic cell line(hFOB 1.19) was cultured with DMEM and SSE($1{\mu}g/ml$, $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, $1mg/ml$) at $34^{\cdot}C$ with 5% $CO_2$ in 100% humidity. The proliferation, differentiation of the cell was evaluated by several experiments. Cell proliferation was significantly increased at $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, 1mg/ml of SSE after 3 and 7 days incubation(p<0.05). Cell spreading assay was significantly increased at $100{\mu}g/ml$ of SSE after 3 days and $1{\mu}g/ml$, $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, 1mg/ml of SSE after 7 days(p<0.05). Alkaline Phosphatase(ALP) level was significantly increased in $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, 1mg/ml of SSE(p<0.05). Collagen synthesis was significantly increased at $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$, 1mg/ml of SSE(p<0.05). A quantified calcium accumulation was significantly increased at $10{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$ of SSE(p<0.05). ALP and osteocalcin mRNA was expressed in $100{\mu}g/ml$ of SSE by RT-PCR. These results indicate that SSE are capable of increasing osteoblasts mineralization and may play an important role in bone formation.

Two-level 모델은 1983년에 Kimmo에 의하여 제안된 형태소 해석/생성에 관한 일반적인 모델이다. 이 모델의 특징은 양방향성, 병렬성 그리고 구현의 용이성에서 찾아 볼 수 있다. 이런 특징에도 불구하고, 한국어가 어절단위로 표현되며 많은 변화를 갖는 언어라는 이유로 이 모델에 의한 한국어 형태소 해석이 어렵다고 인식되어 왔다. 여기서는 한국어에 대한 Two-level 규칙을 제시한다. 한국어 불규칙 용언의 규칙성은 Two-level 모델이 한국어에도 적용될 수 있는 가능성을 보여주게 된다. 새로운 한국어 코드를 이용하여 개념적으로 쉽게 규칙을 기술하는 과정을 보여주며, 형태소 분리자를 이용하여 불규칙 용언과 규칙 용언과의 구분을 가능하게 한다. 한국어에서 발견되는 14가지의 철자 변화 현상을 52 개의 규칙으로 처리하며 실험 결과는 이 모델이 한국어에도 잘 적용될 수 있다는 것을 보여준다.

터널 구조물에서 지표투과레이더(GPR) 탐사법은 터널 라이닝 내부 및 배면의 상태를 파악하는데 효과적인 비파괴 탐사법으로써 준공시 품질관리와 공용중 유지관리 및 건전도를 평가하기 위하여 널리 활용되고 있다. 그러나 지표투과레이더 탐사법에 대한 체계적인 기준이 없어 탐사 주체의 경험과 판단에 의존하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 터널라이닝 내부 및 배면의 지표투과레이더 탐사법에 대한 체계적인 기준 마련을 위하여 NATM공법으로 시공된 도시철도 터널에서 지표투과레이더 탐사를 수행하였으며, 사용한 각 안테나 주파수별 신호를 비교 분석하여 구조에 따른 안테나 주파수의 적용성을 검토하고 분석 가능한 항목을 도출하였다. 또한, 구조별 적절한 안테나 주파수를 제안함으로써 효과적인 탐사에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR) detection method of the tunnel structure is widely used as an NDT effective for understanding the inside and the behind of tunnel lining, to evaluate the quality control at the completion and maintenance and health at the service. However, it depends on the experience and judgment of the researcher without a systematic standard of Ground Penetrating Radar detection. Therefore, in this study, Penetrating Radar detection was performed in an urban railway tunnel constructed by the NATM method in order to establish a systematic standard for Penetrating Radar detection method inside and behind the tunnel lining. By comparing and analyzing signals of each antenna frequency used, examined the applicability of the frequency of the antenna based on the structure, and derived items that can be analyzed. In addition, it is suggested that the appropriate frequency of antennas for each structure can be used for effective detection.

Objectives : This study was carried out to examine the change of scalp and hair condition and to evaluate the efficacy of hair growth, subject's satisfaction and safety of the Narasoo healing shampoo and Hair tonic Methods : We offered 25 subjects Narasoo healing shampoo and Hair tonic and observed the changes among the starting point, 3rd week and 6th week. Study methods include the measurement of water and sebum content of the scalp, photo of scalp and hair, thermographic images and questionnaires. Results : It is estimated that Narasoo healing shampoo and Hair tonic have the positive effects on increase of water contents hair gloss, removal of excessive hair keratin, facilitation of hair growth, and decrease of sebum contents. Conclusions : Several meaningful effects of Narasoo healing shampoo and Hair tonic are observed in this study. Additional research is needed forward.

This case study is aimed to establish design and construction methods to establish Korean-type plus energy house. First of all, this study made a literature survey on the standards and performance requirements of Passive House established in Germany and introduced design and construction process of plus energy house that is being constructed. Unlike general process of building design in Korea, passive house planning includes energy performance of each factors and analysis of various design factors to achieve an energy-efficient building. To meet the standards and requirements of tile passive house, we have to consider design factors such as not only the layout, shape, and facade of a building but also the performances of building envelops including its insulation types and window systems.
비정질 실리콘 투과형 태양전지를 적용한 BIPV 시스템 발전 성능에 관한 사례 연구

Practical building integrated photovoltaic system built by Kolon E&C has been monitored and evaluated with respect to power generation, which was installed in Deokpyeong Eco Service Area in Deokpyeong, Gyeonggi, Korea. The amorphous silicon transparent PV module in this BIPV system has 44Wp in power output per unit module and 10% of transmittance with the unit dimension with 980mm{times}950mm. The BIPV system was applied as the skylight in the main entrance of the building. This study provided the database for the practical application of the transparent thin-film PV module for BIPV system through 11 month monitoring as well as various statistical analyses such as monthly power output and insolation. Average monthly power output of the system was 52.9kWh/kWp/month which is a 60% of power output of the previously reported data obtained under 30?of an inclined PV module facing south(azimuth=0). This lower power output can be explained by the installation condition of the building facing east, west and south, which was resulted from the influence of azimuth.
