        Theodor Storm 에 있어서 전설소재의 문학적 형상화 : " Der Schimmelreiter " 를 중심으로

        1) Theodor Storm verwendet die Sagenstoffe in seiner Dichtung auf verschiedene Weise. Meistens werden sie als Thema oder Motiv genutzt, oft als eine Episode and selten als ein andeutendes Symbol. Sie werden in vielen Stellen der Dichtung versteckt and prachtvoll ausgestaltet. 2) Die mythischen and/oder sagenhaften Elemente werden durch die auffallende Verbindung mit der Menschenwelt gedampft. Das abstrakte and uberspringende Motivieren der Sagen wird dadurch rationalisiert, daB Storm alle ICausalitat im rein menschlichen Wesen wurzeln laBt. Er .verbessert die liickenvolle and ungenugende Motivation der Sage durch diejenigen Motive, die dem menschlichen Lebsn am engsten verbunden Bind. 3) Storm versucht bei der Verwendung der Sage in seiner poetischen SchSpfung ihre Grausamkeit moglichst vermindern oder zu beseitigen. 4) Trotzdem versucht Storm in seiner Dichtung das Sagenhafte spurbar zu machen. Durch die Darstellung einer Landschaft and eines Ortes oder durch die Einfuhrung einer sagenhaften Episode wird die Unheimlichkeit meistens ausgepragt. Die Atmosphere des Deiches and die Episode von Jevershallig in der ,Schimmelreiter-Novelle Bind die Beispiele dafur. 5) Storm halt die Erscheinungssxene des Schimmelreiters fur einen wichtigen Bestandteil and ubernimmt diese erz~hlerische Struktur unverandert aus der Vorlage. Als Exposition tragt sie dazu bei, Spannung bzw, sagenhafte Stimmung zu verbreiten. Er muBte viel Muhe aufwenden, um ein kunstlerisches Mittel zu entdecken, um das Gespenst auf der Erde wiederaufteben zu lessen and den sagenhaften Charakter beizubehalten.

        UV 처리에 의한 T-OLED용 산화전극에 적합한 Ag 박막연구: Nano-Mechanics 특성 분석을 중심으로

        Ag (silver)의 일함수는 T-OLED (Top Emission Organic Light Emitting Diode)의 전극소자로 사용하기에는 다소 낮다는 단점이 있다(~4.3 eV). 이러한 단점을 해결하기 위한 대안으로 Ag 박막의 표면을 플라즈마, UV, 열처리를 통하여 일함수를 높이는 연구가 진행되어 왔다(~5.0 eV). 하지만 현재의 대부분 연구는 후 처리된 박막의 일함수에 초점을 맞춰 연구가 진행되어, 박막의 mechanical property에 대한 연구는 매우 부족하며 이는 T-OLED의 효율과 수명 등의 연구에 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 Ag와 $AgO_x$ 박막의 mechanical property에 초점을 맞춰 분석을 실시하였다. Ag는 유리기판 위에 rf-magnetron sputter를 이용하여 100 W의 power에서 150 nm 두께로 증착되었다. 증착된 박막은 UV 램프를 이용하여 다양한 시간동안 UV 처리되었다(0~9분). 본 논문에서는 처리된 박막의 면저항을 측정하고 nano indenter, Scanning Probe Microscopy의 Atomic Force Microscopy mode를 이용하여 mechanical property를 분석하였다. 실험 결과 UV 처리 시간이 3분을 넘어가는 시편과 3분 이내의 시편은 면저항값 및 경도 값에 큰 차이가 있었다. 이러한 결과는 Ag 박막의 후처리에 따른 Ag 물질의 산화 및 결합상태에 따라 박막 내에 존재하는 stress의 영향으로 예상되어진다. The work function of Ag (silver) is too low (~4.3 eV) to be used as an electrode of T-OLED (Top Emission Organic Light Emitting Diode). To solve this weakness, researches used plasma-, UV-, or thermal treatment on Ag films in order to increase the work function (~5.0 eV). So, most of studies have focused only on the work function of various treated Ag films, but studies focusing on nanomechanical properties were very important to investigate the efficiency and life time of T-OLED etc. In this paper, we focused on the mechanical properties of the Ag and $AgO_x$ film. The Ag was deposited on a glass substrate with the thickness of 150 nm by using rf-magnetron sputter with the power was fixed at 100 W and working pressure was 3 mTorr. The deposited Ag film was UV treated by UV lamp for several minutes (0~9 min). We measured the sheet resistance and mechanical property of the deposited film. From the experimental result, there were some differences of the sheet resistance and surface hardness of Ag thin film between short time (0~3 min) and long time UV treatment. These result presumed that the induced stress was taken place by the surface oxidation after UV treatment.

        독일의 이주민 정책과 이주민의 참정권

        Even though Germany was the one of major nations for emigration in the world after World War Ⅱ, there had been no comprehensive social integration policy up to 1990s. The policy for migrants was not designed for social integration, but for alienation. At last in 2005, Federal Government proposed the policy of social integration for migrants as political agenda. As far as the right for vote was concerned, the government granted local suffrage to migrants from Member Countries of European Union in 1992, while the migrants from Non-Member Countries of EU are still not allowed to vote in local election. In order to obtain the right, they need to get citizenship in Germany. Since Act of Nationality was revised in 2000, thousands of migrants face the possibility to apply for citizenship. Up until now, the rate of being naturalized is not high, but from 2000 to 2007 there are almost 115 million migrants who became citizen of Germany. This fact implies that the political power of these people is potentially big. This paper examines the change of trend inpolicy of social integration and of migration in Germany since 1950s. In addition, this paper analyzes politics of migrants from EU Member Countries and that of naturalized migrants, and the possibility of political participation of migrants from Non-Member Countries of EU and their organization. 독일은 제2차 대전이후 세계에서 주요이민국가의 하나가 되었음에도 불구하고 1990년대까지 정부차원의 포괄적인 사회통합정책은 없었다. 외국인이주민에 대한 정책은 ‘통합’정책이 아니라 ‘외국인’정책이었다. 2005년에야 비로소 이주민통합정책이 정책아젠다가 되어 연방정부에 의해 적극적으로 추진되었다. 이주민 참정권과 관련해서도 1992년에 유럽연합시민들에게 지방차원의 선거권과 피선거권을 부여했지만, 유럽연합이 아닌 제3국에서 온 이주민들에게는 아직도 지방선거권을 부여하고 있지 않다. 독일에서 제3국적소유 이주민이 투표권을 갖기 위해서는 독일국적을 취득해야 한다. 특히 2000년 개정된 「국적법」이 시행된 이래 독일에서 수백만 명의 이주민이 독일국적을 취득할 가능성을 갖게 되었다. 현재까지 이주민의 귀화률이 그다지 높지는 않지만 2000년에서 2007년 사이에 거의 115만 명이 귀화했다는 점에 비추어서 이주민이 가진 정치세력화의 잠재력은 매우 크다. 본 논문에서는 1950년대 이래 독일의 이민정책과 다문화현황 및 이주민통합정책의 변화를 살펴본다. 그리고 이에 기초해서 유럽연합시민과 귀화독일인의 정치행태, 제3국적소유 이주민과 이주민조직의 정치참여 가능성과 현황에 대해 분석한다,

In open-loop drive systems with LSM, using modern control methods, high accuracy In Implementation of displacement is best assured when the shape and amplitude of the synchronizing - force curve for each displacement along the motion axis should remain unchanged which, together with improved position accuracy, assures better dynamics characteristics of the drive. In the results, a polarized LSM with separate excitation winding, a sine distribution of the force shape curve and high positioning accuracy are assured by a structure consisting of individual single-phase modules, each Having an individual winding and Individual excitation loop. Here equality and constancy of the mmf's of all working gaps are easily achieved.

        SUMMARYThis paper deals with optimist synthesis of an RC High-pass ladder network.It shows how to obtain a network with the maximun possible gain and minimum total series capacitance.The current transfer function, source and load conductances are specified.Lagrange multipliers method is used to obtain optimization.The entire process is completed using a microcomputer which can handle a large number of poles and can perform the optimization in a very short time.         This paper deals on the develop of two-armed intelligent robot (named Puma 100) which assembles mini robots automatically. Puma 100 has developed automated assembly system where a newly developed two-armed intelligent robot assembles a maxium of 500 units of mini robots a month, that is to say, robot builds robot literally. By introducing the two-armed intelligent robot, this system has become a universal assembly system for mechanical parts of high variety and small lot production which has been considered difficult to be automated. This system is also profitable because very few of dedicated fixtures for clamping parts are needed. The two-armed intelligent robot in equipped with force sensor at its wrists. This robots has a rail unit drived by a high speed and high accuracy linear motor.

        독일문학에 나타난 <프로메테우스> : 헤르더, 괴테, 카프카, 브레히트, 바이쓰를 중심으로 mit besonderer Beru¨cksichtigung der Werke von Herder, Goethe, Kafka, Brecht und Weiss

        Die vorliegende Arbeit bescha¨ftigt sich mit einer mythischen Figur des Prometheus. In der Mythenwelt ist er bekannt dafu¨r, dass er den Menschen schuf und ihm das Feuer brachte, das er vom Himmel gestohlen hatte. Aber diese Arbeit zielt nicht darauf, ins Wesen des Mythos zu blicken und auch die Mythenwelt u¨berhaupt zu betrachten. Es steht im Mittelpunkt dieser Untersuchung. herauszufinden. wie und unter welchem Zweck die alten mythischen Themen sowie Motive in der modernen Literatur umgestaltet worden sind. Zur Erfu¨llung dieser Aufgabe befasst sich diese Arbeit mit den kleinen Stu¨cken von Johann Gottfried Herder. Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. Franz Kafka. Bertolt Brecht 'und Peter Weiss. denen Prometheus als Stoff oder Motiv zugrunde liegt. Herder versuchte. statt der einfachen Aufnahme der u¨berlieferten Mythologeme die eigentliche mythische Wurzel wieder ausfindig zu machen. Bei ihm u¨bernimmt Prometheus die Rolle eines Menschenretters. Durch Geduld und Selbstu¨berwindung erweckt er den Eindruck, als befreie sich der Mensch aus einem inneren Widerstand. Bei Goethe erscheint Prometheus als ein Sohn des Zeus. Zwischen ihnen entsteht na¨mlich der in der deutschen Literatur oft behandelte Vater-Sohn- Konflikt. so dass Prometheus als ein Sohn gegenu¨ber dem autorita¨ren und absoluten Zeus seine Unzufriedenheiten a¨uβern kann. In den Werken Brechts tritt Prometheus auch als ein Leidender und ein Feuerbringer auf. wie in den griechischen Mythen. Aber er ist nun nicht mehr derjenige. der in der Mythenwelt zum Vorschein kommt. sondern wird als ein Symbol eines spekulativen Widerstands oder Widerspruchs der Zeitgenossen gesehen. Bei Kafka ist er bloβ ein Dulder. Er ist durch die verschiedenen Unterdru¨ckungen von auβen vo¨llig zersto¨rt. Prometheus erscheint wieder als ein Arbeiter im Werk von Peter Weiss. Er ist hier ein sehr selbstbewuβter Mann und zugleich ein Widerstandska¨mpfer. In der modernen und gegenwa¨rtigen deutschen Literatur ist Prometheus entmythologisiert und entmaterialisiert und erscheint als ein verdichtetes Symbol. Es ist auch leicht zu finden. dass die Figur Prometheus vom "Promethischen u¨berwa¨ltigt ist, das zur Zeit ein Widerstand andeutet. Der Mythos ist also nicht bloβ die veraltete und unlogische Geschichte. sondern eine nicht unterscha¨tzbare kulturelle Schatzkammer der Menschheit. Seine Adaptions- und Transformationskraft wirkt u¨berzeitlich und u¨berregional weiter.

      • CCTS를 이용한 GaAs MESFET의 결점 분석

        The defects(traps) in GaAS MESFETs were characterized by means of CCTS. Two samples were measured. One sample had short channel length of 1㎛ with the channel width of 100㎛, the other sample had long channel length of 100㎛ with the same channel width. In MESFET with 1㎛ channel length several positive peaks were observed. MESFET with 100㎛ channel length had several negative peaks. The positive peaks were due to the surface trap in the area between the gate and source (drain) as Blight had interpreted. 3 negative peaks were characterized and identified. It was experimental observed that the sensitivity of CCTS was much higher than R?-DLTS.
