        침과 매선요법 복합시술의 유방 확대 효과 136례

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of combined treatment of needle-embedding therapy and acupuncture for breast augmentation. Methods: 136 patients had needle-embedding therapy and acupuncture combined treatments for breast augmentation. The treatments was performed once a week for 10 weeks. We measured bust circumference, underbust circumference, bust circumference and underbust circumference difference, treatments either before or after. Results: The mean of bust circumference was $77.75{\pm}4.93cm$ before the procedure and $80.25{\pm}5.01cm$ after the procedure, $2.50{\pm}1.95cm$ significantly increased. The mean of underbust circumference was $70.01{\pm}3.99cm$ before the procedure and $70.49{\pm}4.08cm$ after the procedure, $0.48{\pm}1.48cm$ significantly increased. the mean of bust circumference and underbust circumference difference was $7.74{\pm}2.24cm$ before the procedure and $9.76{\pm}2.55cm$ after the procedure, $2.01{\pm}1.72cm$ significantly increased. Conclusions: The combined treatment comprising needle-embedding therapy and acupuncture had a significant effect with regard to breast augmentation.

        혀 기저부에 발생한 신경초종 1례

        Schwannoma are benign, solitary and encapsulated tumors originating from the Schwann cells of the nerve sheath. About 25% to 40% of all schwannomas are found in the head and neck and the acoustic nerve is most frequently involved, but schwannomas of the tongue is rare. When they do occur, treatment is simple. However, diagnosis is invariably delayed because of the vagueness of symptoms. Recently, authors experienced a case of schwannoma occurred in the base of tongue and the tumor was successfully removed through intraoral approach. So we report this case with literature review.

        주행차량에 따른 개단면 강바닥판 교량의 국부거동 특성

        강바닥판 교량은 비교적 얇은 강판이 사용되며, 가로 세로리브 및 가로보 등의 구조부재가 용접에 의해 복잡한 형상으로 조립되므로 용접에 의한 변형과 결함이 발생할 가능성이 매우 높고, 용접연결부에서의 응력 상태가 매우 복잡하다. 또한 실제 강바닥판 교량에서의 피로균열은 주부재보다 2차부재와의 용접연결부에서 발생되고 있다. 그러나 강바닥판교량 설계시에는 대부분 주부재에 대한 응력 평가가 이루어지고 있으며, 피로균열이 발생하는 구조상세에 대한 상세 응력 평가 및 특성 분석은 거의 검토되고 있지 있다. 본 연구에서는 공용년수 29년된 개단면 세로리브를 가진 강바닥판을 대상으로 피로균열의 원인을 조사하고, 재하시험 및 실교통류 흐름하에서의 현장계측을 통하여 대상 교량의 피로안전성을 검토하였다. 또한 피로균열이 발생된 세로리브 및 다이아프램의 용접부를 대상으로 격자해석 및 상세해석 모델을 사용하여, 이들 구조상세에 대한 영향면해석을 이용하여 이동하중에 따른 거동 특성을 조사하고, 대상교량의 피로균열 발생 원인을 규명하였다. The orthotropic steel deck bridge made by using relatively thin steel plate, and structural members such as transverse and longitudinal ribs, cross beam, etc. in the bridge are fabricated with complex shape by welding. Therefore, the possibility occurring deformation and defects by welding is very high, and stress states in the welded connection parts are very complex. Also, the fatigue cracks in orthotropic steel deck bridge are happening fromthe welded connection parts of secondary member than main member. However, stress evaluation for main members is mainly carried out in the design process of the bridge, detailed stress evaluation and characteristic analysis is not almost reviewed in the structural details which fatigue crack occurred. For the orthotropic steel deck bridge with open ribs which has been serviced for 29 years, in this study, the cause of fatigue crack is investigated and the fatigue safety of the bridge is examined based on fieldmeasurement by the loading test and real traffic condition. Also, structural analyses using gridmodel and detailed analysis model were carried out for the welded connection parts of longitudinal rib and diaphramthat fatigue crack occurred. Additionally, the behavior characteristics due to running vehicles were investigated by using influence area analysis for these structural details, and the occurrence causes of fatigue crack in the target bridge were clarified.

        전해질 첨가제에 따른 graphite 음극의 SEI분석 및 전기 화학적 특성 고찰

        높은 에너지 밀도를 지닌 리튬 이온 전지는 현재 리튬 이온 전지에 상용화된 음극 활물질인 천연 흑연의 보다 높은 율 별 특성과 안정한 장수 명 특성을 요구하고 있다. 천연 흑연계 음극 활물질을 이용하여 리튬 전지 음극을 제작하여, SEI 피막의 형성 및 제어의 대표적인 전해질 첨가제인 VC (vinylene carbonate), VEC (vinyl ethylene carbonate), FEC (fluoroethylene carbonate)등의 다양한 첨가제를 사용하여 초기 반응에 의해 생성되는 SEI 피막을 분석하고 이에 따른 전기 화학 특성 변화를 측정하기 위하여 SEM, EVS (electorochemical voltage spectroscopy), 피막 분석, EIS (electrochemical impedance spectroscopy), FT-IR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy)등을 측정하여, 고온 수명 평가, 용량 유지율 및 성능 평가를 실시하여, $0^{\circ}C$ 수명특성 이후의 음극에 대한 분석을 비교 및 분석 평가 하였다. 초기 충전 시 profile에서 SEI의 형성에 의한 변화를 나타냈으며, EVS를 통하여 No-Additive가 약 0.9 V에서 SEI의 형성이 이루어지지만, VC, VEC, FEC의 경우 1 V 이상에서 형성반응이 이루어졌다. $60^{\circ}C$ 수명특성평가에서 초기 효율은 No-Additive가 가장 높게 나타나며 용량 유지율이 높게 나타났으나, cycle이 진행 될수록 충전 시 용량과 효율이 감소하여 VC, FEC보다 용량 유지율이 낮아졌고, VEC는 효율 및 용량 유지율 모두 성능이 가장 낮게 나타났다. SEM을 통하여 SEI의 변화를 확인할 수 없었지만, FT-IR을 통하여 SEI의 성분이 cycle이 진행이 될수록 첨가제에 의해 $2850-2900cm^{-1}$영역의 Alkyl carbonate ($RCO_2Li$) 계열의 성분이 더욱 견고하게 유지되는 것을 확인하였으며, EIS를 통하여 cycle이 진행될수록 저항은 증가하는 것으로 나타났고, 특히 No-Additive 및 VEC의 SEI에 의한 저항이 매우 커졌다는 것을 알 수 있었다. Lithium ion battery with high energy density is expanding its application area to electric automobile and electricity storage field beyond existing portable electric devices. Such expansion of an application field is demanding higher characteristic and stable long life characteristic of an anode material, the natural graphite that became commercialized in lithium ion battery. This thesis produced cathode by using natural graphite anode material, analyzed creation of the cathode SEI film created due to initial reaction by using electrolyte additives, VC (vinylene carbonate), VEC (vinyl ethylene carbonate), and FEC (fluoroethylene carbonate), and considered correlation with the accompanying electrochemical transformation. This study compared and analyzed the SEI film variation of natural graphite cathode according to the electrolyte additive with SEI that is formed at the time of initial filling and cathode of $60^{\circ}C$ life characteristic. At the time of initial filling, the profile showed changes due to the SEI formation, and SEI was formed in No-Additive in approximately 0.9 V through EVS, but for VC, VEC, and FEC, the formation reaction was created above 1 V. In $60^{\circ}C$ lifespan characteristic evaluation, the initial efficiency was highest in No-Additive and showed high contents percentage, but when cycle was progressed, the capacity maintenance rate decreased more than VC and FEC as the capacity and efficiency at the time of filling decreased, and VEC showed lowest performance in efficiency and capacity maintenance rate. Changes of SEI could not be verified through SEM, but it was identified that as the cycle of SEI ingredients was progressed through FT-IR, ingredients of Alkyl carbonate ($RCO_2Li$) affiliation of the $2850-2900cm^{-1}$ was maintained more solidly and the resistance increased as cycle was progressed through EIS, and specially, it was identified that the resistance due to No-Additive and SEI of VEC became very significant. Continuous loss of additives was verified through GC-MS, and the loss of additives from partial decomposition and remodeling of SEI formed the non-uniform surface of SEI and is judged to be the increase of resistance.

      • 사상체질집단의 ADPRT gene 3'UTR region의 단일염기다형성 연구

        Sasang Constitutional Medicine is based on the diversity of human being and medically developed the variation of response to diseases and medicines. The diversity is categorized as four groups Taeyangin, Taeumin, Soyangin, Soeumin according to morphology, physiology, pathology, and pharmacology. The phenotypes of Sasang constitutions represent that constitutions may be possessed of the different genetic backgrounds. To clarify the genetic difference among the Sasang constitutions, we performed a genetic analysis with the 3'-UTR polymorphism of ADPRT (rs=8679) as a pooled DNA sequencing method. ADPRT modulates various nuclear proteins by poly(ADP-ribosy)lation and is involved in the regulation of various cellular processes such as differentiation, proliferation, and tumor transformation. This gene is also involved in the recovery of cell from DNA damage and the brain infarction. The allele frequencies of [T/C] polymorphism of ADPRT of Soeumin and Soyangin groups were (T: 0.94/C: 0.06) and that of Taeumin and Taeyangin groups were (T: l.00/C: 0.00). The allele frequency was not showed the difference between constitution groups. This result represented that the [T/C] polymorphism of ADPRT 3' UTR region was not suitable to classify the constitutions. However, this study is the first trial of Sasang classification according to genetic polymorphism and further analysis will be necessarily to classify the genetic difference of Sasang constitution.

        형방도적산(荊防導赤散)으로 호전된 소양인(少陽人) 말초성 안면신경마비 환자 치험 2례

        Objectives We report a series of 2 treatment cases with Hyeongbangdojok-san which is based on Sasang Constitutional Medicine for peripheral facial palsy in Soyangin. Methods We diagnosed these two cases as a Soyangsangpung. And we prescribed Hyeongbangdojok-san for their physical symptoms. The improvement of their peripheral facial palsy were evaluated. Results After the Hyeongbangdojok-san was given, the patient's peripheral facial paralysis and physical symptoms were improved. Conclusions These case-studies showed an efficient result of using Hyeongbangdojok-san in the peripheral facial paralysis of Soyangin.

        통합된 상용 툴을 이용한 전투기급 항공기 개념설계

        Automated design program using commercial process integration and optimization program was developed for conceptual design of fighter-class aircraft. Wind tunnel test data and performance analysis results were compared for the verification of analysis tool of this program, and the usefulness of the tool was found. After integration with radar cross section analysis tool, the correlation with configuration design variables of wing, tail and performance parameters was identified by design of experiment, and the optimized configuration for weight and RCS was derived from optimization of empty weight and average frontal RCS value. After parameter definition of fuselage, the program can be implemented for full aircraft configuration.

        Precast Concrete Block 및 Suction pile을 적용한 Jacket 구조물의 진동저감 효과 평가

        Recently, construction sites of offshore wind power tend to move from shallow water to deep water. From this tendency, the research on the support structure of offshore wind power in deep water will be a key issue. In this study, precast concrete block and suction pile are applied to existing jacket structure. In order to reduce the vibration of this structure, the tuned liquid damper is also applied in the precast concrete block. The applicability of the suggested jacket structure is evaluated by finite element analysis. And the vibration tends to decrease about 5%, when the tuned liquid damper is applied. 해상풍력발전의 건설이 여러 가지 환경 및 가설공법 등의 설치환경 등의 원인에 의하여 건설지점이 천해에서 심해로 이동하는 경향을 나타내고 있다. 이러한 경향 속에 해상풍력발전 지지구조물의 심해화에 따른 지지구조물에 대한 연구는 중요성이 더욱 증대될 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 Jacket 구조물에 대하여 Precast Concrete Block 및 Suction pile을 적용한 Jacket 구조물을 제안하고 이에 대하여 구조해석 및 안전성 평가를 실시하였다. 또한 제안된 구조물에 동조액체감쇠기를 적용하여 구조물 진동성능 향상을 도모하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 제안된 신형식 Jacket 구조물은 충분한 안전성을 가지고 있는 것으로 평가되었으며, 동조액체감쇠기를 적용하였을 경우, 약 5%의 진동저감 효과가 있는 것으로 검토되었다.
