More than half of patients presenting with hoarseness show benign vocal cord changes. However, in rare cases with benign mucosal lesions, it can be diagnosed as a malignant disease after histopathological examination. A 53-year-old man with a 30-pack-year smoking history was admitted for the evaluation of hoarseness, and using a laryngoscope, an enclosed, sac-like cystic lesion was detected on the midpoint of the right true vocal cord. The cystic lesion was deemed to be an intracordal cyst and treated with laryngeal microsurgery. However, pathological findings showed squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx arising in the intracordal cyst, which is exceptionally rare. Therefore, even if a benign lesion is initially suspected, a biopsy must be performed on a patient with smoking history to confirm the diagnosis. In conclusion, we report a case of squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx arising in the intracordal cyst.

This paper introduces a compensating system for machining error, which is resulted from chucking with separated jaws. In machining the chucked cylindrical workpiece, the deterioration of machining accuracy, such as out-of-roundness is inevitable due to the variation of the radial compliance of the chuck workpiece system which is caused by the position of jaws with respect to the direction of the applied force. To compensate the chucking compliance induced error, firstly roundness profile of workpiece due to chucking compliance after machining needs to be predicted. Then using this predicted profile, the compensated tool feed trajectory can be generated. And by synchronizing the cutting tool feed system with workpiece rotation, the chucking compliance induced error can be compensated. To satisfy the condition that the cutting tool feed system must provide high speed and high position accuracy, brushless linear DC motor is used. In this study, firstly through the force-deflection experiment in workpiece chucked lathe, the variation of radial compliance of chuck workpiece system is obtained. Secondly using the mathematical equation and cutting experiment result, the predicted profile of workpiece and its compensation tool trajectory are generated. Thirdly the configuration of compensation system using linear motor is introduced, and to improve the system performance, PID controller is designed. Finally the tracking performance of system is examined by experiment. Through the real cutting experiment, roundness is significantly improved.

지난 7월 10일에서 14일까지 5일간 한국광산업진흥회는 참관단을 구성해 일본 치바현 마꾸하리 멧세에서 열린 ‘InterOpto 2000' 행사에 참여했다. InterOpto 2000'은 일본에서 열리는 최대규모의 광산업박람회로 국내업체로는 동우옵트론, 삼성정밀화학, 포엔티, 도남시스템 등 4개 업체가 참여했다. 참관단은 'InterOpto 2000' 참관과 함께 일본광산업관련업체 견학, 일본광산업기술진흥협회 (OITDA)와의 상호교류 업무협의, 광산업 박람회 개최관련 자료 및 정보수집 등의 업무를 수행했다. 또한 광산업 관련 세미나에 참석해 광산업의 동향과, 기술현황을 살폈다.

Objectives Internet gaming disorder (IGD) is associated with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or depression etc. We tried to examine the mediating effects of depression in the relationship between ADHD and IGD. Methods This study was conducted on 2000 people who participated in on-line survey among 14-39 year-old men and women in 2017. And we clarified the relationship among IGD, ADHD, and depression and tested the mediation model. The mean and standard deviation of the main variables were calculated and correlation analysis was performed to confirm the relationship among the main variables. In order to test the mediating effect of depression on the relationship between ADHD and IGD, the structural equation model was implemented using AMOS 21 (IBM). Results There were significant correlations among the variables; IGD, ADHD and depression. Depression had a mediating effect 0.23 (95% confidence interval : 0.17-0.28) in the relationship between IGD and ADHD. Conclusions This study showed that depression can mediate ADHD and IGD. Therefore, the evaluation and management of depression and ADHD should be included in the diagnosis and treatment of IGD.

White uniformity is one of the important inspection factors determining the image quality of CRT screen. In the full white pattern, white uniformity means the degree of uniform distribution of white color across the whole screen. To elicit the sensitivity factors affecting the decision of the white uniformity quality, experiments in which participants were confronted with 6 evaluation points embedded in 3 measurement groups on a CRT screen were conducted to gather the psychophysical data that are the level of white uniformity subjects perceived and CA100 produced. These data were used to develop a modified CIE1976 equation for calculating white uniformity. Performance comparison between the original CIE1976 equation and the modified equation was conducted in terms of accuracy test and magnitude estimation. It was concluded the modified equation is more sensitive in the change of white uniformity, compared to the original CIE1976 equation.

정보시스템 도입요인의 중요도 분석

This study presents the analysis of criticality of various information system introduction factors suggested in precedent researches with AHP. Information system introduction factors were categorized by three types: environmental factor, organizational factor and informational characteristic factor. Analyzing the criticality of information system introduction factors with AHP, the criticality of organizational factor ranked the highest. informational characteristic factor and environmental factor followed. Putting the analysis results of primary hierarchy factors and secondary hierarchy factors together, support of CEO ranked the highest and formulation, information quality and information intensity followed.

기업 CEO 정보화 능력 개발에 관한 연구

The firms introduce various kinds of information systems to enhance competitiveness by renovating process. Many studies have proven that support of CEO is one of the important sucess factors to introducing information system. But research papers about assessment of CEO's informatization capability is rare. So this paper purposes to develop informatization capability assessment items for CEO. The study has searched the assessment items related to informatization level measurement items adopted by offices and business enterprises, the informatization assessment items for individual organization member, CEO's support factor which is one of the success factors of adopting various company information systems by searching related documents. It is expected that these assessment items not only measure the informatization capability but also contribute to improve informatization capability of CEO.

정보화 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향요인의 중요도 분석

This study selected 29 items in 5 fields such as communication management, scope and requirements management, project management, human resource management, and customer management about the effect factors on the performance of IT project through the precedent researches. the analysis of criticality between the effect factors was conducted with AHP. As a result of analysis, six factors of scope and requirements management were included in the top 10, and three factors of human resource management were included in the top 10. One factor of communication management was included in the top 10. It is analyzed that importance of customer management and project management is relatively low. Through such results, it is judged that scope and requirements management should be aggressively considered for the result of successful IT project.
