This study aims to examine the effects of team member characteristics(change reception, work understand) and team process(potency, social support, workload sharing, communication and cooperation within the team) to team effectiveness(job commitment, job satisfaction and productivity), As the result, both team member characteristics and team process have positive relations with team effectiveness.
시뮬레이션 기법을 이용한 AS/RS 구조적 특성에 관한 연구

A large scale automated material handling system (AMHS) is simulated using real industrial input data to analyze its performance so that one can scrutinize the critical factors that affect the AS /RS performance. The factors included in this study are line balancing efficiency, the distance between machines, and cycle time of the machines. The performance of AS /RS is measured in terms of R/M utilities that are latter used to classify the AS/RS structure into three types such as Good, Normal, and Poor. Among the three factors considered in this study, the line balance efficiency within each AS/RS is found as the most critical factor which statistically affect the AS/RS performance.

On the situation cooperating with business partners on the supply chain, systematic decision making process is a critical issue for them. The two major issues of purchasing strategy such as selecting vendors and managing them are important part of their overall business activities. This study mainly focus on the former issue of the vendor selection. Through the empirical study, analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method was applied to select vendors among supplier vendors based on four selection criteria such as the level of quality, product on management ability, delivery, and price. The results of study showed the main criteria of vender selection was the ability of quality management. The vender selected based on AHP and the current selection method was different, but implicitly projected the dilemma situation between quality and price which occurs in decision making process of real life.
뉴로-퍼지 시스템에 의한 몸통근육군의 EMG 크기 예측 방법론

This study aims to examine a fuzzy logic-based human expert EMG prediction model (FLHEPM) for predicting electromyographic responses of trunk muscles due to manual lifting based on two task (control) variables. The FLHEPM utilizes two variables as inputs and ten muscle activities as outputs. As the results, the lifting task variables could be represented with the fuzzy membership functions. This provides flexibility to combine different scales of model variables in order to design the EMG prediction system. In model development, it was possible to generate the initial fuzzy rules using the neural network, but not all the rules were appropriate (87% correct ratio). With regard to the model precision, the EMG signals could be predicted with reasonable accuracy that the model shows mean absolute error of 8.43% ranging from 4.97% to 13.16% and mean absolute difference of 6.4% ranging from 2.88% to 11.59%. However, the model prediction accuracy is limited by use of only two task variables which were available for this study (out of five proposed task variables). Ultimately, the neuro-fuzzy approach utilizing all five variables to predict either the EMG activities or the spinal loading due to dynamic lifting tasks should be developed.
