다낭성 난소 증후군 환자에서 Isoflavone 섭취에 따른 혈중 생화학적 지표의 변화

Objective: This study was performed to evaluate the effect of isoflavone supplementation on hormone levels, lipid profiles and total antioxidant status in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: Total 11 women with polycystic ovary syndrome were supplemented daily with 150mg of isoflavone for 6 months. Blood samples were collected 0, 3, and 6 months after supplement of isoflavone for analysis of LH, FSH, E2, testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG levels, serum lipid profiles, and total antioxidant status (TAS). Results: After 6 months isoflavone supplementation, the hormone levels did not change significantly. Serum lipid profiles did not show any significant change in total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, lipoprotein(a), and free fatty acid levels. However, there was significant increase in HDL-cholesterol (p<0.05) for 3 months. Total antioxidant status was increased significantly after isoflavone supplementation for 6 months (p<0.05). Conclusion: Isoflavone supplementation showed positive effects on the HDL-cholesterol and total antioxidant status. it is implicated that isoflavone supplementation will may have a effect on cardiovascular disease in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
GPS L1 C/A 코드 신호의 신호추적 및 항법기만 가능성 분석

기만(spoofing)신호는 원래 신호와 동일하거나 또는 유사한 신호를 만들어 원래 신호의 이용을 방해 또는 기만신호를 이용하여 잘못된 결과를 도출하게 만드는 목적을 갖는다. 따라서 유도무기에서 많이 사용되는 GPS 수신기가 이러한 기만신호에 의해서 잘못된 항법해를 도출하여 유도무기의 항법기능을 무력화 시킬 수 있는 가능성에 대해서 거론되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 GPS 수신기가 기만신호에 의해서 기만될 수 있는 가능성에 대해서 신호추적 및 항법기만 실험을 통하여 확인하였다. 실험을 위해서 GPS 신호와 기만신호를 생성하는 RF 레벨의 GPS/기만신호 발생장치를 개발하였다. 개발된 발생장치는 GPS+Spoofing 신호를 생성하여 National Instrument 사의 RF 신호 발생기를 통하여 L1 대역으로 생성하여 수신기의 안테나 입력에 신호를 인가할 수 있도록 제작되었다. 실험결과 상용 GPS 수신기(Novatel OEMV3/OEM-V1, Ublox 등)에 기만신호를 인가하여 완전히 기만될 수 있음을 확인하였다. 하지만 기만되는 상황을 만들기 위해서는 많은 제약조건이 존재하며, 제약조건의 변화에 따른 영향을 분석하여 제시하였다.
거리독립 경쟁지수를 이용한 4개 침엽수종의 고사률 추정식의 개발

This study was carried out to develop individual tree mortality equations by using competition index for four coniferous species such as Pinus densiflora in Gangwon province, Pinus densiflora in the central Korea, Pinus koraiensis and Larix leptolepis. The competition index was estimated by distance-independent model developed by Schroder and Gadow and then used as an independent variable for developing adequate individual tree mortality model by coniferous species. Seven candidate models for individual tree mortality by species were compared and evaluated based on three evaluation statistics such as mean difference(MD), standard deviation of difference(SDD) and standard error of difference(SED). It was found that each species has different model forms for the most appropriate mortality estimation. That is, Pinus densiflorn in Gangwon province is best fit to model Ⅱ , Pinus densiflora in the central Korea is best fit to model N. Pinus koraiensis is best fit to model V and Larix leptolepis is best fit to model Ⅳ. The estimated fit indices for the mortality equations of each species ranged from 0.70 to 0.83, which is relatively high in terms of mortality estimation. Therefore, it is concluded that the mortality equations developed in this study could be useful and applicable for the estimation of tree mortality by species.
String을 이용한 원형실린더 주위의 수평력 감소에 관한 연구

Recently, it was predicted that the size of offshore markets will grow as gas prices edge up. This paper presents experimental results for using strings as a suppression device on a circular cylinder and discusses the various data. A test model was used to investigate the role of strings by varying the thickness of the strings used to suppress a cylinder’s lateral force taking into account the effect of turbulence promoted. A substantial amount of experimental data were taken from experiments performed on cylinders at Reynolds number up to a maximum value of 105. The suppression of vortex shedding and a lateral force reduction of up to 70% were observed for the cylinder with strings.
