According to Samguk Yusa, Uijeok working mainly in the second half of 7 B.C. of the Silla period was known for one of the several disciples of Uisang. It is speculated that Choi Chiwon, who led an active life at later ages of Silla period, wrote a biography of Uijeok. Because he was not only done many types of monumental inscriptions but also wrote biographies of monks who founded and established the temple, Haeinsa in the year of the King Aejang, especially including the biography of a saint of Boosuk which the monk Illyeon called ‘the original biography’. Gyunyeo assumed in his work that Uijeok’s academic preference was inclined more toward the sect of Huayan(華嚴宗) changed from the sect of the phenomenal appearances of dharmas(法相宗). However, Choi Jing in Japan regarded Uijeok as the monk of the sect of the phenomenal appearances of dharmas. Anyeon also introduced Uijeok as followers of Xuanzang sānzàng(玄奘 三藏) in his book. As a result, Uijeok was believed to be one of the disciples of the sect of the phenomenal appearances of dharmas. More than 25 kinds of writing regarding Uijeok were made and ‘Daeseung-uirimjang’ was called either 12chapter or 12volume-chapter and Gyugi’s writings of ‘Daeseungbeobwonuirimjang’(7chapter) was called ‘a miniature chapter(略章)’ and that of Uijeok was called ‘a huge chapter(廣章)’ so that those writings were thought to make with scientific purpose. And, as the writing of Uijeok was to make revision, correction and preach of the Gyugi’s writing, so that recovery of a part of lost Uijeok’s writings at introduction of Gyugi’s writings of ‘Daeseung-beobwon-uirimjang’ could examine thought commonness and difference between that books. 신라시대의 7세기 후반에 활동했던 義寂은 『三國遺事』의 「義湘傳敎」條에 보면 義湘(625~702)의 여러 제자 중의 한 사람으로 알려지고 있다. 의적에게는 신라의 후대에 활동했던 ‘文昌侯’로 추봉되던 崔致遠(857~ ?)이 지은 傳記가 있었던 것으로 추측된다[拙論, 「新羅 義寂의 一乘思想과 修行論」( 『佛敎學報』 제41집, 2004) 參照]. 왜냐하면 최치원은 『鳳巖寺碑文』, 『崇福寺碑文』, 『法藏和尙傳』등을 지었을 뿐만이 아니라 哀莊王 때(800~809)에 해인사를 창건한 順應과 利貞 두 스님 등에 관한 전기도 짓고, 일연 스님이 ‘本傳’이라고 불렀던 『浮石尊者傳』등도 있었기 때문이다. 의적의 학풍은 均如(923~973)가 그의 『圓通鈔』에서 의적의 학문적인 경향을, “法相宗에서 왔다”고 하여 화엄종에 귀하한 것으로 보았지만, 일본의 最澄(767~822)이 지은 『守護國界章』에서는 의적을 ‘法相宗의 沙門’이라고 하거나 安然(?~884)의 『敎時諍論』에서도 玄奘의 門人으로 소개하고 있는 것 등으로 보아 의적은 법상종에 소속되었던 인물인 것 같다. 이러한 의적에게는 『大般若經綱要』 등 25여 종류에 달하는 저서들이 있었는데, 이 중에서 『大乘義林章』은 12卷 혹은 12卷章으로 불렀던 것으로서, 窺基의 이 방면의 저서인 『大乘法苑義林章』(7권)을 ‘略章’이라 하고, 의적의 이것을 ‘廣章’이라 命名했다는 것으로 보아서, 이들은 서로 같은 학술적인 목적을 가지고 저술되었던 것을 알 수 있겠다. 더구나 의적의 것이 규기의 章疏를 補正, 改正, 破斥, 論難, 彈劾 등을 했다는 것으로 보아, 현재 규기의 『大乘法苑義林章』이 전해지고 있는 실정에서 일실된 의적의 것을 일부나마 복원한다면 이들 간의 사상적인 공통성 내지는 상이성 등을 알아보는 데 있어서 일익을 담당할 것으로 사료되어서 시도된 논문이다.

Staphylococcus lugdunensis (S. lugdunensis) is an unusually virulent coagulase-negative staphylococci (CNS) and uncommon cause of infective endocarditis (IE) involving mainly native left sided valves. S. lugdunensis IE, which was described previously as ?urreptitious?and ?olf in sheep? clothing? runs an aggressive course with a high rate of severe in?hospital complications. Therefore, early surgical treatment has been considered for the treatment of S. lugdunensis IE. However, we experienced a case of S. lugdunensis pulmonary endarteritis which was cured with antibiotic therapy alone.

The carbon nanotube emitters for field emission displays were fabricated by using screen printing techniques. The pastes for screen printing are composed of organic binders, carbon nanotubes (multiwalled or singlewalled), and some additive materials. The pastes were printed on Cr-coated/Ag-printed soda-lime glass substrates. From the I-V characteristics, the turn-on field of SWNT was lower than that of MWNT. The decrease in the mesh size of screen masks (i.e. increase in the opening size of the screen mesh) resulted in decreasing the turn-on field and increasing the electron emission current. When the carbon nanotubes were mixed with silver pastes, silver powders appeared to contribute to the vertically aligning of carbon nanotubes on a glass.
