This studied the environment education in the science curriculum by investigating and analyzing the each grade teaching contents in the changes of science curriculum and in the 7th science curriculum. It is for presenting the direction of unified, systematical and supplementary environment education by knowing the environment education changes and each chapter teaching contents in the 7th curriculum. First, in the case of science curriculum changes, The environmental terms appeared in the 5th curriculum and the independent choice of the environment subject came true in the 6th curriculum. The environment is also an optional subject in the 7th curriculum, but it is pushed out by the students' computer subject preference Second in the case of each grade teaching contents, In the 7th curriculum the number of the 7th, 8th and 9th grades teaching chapters are, 8, 12 and 8. Among them there are not the environment teaching contents. The environment is in the last chapter of the 10th grade. So it can be neglected Third, in general, Regarding the importance of environment education and the seriousness of environmental problems, the environment subject needs to be changed from optional subject to compulsory subject. The environmental problems which occur or connect in the contents of each chapter each grade need to be treated in that chapter for the continuous environment education. The importance of environment needs to be known by cooperative endeavor of all subjects and by applying the grades to the entrance test.

Internet has been increasingly applied not only to a corporation and government but also to many aspects of everyday life. Recently, each department of the Government actively unfolds an enterprise which strengthens civil affairs administration as a part of an attempt to be a government for citizen. Each department also promotes efficiency of business management by applying information technology to administration. As a part of this trend, in August of 1996, Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development(MOE) made "enforcement plan for informationization of education" which included the development of "School information Management System(SIMS)" for computerization of education administration and the diffusion of SIMS in elementary, middle, and high schools throughout the whole nation. In order to increase the applicability of data that have been accumulated in SIMS and review the efficiency in college entrance administration, School Activities Records(SAR) have been used in a form of diskette or CO-ROM in cases that students enter an advanced school, move out to another school or transfer from another school, and go to college. Because SAR are important data, they are classified as the highest grade with regard to data security level. The data communication system of SAR had been managed by people, mainly because an internet-related environment was not set up completely. In March of 2001, all, elementary, middle, and high schools were connected to the internet, which made it possible to manage the data of SAR through on-line. This thesis intended to manage the data communication system of SAR through on-line by employing data encryption and authentication structure of Public Key Infrastructure(PKI). To accomplish this objective, this study adapted the standard PKI technology that the nation authorized, and designed the data communication system of SAR in a way to address digital signature for authentication, integrity, and non-repudiation of a data sende. In order to issue and acquire a user certificate of a school for digital signature, National Computerization Agency(NCA) was appointed as a certificate authority. Korea Education & Research Information service(KERIS) was designated as a registration authority(RA) and each of the 16 metropolitan & regional offices of education was appointed as a branched registration authority(BRA). Because of its practicability and applicability, a central data accumulation and delivery system was selected and designed in detail as the data communication system of SAR. KERIS, a government-funded organization for education information services, played a significant role as a central center in which all SAR were gathered and processed. The identification procedure of SAR was simplified from 3 steps to 2 steps. Time and procedure were also simplified by changing off-line management of data communication system into on-line management. This study established the data collection and communication system of SAR in on-line and simplified its related procedure, which led to reduce the administration-related work load of high school, each of the 16 metropolitan & regional offices of education, KERIS as a central center, and college. This study also presented a data communication system which is suitable for authentication and security concerns. This system can be utilized for accepting college entrance application forms and issuing all sorts of certifications through on-line. This study is expected to be a basis to fortify the services of education administration for citizen and to help people recognize PKI and use digital signature.
Aflatoxin B_1과 Vitamin A가 發生中인 白鼠의 肝에 미치는 影響

For the study on the effect of aflatoxin B_1 and vitamnin A on the developing fetal rat liver, aflatoxin B_1(1mg/kg, Sigma Chemicals) was administered intraperitoneally on the 8th day of pregnancy and vitamin A (50,000IU/day, Sigma Chemicals) was administered orally from the 8th day of pregnancy to a day before sacrifice daily. Under ether anesthesia, removed uterus, opened the pregnant sac, and fetuses were fixed in the 10% neutral buffered formalin solution. The 5㎛ thick liver specimens were stained with H-E and the mitotic figures were counted under high power field(x400) of light microscope. The results were as followings: 1. Aflatoxin B_1 inhibited the liver cell mitosis. 2. On the 14th day of development, vitamin A inhibited the antimitotic effect of aflatoxin B_1.

Gastric candidiasis is an uncommon disorder. It is an opportunistic pathogen in immune compromised individuals, alcoholics, persons treated with broad-spectrum antibiotics, immunosuppressive and chemotherapeutic agents. Besides, the use of drugs that reduce the gastric acid production may be a cause of gastric candidiasis. We experienced a case of gastric candidiasis following advanced gastric adenocarcinoma. A 85-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital because of epigastric soreness. Endoscopic findings revealed a large ulcero-infiltrating mass with yellow exudate at cardia of the stomach, which suggested an advanced gastric cancer. Endoscopic biopsy revealed spores and pseudohyphae infiltrating through the ulcerated stomach wall, diffuse infiltration of tumor cells and abortive tumor glands. After treatment with fluconazole 100 mg daily for 21 days, no evidence of the gastric candidiasis was seen on endoscopic biopsy and pathologic findings. The case is herein reported of gastric candidiasis following advanced gastric adenocarcinoma along with a review of corresponding literature.

서양기보법은 이론가의 공헌에 힘입어 고대의 원시적인 기보법Primitive notation 에서 꾸준히 발전하여 11 세기 에는 보표라는 획기적인 기보법을 창안하게 되었다. 이 보표는 14 세기의 프랑스기보법, 이탈리아기보법을 거치면서 5 선 보표가 가장 적당하다는 결론에 도달하게 되었고,그후 5선보표에 대한 논란은 일어나지 않았다. 그러나 이 보표는 음고 (pitch) 에 대해서는 절대적인 영향을 끼쳤으나 음가 (duration) 에는 별로 도움이 되지 않았다. 음가에 대해서는 또 다른 체계에 의해 기록되었는데 Longa ( 길다 ) 와 Brevis 라는 상대적인 음가에서 시작하였다. 이 음가는 음고보다 그 가보제계가 매우 느리게 전진하였다. 두가지 상대음가에서 그 이상의 분할가로 나타나는 여러 음표가 만들어졌는데,12 세기초 Square 기보법 시대에는 정사각형에 기둥이 세워졌고 정사각형을 옆으로 돌진 마름모꼴이 사용되었으며 마름모꼴에 다시 기둥이 세워지고 나중에는 꼬리을 붙혔다. 보다 새로운 분할을 위해색음표를 사용하여 Syncopation 의 리듬을 만들어 내기도 하였다. 처음에는 이러한 음표를 독자적으로 쓸 수가 없었다. 왜냐하면 상대적인 음가를 알기 위해서는 몇개의 음그룹을 사전에 만들어 놓는것이 가장 좋은 방법이라고 생각했기 때문이다. 결과적으로 리듬모드체계가 만들어졌다. 이러한 방법을 Leonin , Perotin 등 초기의 작곡가들은 절대적인 법칙으로 사용하였다. 그러나 세월이 흐름에 따라 Franco 를 비롯한 후기의 작곡가들은 선배들이 정해 놓은 리듬을 사용하여 창작한다는 것에 많은 불편을 겪게 되었다. 이러한 불편을 극복하기 위하여 Franco , Vitry 등 개혁적인 이론가들은 지금까지 높게 쌓아온 장벽을 뛰어 넘음으로써 Ars-Nova 라는 새로운 세계를 이룩한 것이다. 이와같이 13세기부터는 보다 빠른 속도로 음가에 대한 개혁이 시도되었다. 흰음표 정량 기보법 (White Mensural Notation)이 시작되기 전시대인 14 세기 이탈리아 기보법 시대에는 음가에 대한 문제가 어느정도 해결된 셈 이다 11 세기의 상대적 음가에 비해서 14세기의 절대적 음가을 갖는 기보법체계는 이 시대의 다성음악을 보다 높은 수준으로 끌어 올렸다. 이러한 연구결과로 고악보 해독을 함에 있어서 음가와 음고에 대한 문제점은 발견되지 않았다. 다만 음자리표, 박자등 부수적인 기호에 대해서는 따로 연구하지 못했음으로 과제로 남게된다.
