        We have fabricated the vacuum magnetic device with a lateral field emitter arrays constructed on n-Si wafer, and investigated its magnetic chracteristics. The devics is consisted of tip-arrayed emitter, gate, and split-anodes. The characteristics of the fabricated samples have been measured in the vacuum of 6.2X10^(-7) torr. A turn-on-voltage was approximately 84 V and anode current of 0.62 μA/tip was observed at the gate and the anode bias of 100 V and 200 V, respectively. Fowler-Nordheim plot could be obtained from the measurement, and field emitting area and field conversion factor calculated from the plot were 6.3X10^(-)16~1.2x10^(-15)cm^(2) and 8.9x10^(5)cm^(-1), respectively. The fabricated vacuum magnetic device has showed a good linearity to the magnetic field and a high sensitivity compared with the conventional semiconductor magnetic devices.

        뽕잎가루 첨가량에 따른 증편의 품질에 관한 연구

        Jeung-Pyun is a traditional Korean fermented rice cake leavened by yeast. To develop a functional Jeung-Pyun, mulberry leaf(ML) were added to the rice at the levels of 0, 2, 4, 6, 8%, respectively. Physicochemical, sensory, texture and surface characteristics of Jeung-Pyun were examined. The specific volumes of all the Jeung-Pyun's with ML were significantly lower than that of control(0% ML) and 4% ML sample showed the highest volume among them. The pH of ML Jeung-Pyun batters decreased with fermentation time. Overall quality of Jeung-Pyun with ML obtained lower value than the control. Among the texture properties measured with rheometer, hardness, cohesiveness, gumminess and brittleness of ML Jeung-Pyun decreased according to the amount ML added and springiness was not significantly different. The surface structure by SEM showed that Jeung-Pyun added with 4% ML had the largest and the most uniform air cells. In conclusion, the most acceptable concentrations of ML on the basis of overall quality in sensory evaluation and physicochemical characteristics were 2% or 4%.

        키토산 올리고당 첨가 증편 발효 중 Dextran 형성과 증편의 내부구조에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out in order to investigate the dextran formation and the internal structure of the chitosan-oligisaccharide(COS) Jeung-Pyun during the fermentation. To develop a functional Jeung-Pyun, COS was added to the rice at the level of 0, 2, 4, and 6% to the 2-hour-soaked rice. The pH, dextran and reducing sugar contents of COS batter, specific volume and the internal structure of COS were analyzed as a function of fermentation time. The specific volume of COS peaked at the 3 hour fermentation. The pH values of COS batters reduced with the fermentation time. The dextran content of the control batters peaked at the 7 hour fermentation. In contrast, the dextran contents of COS batters reduced up to 7th hour of fermentation, and then increased slowly until 20th hour of the fermentation process. From the air pore size and distribution of COS observed by SEM, the COS fermented for 3 hour was judged as the best. It was concluded that COS prevented the formation of dextran at the early stage of fermentation process.

        DDC 21판의 개정내용과 그 특성분석

        DDC 120년 역사 중 가장 혁신적으로 탄생한 것은 1996년 7월에 발행된 제 21판이다. 21판은 미래 판을 위한 준비뿐만 아니라 현재판에도 지식구조에 적합하도록 고려하였다. 21판에서는 350-354 행정학, 370 교육학 그리고 560-590 생명과학 분야가 집중적 또는 포괄적으로 개정되었다. 특히 21판의 주요 특징은 이용자의 편의성에 주안을 두었으며, 많은 부분의 조정, 기호법에서의 다양한 패싯의 적용, 전문용어의 쇄신, 국제적 요구의 수용 및 협력개발의 강화 그리고 데이터베이스에서의 변화 등이 두두러진 특징이며 전자배포도 주요 변화 중 하나이다. 특히 21판은 인쇄본과 CD-ROM 윈도우판의 두 개의 포맷을 가지고 탄생하여 온라인환경에 대처하도록 구현하였다 The purpose of this study is to analyze the edition of 21 of the Dewey Decimal Classification. Edition 21 includes major revisions of three schedules: 350-354 Public administration, 370 Education, and 560-590 Life sciences. The aim of Edition 21 was user convenience, Regularization, Faceting, Terminology, International needs and Cooperative development, and Changes in the database. The Dewey Decimal Classification is preparing for the future in a number of ways. Editorial work is supported by a UNIX-based system and access to online bibliographic databases. Two edition of Electronic Dewey have been published and a Windows version have been published

      • MAGFET의 동작 특성에 미치는 형상효과

        We have investigated the galvanomagnetic properties of the MAGFET with two splitted drains. The model shows that the sensitivity of the MAGFET is primarily a function of the Hall voltage which is proportional to ratio of the gate, W/L. We have shown the distributions of potential and current density and attained the relative sensitivity of 3.2[%/T]

        New curriculum for information and library science is proposed on the notion of the internship and scholarly characteristics. The future of the information and library science is expected as the discipline to synthesize the natural science and the social science. Especially the internship is strongly suggested as the post graduate program. To draw the conclusion, the history of the information and library science and its educational background are analyzed. The states of the historical developments of the information and library science are explained in terms of philosophy. The functional and scholarly environments of the information and library science are also investigated. Secondarily it concludes that the curriculum development for information and library science is not aimed on the skills but on the phenomena

      • 가속수명실험을 이용한 케이블 절연재료의 수명특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 고체절연재료의 수명예측의 일환으로서 가속수명실험을 통해 얻은 수명데이터의 통계학적 처리방법과 복합 스트레스와 수명과의 상호관계를 규명하기 위한 수명모델을 제시하고 있다. 가속수명실험을 통해 얻는 수명데이터는 와이블분포에 적용하고, 최소자승법과 최우추정법을 이용하여 와이블분포함수의 모수를 추정하였다. 또한 제시된 수명모델의 상수를 추정하여 복합스트레스와의 관계를 규명함으로써 수명모델의 타당성을 입증하였다. 추정결과, 주위온도와 인가전압이 상승함에 따라 수명은 현저히 짧아지고, 수명모델의 상수는 복합스트레스에 크게 의존하는 것으로 나타난다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시된 수명모델은 고체절연재료의 수명을 나타내는데 적당한 것으로 나타났다. This paper suggests the statistic method for a lifetime estimation of solid insulating materials using the data obtained from accelerated aging test has been performed to obtain the lifetime data. The multi-stress including thermal and electrical stress has been applied to accelerate the degradation of insulating materials. The Weibull Cumulative Distribution Function has been used to treat statistically the lifetime data. Using the lifetime model of this study, we estimated the lifetime constants to show the relationship between the lifetime and the applied multi-stress. It has been shown that the lifetime model agrees well with the lifetime of solid insulating materials.

        키토산 올리고당 첨가량에 따른 증편의 품질에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics of Jeung-Pyun by the addition of chitosan-oligosaccharide (COS, Chitoligo-L). Jeung-Pyun is a traditional Korean fermented rice cake leavened by yeast. To develop a functional Jeung-Pyun, COS was added to the rice at the levels of 0, 2, 4 and 6% of the 2-hour-soaked rice. Physicochemical, sensory, rheological and inner structure characteristics of Jeung-Pyun were examined. The pH values of COS Jeung-Pyun batters were decreased with fermentation time. In sensory evaluation, the uniformity of the grain and overall quality of Jeung-Pyun added with 2% COS had the highest score among the samples. In the rheological properties measured with rheometer, the hardness of Jeung-Pyun with COS was higher than control. Cohesiveness of Jeung-Pyun added with 4% COS and gumminess, brittleness and springiness of Jeung-Pyun added with 2% COS were the highest among the samples. The inner structure observed by scanning electron microscope showed that Jeung-Pyun added with 2% COS had the largest and the most uniform air cells. In conclusion, Jeung-Pyun with 2% COS had positive effects on the quality of Jeung-Pyun.

      • TMAH에 의한 이방성 식각을 이용한 3차원 자기센서의 제작

        This paper present an anisotropic etching in TMAH technique used in the fabrication of three-dimensional magnetic field vector sensor based on angled Hall plate structure. This sensor design relies on simultaneously detecting all magnetic field vector components using Hall plates that are imbedded into the silicon [111] sloped-surface of bulk micromachined cavity by the anisotropic etching of [100] silicon. The fabricated Hall elements has relatively improved sensitivity compare to convensional Hall elements for three-dimensional magnetic field sensing. The product sensitivity of 547V/AT at the supply current of 1.0mA has been achieved.

        소아의 상완골 원위부 과간 골절

        상완골 원위부 과간 골절은 소아에서는 매우 드물게 발생되는 골절로 대부분 주관절의 굴곡상태로 주관절 후방부에 직접적인 충격에 의해 발생하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 전위가 없거나 경미한 경우 도수적 정복술 혹은 도수적 정복술 후 경피적 핀고정술을 시행하며, 전위가 심한 골절이거나 도수적 정복술이 불가능한 경우 관혈적 정복술 후 핀고정술을 시행하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 전위된 상완골 원위부 과간 골절 환아 2예에서 각각 도수적 정복술과 관혈적 정복술 후 K 강선 고정술을 시행하여 만족한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. Intercondylar fractures of the distal humerus are very rare in children. The pattern of the fracture would suggest that the mechanism of injury involves a fall directly on the flexed elbow. Most agree that the undisplaced fracture can be managed conservatively. With increasing displacement and comminution, the opinions tend to differ. We suggest that closed reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning and open reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning offer a satisfactory methods by which to treat displaced intercondylar fracture in children.
