임기 초반 박근혜 대통령의 지지율 추세는 전임 대통령과 비교했을 때 예외적인 경향을 보인다. 허니문효과(honeymoon effect)의 영향력이 사라진 취임 초기의 낮은 지 지율은 점차 시간이 경과하면서 단기적인 상승과 하락을 거듭하지만 전반적으로 상승을 하게 된다. 이 논문은 박스-젠킨스(Box-Jenkins)의 ARIMA 모델을 활용하여 이런 예외적인 추세의 박근혜 대통령의 지지도를 설명하고자 한다. 통계 분석 결과 박근혜 대통령의 지지율은 주요 사건들과 개인들의 경제적 살림살이에 대한 회고적 평가에 의해서도 설명되지만 박근혜 대통령의 경제 이슈에 대한 강조와 시민들의 경제 이슈에 대한 중요성의 결합이 예외적인 지지율 상승에 일정 부분 기여를 하는 것으로 나타났다.
천안시 일부 초등학생의 학교급식 위생인식 및 위생지식과 위생수행도와의 관련성

In this study, the perception, sanitation knowledge, and hygiene performance of school foodservice hygiene were investigated through a survey of elementary school students in the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades in Cheonan. The elementary school students (50.1%) reported ‘hygiene’ as the most important aspect of school foodservices, and 36.9% of subjects recognized ‘clean foods’ as ‘hygiene in school foodservice’. Additionally, 93.8% of the subjects recognized the importance of hygiene in school meals. The most common method by which hygiene information was obtained was ‘school’ (38.1% of the subjects), and 79.6% of subjects had received sanitation education in elementary schools. A perceived need for hygiene education was recognized by 89.2% of elementary school students, and the nutrition teacher was more often selected as the preferred teacher for hygiene education in the sixth grade (63.9%) than the fourth (48.8%) or fifth grade (47.8%) (p<0.05). The average score of elementary school students for knowledge regarding foodservice hygiene was 7.18. In addition, the hygiene knowledge (7.25) of elementary school students with hygiene education at home was significantly higher than that (6.49) of subjects who did not receive hygiene education at home (p<0.01). Hygienic performance of female students was higher than that of male students (p<.05), and the hygienic performance of higher grade students was higher than that of lower grade students. There was a significant positive correlation between hygiene knowledge regarding school meals and school meal hygiene knowledge. Overall, the results of this study provide basic information regarding the importance of hygiene education for elementary students and the improvement of hygiene education associated with school meals.
항공사 객실서비스에서의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션이 기업이미지와 기업충성도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of non-verbal communication on corporate image and loyalty at the point of in-fight services. It also pursues to prove the mediating effect of corporate image between non-verbal communication and corporate loyalty. For the empirical analysis, data was collected at the airports targeting to customers who got into an airline within 6 months. A total of 332 usable sample were included in the analysis using SPSS and AMOS. The results show that there is a significant positive effect of non-verbal communication on corporate image, while no significant effect is found on corporate loyalty. But, corporate image plays as a significant mediating role between non-verbal communication and corporate image. These findings should provide meaningful implications for better communication from in-flight service provider.
19대 국회 전반기 여성가족위원회와 여성 관련 법안의 입법화

이 논문은 입법과정에서 여성 정책의 제도화에 중요하게 작용하는 조건들은 무엇인지 살펴본다. 이를 위해 여성 관련 법안의 입법화에 주요 행위자로 활동하는 19대 국회 전반기 여성가족위원회에 주목을 한다. 여성가족위원회 의원들의 전체 의원들에 비해 진보적인 이념 성향과 위원회 내 이질적인 이념적 선호 구성은 여성가족위원회 의원들의 입법 전략에 제약을 가하였다. 이런 상황에서 법안의 성격과 여론의 긴급성은 법안의 본회의 통과에 결정적인 요인으로 작용을 하였다. 이런 결과를 통해 여성주의의 원칙 강조와 여성 정책의 제도화의 관계를 다시 되짚어 본다. This article explores what factors stimulate the institutionalization of gender policy in the legislative process. To this end, we focus on Gender Equality and Family Committee in the 1st Half of the 19th Korean National Assembly which is a major actor in making gender-related laws. The strong liberal position of the committee in the National Assembly and the heterogeneity in ideological preferences within the committee constrain its members’ legislative strategy. In this condition, features of bills and popular voice of urgency play important role in the passage of gender-related bills. Based on the results, we reconsider the relationship between doctrinaire feminism and the institutionalization of gender policy.

This research attempted to explore effects of external communication - exposure to media coverage, online communication, off-line communication - on network TV viewing, program quality evaluation, channel brand equity, and channel loyalty. The study posited that not only viewers’ evaluation on program quality and degree of TV viewing, but also their external communication affects channel brand equity and channel loyalty. In addition, it examined if and how these relationships differ according to four network channels: KBS1, KBS2, MBC, and SBS. Data analyses were conducted using structural equation modeling on a quota sample of 1,011 TV viewers sampled through a web survey. Results replicated previous findings on the effects of channel brand equity on channel loyalty, and differential effects of degrees of TV viewing and quality evaluation on channel brand equity among the 4 channels. The effect of exposure to media coverage was considerable except for MBC whereas that of online communication was positive only in MBC. Off-line communication increased degrees of TV viewing and quality evaluation in all 4 channels.
