This study aims to examine improvement scheme strategies for taekwondo studio through empathic understanding and counseling method of taekwondo trainees" parents as management improvement of taekwondo for overcoming global financial crisis. 606 questionnaires except uncompleted questionnaires are used for analysis. And along with survey, in-depth interview for qualitative data colleting method is used. Specifically half- structuralized interview is used for thoughtful and detailed statements from interviewees. The statistic program, SPSS Version 18.0 is used for data process of this quantitative research. The results through this process are as follows: First, empathic understanding affects counseling regression. Empathic perception in sub-factors of empathic understanding affects negatively depth, smoothness, positive emotions and attention. Referent empathy affects positively depth and positive emotions. Second, empathic understanding affects counseling evaluation. Empathic perception in sub-factors of empathic understanding affects positively general good feeling, individual good feeling, professionalism and sincerity. Referent empathy affects negatively general good feeling, individual feeling, professionalism and sincerity.

This paper shows the temperature rise of the high voltage GIS bus bar. The temperature rise in GIS bus bar is due to Joule's losses in the conductor and the induced eddy current in the tank. The power losses of a bus bar calculated from the magnetic field analysis are used as the input data for the thermal analysis to predict the temperature. The required analysis is a couple-field Multiphysics that accounts for the interactions between three-dimensional AC harmonic magnetic and fluid fields. The heat transfer calculation using the fluid analysis is done by considering the natural convection and the radiation from the tank to the atmosphere. Consequently, because temperature distributions by couple-field Multiphysics (coupled magnetic-fluid) have good agreement with results of temperature rise test, the proposed couple-field Multiphysics technique is likely to be used in a conduction design of the single-pole and three pole-encapsulated bus bar in GIS.

초고압 GIS의 기술이 향상됨에 따라 고객들은 고신뢰성 및 사이즈의 compact화를 요구화 하고 있으며, 전력계통상의 사고율 감소에 대한 요구도 점차 증가되고 있다. 전력 수요증가에 따른 전류용량의 증가와 고전압화는 GIS의 통전용량과 전압레벨도 점차 상승시키고 있다. 이에 따라 차단기술, 통전기술, 절연기술 및 진단기술에 대한 연구도 활발히 지속되고 있다. 수출용 GIS의 수요 증가에 따른 신뢰성 있는 GIS 개발은 국내 개발 업체의 당면한 과제이기도 하다. 초고압 GIS에 사용되는 SF6 가스의 저감에 대한 연구는 GIS 가스압력의 감소를 요구하며, 이에 따라 절연 설계기술에 대한 연구는 더욱 절실히 요구되어 지고 있다. 본 논문은 중국 수출용 GIS 개발을 위한, IEC 규격과 중국 GB/DLT 규격에 대한 차이점을 소개하고, 규격의 상이함에 따른 개발시험 성공을 위해 진행되어진 내용 중 절연 성능 확보를 위한 시험방법 및 성능향상에 대한 연구를 중점적으로 다루고자 한다. 해석결과와 시험데이타 비교 연구를 통한, 향후 절연설계 데이타 베이스 확보에 대한 연구도 꾸준히 진행되고 있다.

In development of High-voltage switchgear, proper thermal design becomes more and more important to provide safe function and reliability in spite of miniaturization and increasing performance demanded of modern devices. Due to the high complexity of heat generation and loss processes it is not easy to predict the thermal behavior of devices under various load conditions, i.e. usually numerous tests are required. To estimate the thermal performance of main bus, the 3D sequential coupled field thermal-magneto model was developed. The solution of the heat generation rate due to applied and eddy currents as well as skin and proximity effect is obtained using commercial electro-magnetic package. The solution for the fluid and temperature distribution is also obtained using commercial CFD package. The results of electromagnetic analysis are the inputs to the CFD analysis and vice versa until the steady state is reached. Temperature dependent material properties for both types of analyses are considered during the solution process. The predicted temperatures are quite well agreed with the experiments.
