        길이방향으로 연속된 래티스를 가지는 철선 트러스데크의 구조 거동

        철선 트러스데크는 기존의 재래식 슬래브 거푸집이나 일반 데크플레이트 공법을 대체하여 철골조는 물론 철근콘크리트 구조물에도 사용이 점차 증가하고 있다. 현재 사용되고 있는 기존의 트러스 데크는 래티스 철선과 하부 철선의 비연속적인 절점간격에 의한 트러스의 비렌딜거동에 의해 완전한 트러스형상에 비해 처짐이 커지는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 래티스 철선과 상하부 철선이 연속적으로 연결되어 비렌딜거동이 없는 순수 트러스형태를 구현함으로써 처짐성능이 우수한 새로운 형태의 데크를 고안하였다. 개발된 시스템의 구조적 거동을 평가하고자, 해석 및 성능평가 실험을 수행하였다. 처짐에 영향을 주는 요소를 중심으로 래티스 철선의 길이방향 연결형태, 간격을 해석과 실험의 주요 변수로 설정하였다. 해석과 실험은 실제 시공 시 타설되는 콘크리트 하중이 아연도 철판을 통해 철선에 작용하는 것을 고려하여 아연도 철판에 직접 등분포 하중을 가력하였다. 구조해석 및 실험을 통한 분석결과 철선 트러스데크의 길이방향 형태, 즉 래티스 철선의 길이방향 연결 형태가 구조적 거동에 영향을 주는 주요한 인자로서 작용했으며, 래티스 철선을 길이방향으로 연속적으로 연결함으로써 비렌딜거동에 의한 영향을 감소시킬 수 있었다. 또한 래티스 철선의 연결간격을 증가 시킬 경우에도, 상, 하부 철선에 큰 응력증가 없이 우수한 처짐 성능을 발현 할 수 있었다. A truss deck system that has replaced the slab form conventional method has become widely used in the construction of reinforced concrete structures as well as steel structures. The current commercial products, however, have some problems. The discontinuity between the lattice wires on the joint of the bottom wire induces vierendeel behavior, which increases the deflection of the system. In this research, a new truss deck system with continuous lattice wires on the level of the bottom wire was developed to reduce the system's vierendeel behavior and to improve its deformation capacity. To investigate the system's structural behavior, an experimental test and an analysis were performed. The main parameters of the test and analysis were the longitudinal shape and spacing of the lattices. To simulate the loading condition in the construction field, uniform construction loads were directly applied on the deck plates of the analysis model and the test specimens. The results of such analysis and test revealed that the longitudinal shape of the lattice wires is a major factor affecting the structural behavior of a steel wire truss deck. Thus, continuous lattice wires could result in decreased vierendeel behavior in the steel wire truss deck. It was also found that the truss deck system with lattices spaced longer than in the conventional products could be effectively used without increasing the member stresses.

        Zig-Zag 결선 및 Open-Delta 방식을 이용한 새로운 고조파 저감장치의 개발

        지금까지의 고조파 필터는 중성선 리액터와 지그재그결선의 영상 고조파 전류를 제거하였으나, 부하율에 따라 고조파 저감율이 변하여 경부하에서는 고조파 저감율이 낮아지는 특성이 있고, 중성선 리액터 과열로 중성선 단선 위험의 문제가 발생하였다. 본 Zig-Zag 결선 및 Open Delta 방식을 이용한 새로운 고조파 저감장치(HANOS)는 Zig-Zag 결선의 Core Block내에 추가로 Open Delta 방식을 결선하여 중성선에 연결함으로써 중성선에 흐르는 영상 고조파 전류가 과열 없이 안전하게 제거되는 것을 시험 분석한 결과로 증명하였다. The conventional harmonic filters to reduce zero harmonic current from neutral reactors and Zig-Zag connection, have several disadvantages of the decreased reduction rate of harmonics under a light load, because they have the load factor-dependent reduction rate of harmonics, and the risk of potential breaking in the neutral line by heated neutral reactor. Based Zig-Zag connection and Open-Delta mode, this new harmonic eliminating device (HANOS) adopts the combination of Zig-Zag connection and Open-Delta mode-the latter is additionally applied to the transformer's core block for connection to the neutral line. The results of this study demonstrated that the new device could eliminate safely zero harmonic current running in the neutral line without heating.

        벤처기업의 지식중심문화의 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 벤처기업의 성과를 제고시키기 위하여 지식경영에 대한 지식중심문화와 협동학습의 영향을 파악하고자 문헌연구와 실증분석을 수행하였다. 지식이 경쟁우위의 핵심역량이 되어 가고 있는 지식경제하에서 기업 조직 성공의 관건은 지식경영을 선도할 구성원들의 자율성과 풍토가 마련된 가운데 효율적인 학습을 위한 협동적 분위기가 적실히 요구되고 있다. 실증분석 결과는 지식중심문화의 자율성과 조직풍토가 성과에 영향을 미칠 때 협동학습의 조절효과가 없었으며, 규모별 비교에서 중소벤처기업의 경우에는 조절변수인 협동학습이 성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있었고, 대벤처기업의 경우에는 조절변수인 협동학습이 성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 조직풍토는 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. This paper analyzes the relationships between knowledge-centered culture, learning process, and knowledge/learning outcomes. Knowledge management researches have emphasized the important role of a knowledge-centered culture in venture business. After a literature review, research model is developed and the research hypothesis is made. And then, the hypothesis is tested using regression analysis with data collected from venture firms. The results of the empirical study show that cooperative learning does not strengthen the knowledge outcomes on the autonomy and organizational climate of knowledge-centered culture.

        청송약수의 탄산과 유해 가능성 물질 존재에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to measure the levels of eluted and dissolved CO2, and CO, volatile organic substances and radiation composition of Cheongsong mineral water which were collected from November 2019 to July 2020 during the autumn, spring, and summer seasons at collection points located in the upper, middle and lower spring waters. Data of the upper, middle and lower spring waters include the following: the amount of eluted water (average value±standard deviation, mL/min) was 30.07±0.52, 15.03±0.16, 23.73±0.42, and the amount of CO2 gas was 1,000 ppm or more. In addition, there was no detection of CO or total volatile organic substances (TVOC) and the radiation dose was 0.08 to 0.13. μSv/h. A blank test value of 0.08 to 0.10 μSv/h, when compared with the median value, showed a high value of 0.02 μSv/h, and the uranium test results provided by the Cheongsong-gun Office were 0.0118 mg/L (date 2019.06.18) and 0.0091 mg/L (date 2020.06.04.) respectively, which was less than the permission limit of 0.03 mg/L. However, it is believed that further research using more precise devices is needed in order to guarantee the safety and health of the water.

        나트륨 섭취량 추정을 위한 소변 중 Cl<sup>-</sup>의 간이적 측정방법의 유용성 검증

        The purpose of this study was to measure concentrations of $K^+$, $Na^+$, $Cl^-$ by ionometer with check salt strip, simple salimeter and Ion-selective electrode (ISE) and compare the results of each mensuration; furthermore, the possibility of inferring the $Na^+$ concentration from $Cl^-$ concentration of urine and the impact of $K^+$ on the concentration of each ion was examined. The results showed that ISE determined $Na^+$ and $Cl^-$ concentrations in the urine are highly interrelated (R=0.9039); in addition, concentrations of $Cl^-$, measured with strip and ISE from urine are highly interrelated (R=0.9338). The concentration of $Na^+$ in urine, inferred by measuring $Cl^-$ concentration with strip, has a high relationship (R=0.8580) with the concentration of $Na^+$ in urine, measured by ISE. The results of our study will increase awareness of $Na^+$ intake and the utility of check salt strip, as well as the possibility of inferred $Na^+$ concentration from measures of $Cl^-$ concentration as a screening test for reducing sodium intake.

        Lee's 메뉴엔지니어링 분석법(LME)의 적용 - 이탈리아 피자류를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is an application of Lee's Menu Engineering (LME) method for menu analysis on the eight kinds of pizza selected from 17 kinds of pizza served by an Italian restaurant near by the Keimyung College University campus. The eliminated nine items were in the third quadrant or below the trend line. The LME method is more efficient than generally used methods such as the Miller, Kasavana & Smith, Uman, Pavesic and Merricks & Jones method. The LME method comprises reference lines and four quadrants created by x, y axes and its average values. The x and y axes comprise the sales ratio (MM%, percentage of the Menu Mix) and the weighted contribution margin (WCM%, percentage of the Weighted Contribution Margin) respectively. The obtained results are such that total sales increased by 1.59% from 58,747,200 won to 59,684,000 won, despite the decrease in sales volume. Total contribution margin also increased from 35,248,320 won to 35,810,400 won. The trend line also shows from y=0.9147x (R<sup>2</sup>=0.703) to y=0.9944x (R<sup>2</sup>=0.9893). These results indicate that the LME method is superior in practical applications.

        KASINICS 광학계의 고스트 분석

        The reimaging optics of the KASINICS (KASI Near Infrared Camera System) includes many transparent components like an entrance window, band-pass filters, and blocking filters. As observational targets or in-field background objects, bright stars may cause optical ghosts that can significantly degrade the system performance of the KASINICS. We estimated analytically the relative brightness of ghost components with respect to a point source and examined the effects of tilting optical components as a method of suppressing ghosts. We also performed numerical ray tracings including all the optical components and found the results are consistent with those of the analytic estimations. We conclude that the KASINICS will not suffer from significant ghost effects with appropriate anti-reflection coatings and fittings for the optical components.

        흰쥐의 시상하부외 지역에서의 Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) 유전자발현;뇌하수체내 국부인자로서 Lactotroph분화에 관여할 가능성에 대하여

        Biosynthesis and secretion of anterior pituitary hormones are under the control of specific hypothalamic stimulatory and inhibitory factors. Among them, Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) is the major stimulator of pituitary somatotrophs activating GH gene expression and secretion. Human GHRH is a polypeptide of 44 amino acids initially isolated from pancreatic tumors, and the gene for the hypothalamic form of GHRH is organized into 5 exons spanning over 10 kilobases (kb) on genomic DNA and encodes a messenger RNA of 700-750 nucleotides. Several neuropeptides classically associated with the hypothalamus have been found in the extrahypothalamic regions, suggesting the existence of novel sources, targets and functions. GHRH-like immunoreactivity has been found in several peripheral sites, including placenta, testis, and ovary, indicating that GHRH may also have regulatory roles in peripheral reproductive organs. Furthermore, higher molecular weight forms of the GHRH transcripts were identified from these organs (1.75 kb in testis; 1.75 and >3 kb in ovary). These tissue-specific expression of GHRH gene suggest the existence of unique regulatory mechanism of GHRH expression and function in these organs. In fact, placenta-specific and testis-specific promoters for GHRH transcripts which are located in about 10 kb upstream region of hypothalamic promoter were reported. The use of unique promoters in extrahypothalamic sites could be refered in a different control of GHRH gene and different functions of the translated products in these tissues. Somatotrophs and lactotrophs have been thought to be derived from a common bipotential progenitor, the somatolactotrophs, which give origins to either phenotypes. Although the precise mechanism responsible for the lactotroph differentiation in the anterior pituitary gland has not been yet clalified, there are several candidators for the generation of lactotrophs. In human, the presence of GHRH peptides with different size from authentic hypothalamic form in the normal anterior pituitary and several types of adenoma were demonstrated. Recently our group found the existence of immunoreactive GHRH and its transcript from the normal rat anterior pituitary (gonadotroph> somatotroph> lactotroph), and the GHRH treatment evoked the increased proliferation rate of anterior pituitary cells in vitro. The transgenic mouse models clearly shown that GHRH or NGF overexpression by anterior pituitary cells induced development of pituitary hyperplasia and adenomas particularly GH-oma and prolactinoma. Taken together, we hypothesize that the pituitary GHRH could serve not only as a modulator of hormone secretion but as a paracrine or autocrine regulator of anterior pituitary cell proliferation and differentiation. Interestingly enough, the expression of Pit-1 homeobox gene (the POU class transcription factor) was confined to somatotrophs, lactotrophs and somatolactotrophs in which GHRH receptors are expressed commonly. Concerning the mechanism of somatolactotroph and lactotroph differentiation in the anterior pituitary, we have focused following two possibilities; (1) changes in the relative levels or interactions of both hypothalamic and intrapituitary factors such as dopamine, VIP, somatostatin, NGF and GHRH; (2) alterations of GHRH-GHRH receptor signaling and Pit-1 activity may be the cause of lactotroph differentiation or pituitary hyperplasia and adenoma formation. Extensive further studies will be necessary to solve these complicated questions.

        고준위폐기물 처분장 안전성평가 관련 타 국가의 기술기준

        The basic function of HLW disposal system is to prevent excessive radio-nuclides being leaked from the repository in a short time. To do this, many technical standards should be developed and established on the components of disposal system. Safety assessment of a repository is considered as one of technical standards, because it produces quantitative results of the future evolution of a repository based on a reasonably simplified model. In this paper, we investigated other countries' regulations related to safely assessment focused on the assessment period, radiation dose limits and uncertainties of the assessment. Especially, in the investigation process of the USA regulations, the USA regulatory bodies' approach to assessment period and peak dose is worth taking into account in case of a conflict between peak dose from safety assessment and limited value in regulation.

      • 증기발생기 급수링 관통손상 원인 및 영향 고찰

        The function of Feed Water Ring is to provide the flow path from Feedwater Nozzle to inside of SG(steam generator). Significant amounts of general FAC on the outside of the Feed Water Ring are not likely due to the low flow velocities in this area. However, on the interior of the Feed Water Ring, there may be areas of local higher flow velocity which could lead to higher FAC rates. These may include the inlet tee from the Feedwater Nozzle into the Feed Water Ring, the areas where the Feed Water Ring changes diameter, and especially the entrance area to the J-Nozzles. In this paper, the results of root cause analysis of through-wall hole observed at domestic WH 51F SG Feed Water Ring and its effect on the integrity and performance of SG are described. And, the maintenance strategy for WH 51F SG Feed Water Ring and the monitoring strategy for Downcomer Feed Water Ring of CE System 80 SG are presented.
