        공공서비스 목적 기반 관광홍보용 모빌리티(PBV) 캐빈 디자인 연구

        모빌리티 공공서비스 트렌드는 물류 서비스나 맞춤형 이동 공간 공유서비스 등 목적 기반 모빌리티(PBV)를 이용한 공공서 비스 수요로 더욱 확대될 것이며, 근 미래에는 필요에 따라 병원, 카페, 식당, 도서관, 심지어 영화관 등으로 사용 목적이 자유롭게 변화될 것으로 예상된다. 목적 기반 모빌리티는 단순한 운송용 자동차가 아니라 승객들의 개별적인 수요를 충족 시켜 주는 신개념 라이프 스타일로서의 생활공간이 될 것으로 전망된다. 이에 공공서비스 목적 기반의 관광홍보용 모빌리 티 캐빈 디자인을 위해 각 지자체에서 자율주행 차량으로 시범 운행하고 있는 서비스 사례를 조사ᆞ분석하고 미래 공공서 비스용 모빌리티 캐빈 디자인에 있어 공공적 니즈에 적합한 친환경 모빌리티 공공서비스 솔루션으로 디자인 방향성을 제안 하는 것이 목적이다. 연구방법으로는 이론적 고찰을 통해 모빌리티의 개념과 국내외 모빌리티 개발과정 사례조사를 하고 기술적 특징을 분석한 후 국내외에서 생산중인 스케이트보드 플랫폼을 조사ᆞ분석하였다. 또한 설문조사를 통해 모빌리티 서비스의 이해도 조사와 삶의 질 제고를 위한 PBV 활용방안에 대한 객관적인 데이터를 바탕으로 관광홍보 목적 기반의 모 빌리티 캐빈에 적용할 전략적 디자인 요소를 추출하였다. 마지막으로 도출한 전략적 디자인요소를 바탕으로 내부 공간은 확장성을 위한 단일 구조로 넓은 공간을 확보하였으며, 친환경적인 모빌리티 캐빈의 외부 디자인 방향성을 제안하였다. The mobility public service trend will further expand to the demand for public services using purpose-based mobility (PBV), such as logistics services and customized mobility space sharing services, and in the near future, the purpose of use is expected to be freely changed to cafes, restaurants, hospitals, and even movie theaters as needed. Purpose-based mobility is expected to become a living space as a new concept of lifestyle that satisfies the individual needs of passengers, not just a transportation vehicle. Accordingly, for the design of mobility cabins for tourism promotion based on the purpose of public service, the purpose is to investigate and analyze service cases that are being piloted by autonomous vehicles in each local government, and to propose a design direction as an eco-friendly mobility public service solution suitable for public needs in the design of mobility cabins for future public services. As a research method, the concept of mobility and the development process of mobility at home and abroad were investigated through theoretical considerations, and the technical characteristics were analyzed, and then the skateboard platforms produced at home and abroad were investigated and analyzed. In addition, based on objective data on the understanding of mobility services and the use of PBV to improve the quality of life, strategic design elements to be applied to mobility cabins based on tourism promotion purposes were extracted. Lastly, Based on the strategic design elements that were finally derived, the interior space secured a large space with a single structure for scalability, and the exterior design direction of the eco-friendly mobility cabin was proposed.

        주택가 밀집지역 화재발생 초기 드론 활용 서비스디자인 연구

        Recently, through the services that use drones at fire sites to deliver on-site and road conditions into the situation room and life-saving activities or the deliveries of first aid outfits at the accident scenes that are inaccessible to humans, there are more and more cases of dealing with emergency situations. Therefore, by studying the service design using drones in the initial stage of response to fires in dense residential areas, this study was intended to reify the service design area of the response stage, including the dispatch of fire sites and the fire suppression. To do this, through literature researches, research directions were explored by examining the concept and process review of service design, and by analyzing the application cases using service design. In order examine the validity of this study, a one-on-one interview was conducted to identify the use and problems of drones among incumbent firefighters, and identified the applicability of drones to fire sites by targeting drone experts. Field research was conducted to identify the location and distance of road conditions, site conditions, and 119 safety centers, by making Yongsan-gu, the most vulnerable area to fire in Seoul, as a research sample. And, among the methodologies of service design, Persona and Customer Journey Map were prepared and Insight was derived, by using virtual scenarios for the experience values and behavior analyses of the interested parties. Through these processes, this researcher intended to present the fire-response service design and help establish the direction of service design in the initial stages of fire in Korea. 화재 현장에서 드론을 활용하여 현장상황과 도로상황 등을 파악하여 상황실에 전달하는 서비스와 사람이 접근하기 불가능한 사고 현장에서 인명구조 활동이나 구급용품 전달로 위급한 상황에 대처하는 경우가 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주택가 밀집지역에서 발생하는 화재에 대한 초기 대응단계에서 드론을 활용한 서비스디자인을 연구해 화재현장 출동 및 화재진압 등 대응단계의 서비스디자인 영역을 구체화하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 문헌연구를 통해 서비스디자인의 개념 및 프로세스 고찰과 서비스디자인을 활용한 적용 사례를 분석해 연구의 방향을 모색하였다. 연구의 타당성을 위해 현직 소방관들을 대상으로 드론 사용과 문제점 파악을 일대일 면접조사로 실시하였으며, 드론 전문가를 대상으로 드론의 화재현장 적용가능성을 파악하였다. 연구의 표본으로 서울시 중 화재 대응에 가장 취약한 용산구를 대상으로 인근 도로상황과 현장 실태조사, 119 안전센터 등의 위치와 거리를 파악하는 필드리서치를 진행하고 서비스디자인 방법론 중 이해관계자들의 경험가치와 행위 분석을 가상시나리오를 통해 페르소나와 고객여정맵을 작성하고 인사이트를 도출하였다. 이런 프로세스를 통해 화재 초기대응 서비스디자인을 제시하고 우리나라 화재발생 초기대응 서비스디자인 방향을 수립하는데 도움이 되고자 하였다.

        스테비오사이드와 말티톨을 사용한 제과류의 품질특성 - 파운드 케이크와 버터쿠키를 중심으로 -

        건강 지향적인 제과류의 개발을 목적으로 스테비오사이드와 말티톨로 만든 파운드 케이크와 버터쿠키의 품질 특성을 설탕으로 만든 것과 비교해 보았다. 파운드 케이크는 스테비오사이드 첨가군이 설탕 첨가군에 비해 굽기 손실율이 증가하고 완제품의 수분 함량은 줄어드는 경향을 보였다. 파운드 케이크의 내부는 스테비오사이드 첨가군의 황색도(b값)가 설탕 첨가군에 비해 현저하게 낮았으며 쿠키 표면의 명도 (L값)와 황색도(b값)도 스테비오사이드 첨가군이 설탕 첨가군에 비해 현저히 낮았다. 파운드 케이크는 스테비아 첨가군이 설탕 첨가군에 비해 hardness, chewiness, springiness, cohesiveness, gumminess에 있어 현저히 낮았고, 버터쿠키는 스테비아 첨가군이 설탕 첨가군에 비해 hardness와 brittleness에 있어 유의적으로 낮은 값을 보였다. 파운드 케이크의 외관과 조직감은 스테비오사이드 첨가군이 설탕 첨가군에 비해 유의하게 기호도가 높았고, 버터쿠키의 경우는 스테비오사이드 첨가군이 설탕 첨가군에 비해 외관의 기호도는 현저히 낮은 반면에 조직감의 기호도는 현저히 높게 나타났다. 파운드 케이크와 쿠키의 향. 맛, 단맛 및 전반적 평가에서는 스테비아 첨가군이 설탕 첨가군에 비해 유의적인 기호도 차이는 없으나 모두 +값을 나타내었다. 이것을 종합적으로 평가해 보면 파운드 케이크의 설탕을 스테비오사이드와 말티톨로 대체하면 전체적인 품질에 큰 영향을 미치지는 않으면서 외관과 조직감은 더 좋아지고, 쿠키의 경우는 전체적인 품질에 큰 영향을 주지 않고 조직감도 좋아지지만 외관이 나빠지는 것으로 사료된다. Effects of substitution of stevioside and maltitol with sugar on the quality characteristics of pound cake and butter cooky were investigated. Pound cakes increased in baking loss rates and decreased in water contents with substitution of sugar by stevioside and malitol. The yellow values of interior of pound cakes, and the lightness and yellow values of surface of butter cookies significantly decreased with substitution of sugar by stevioside and maltitol. Most of texture parameters such as hardness, chewiness, springiness, cohesiveness and gumminess of pound cakes, and hardness and brittleness of butter cookies also decreased with substitution sugar by stevioside and maltitol. In sensory evaluation, texture and appearances of pound cakes containing stevioside and maltitol were positively different compared to that of sugar control. However, butter cookies containing stevioside and maltitol were negatively different in texture and positively different In appearance compared to that of sugar control. Taste, flavor, sweetness and overall acceptability of pound cakes and butter cookies were not different between sugar and stevioside group. In conclusion, textures and appearances of pound cakes might be improvable without affection on other characteristics, and butter cookies were almost the same as the results of Pound cakes except deterioration of appearance, when sugar were substituted with stevioside and maltitol.

        대학생들의 지방 섭취 형태와 에너지 균형 및 활동도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate selected nutrient intakes, dietary atherogenesity, energy balance and activity level of college students. One hundred and thirty one students (61 males and 70 females) made their three-day dietary records and one-day activity records along with one-day dietary records. BMI of the surveyed students was 22.33 for males and 20.28 for females. Average calorie intakes of male and female students was respectively 2166.20㎉ and 1793.60㎉. Females had slightly higher fiber intakes than males in terms of fiber g/1000㎉. Carbohyrate, protein and fat ratios in energy composition of males and females were respectively 56.62 : 15.33 : 24.70 and 57.64 : 16.49 : 25.79. Average cholesterol intakes of male and female students were 295.66㎎ and 259㎎ respectively. The male showed higher saturated fat intake, and had higher atherogenic indices of diets such as cholesterol index(CI) and cholesterol-saturated fat index(CSI) than the female. Males spent an average of 1039.00㎉/day compared to females of 687.93㎉/day for all physical activities. Most students participated in light(100% of males and females) and moderate(33% of males and 3% of females) activities level. Few students spent time at severe and very severe activity level. Seventeen of the 131 students were in positive energy balance whereas 83% were in negative balance. Both genders with positive energy balance tended towards smaller weight and BMI, and larger food intakes than those with negative energy balance. Students with positive energy balance had higher saturated fat intakes and dietary atherogenic scores of CI and CSI than the counterparts with negative energy balance. Males with positive energy balance had decreased physical activity and daily energy expenditure whereas increased food and saturated fat intakes. Females with positive energy balance had significantly increased food, saturated fat and sugar intakes.

        비타민 D2 강화 표고버섯과 해조칼슘 첨가 냉면의 저장성 예측

        Cold buckwheat noodles with 3% vitamin D2 enriched Siitake mushroom and seaweed derived calcium (Aquacal) added as functional ingredients were developed. For the prediction of shelflife of these cold buckwheat noodles, classified as unsterilized cooked noodles, bacterial counts and sensory evaluations were examined during 8 days under refrigerated conditions (5oC) and 8 weeks of storage under frozen conditions (18oC). Results of bacterial count showed that cold buckwheat noodles were microbiologically safe within 6 days at the storage temperature of 5oC and the shelflife of these noodles could be extended to 8 whole weeks when stored at 18oC. Apparent qualities (offflavor and fungi development) of cold buckwheat noodles kept in 5oC were not decreased within 8 days. Sensory characteristics (gloss, mushroom flavor, bitterness, chewiness and elasticity) of noodles were not changed during 8 weeks at 18oC. 비타민 D2 강화한 표고버섯(3%)과 해조칼슘을 첨가하여 비살균 제품이며 숙면에 속하는 냉면을 제조한 후, 편의식 개발을 목적으로 저장성을 예측하고자 하였다. 5oC에서 8일간 냉장저장하면서 미생물 및 관능적 품질 변화를 관찰한 결과, 냉면의 초기 세균 수는 2.54 log CFU/g 정도였으며, 냉장 조건에서 6일까지는 세균수가 5 log CFU/g 이하로서 식용에 적합하다고 판단되었다. 버섯냉면을 8일간 냉장저장 중에는 이취를 인식하지 못하였고 육안으로는 곰팡이 발생여부를 확인할 수 없었다. 표고버섯 첨가냉면을 총 8주 동안 냉동저장(-18oC)하여 검사한 결과, 총세균수는 770~160 CFU/g 정도로 저장기간 중 유의적 차이를 보였으나 전 기간에 걸쳐 숙면의 저장가능 조건인 1×105 CFU/g 이하로서 8주까지는 유통 및 저장 조건이 잘 유지된다면 미생물적 품질은 비교적 안전할 것으로 여겨진다. 윤기, 버섯 향, 쌉쌀한 맛, 씹힘성 및 탄력성의 관능특성은 8주간의 냉동저장 기간 동안 제조 직후와 비교할 때 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 이 결과는 미생물검사 결과와 함께 저장 안정성이 매우 큼을 시사하는 것으로 여겨진다.

        쥐간 Cytosol 에 있는 Dolichol 의 결합인자의 부분정제와 특성

        The present study describes the partial purification and characterization of dolicholbinding component(s). [³H]dolichol binding was assessed by a newly developed binding assay of fast flow liquid chromatography on DEAE-Toyopearl 650 M (1 ml). The binding component(s) for dolichol in rat liver cytosol was purified about 60-fold by heat treatment (80℃, 5 min) and DEAE-Toyopearl 650 M column chromatography. [³H]dolichol complex of the partially purified component(s) behaved as an anionic entity on DEAE-Toyopearl and the binding was abolished by Pronase proteolysis. Scatchard analysis revealed that the partially purified binding component(s) possessed a high affinity (K_d=1.25 × 10^(-7) M) and low capacity (242 pmol/㎎ protein) binding site, and also a low affinity and high capacity site(s). By competitive binding assay, the partially purified binding component(s) showed an affinity with dolichol and its derivatives, but not with palmitic acid, oleic acid and retinol. Though not dolichol congeners, squalene, ubiquinone and cholesterol were partially competitive. No lipid binding (carrier) proteins so far described accounted for the dolichol binding activity in our preparation, and the total binding capacity estimated herein comparable to the amounts of dolichol in rat liver cytosol.

        쥐간 Cytosol에 있는 Dolichol 의 결합인자에 관한 연구

        This paper describes an approach to search cytosolic binding component(s) for dolichol in rat liver. The contents of endogenous dolichol were estimated to be 13.5 ㎍/g liver (132 ng/㎎ protein) in the homogenate, 8.8 ㎍/g liver (692 ng/㎎ protein) in the microsome, and 1.8 ㎍/g liver (19 ng/㎎ protein) in cytosol indicating that about 13% of the hepatic dolichol stayed in the pool of cytosol. With respect to the chain distibution, dolichol-18 and -19 were found predominate in cytosol alike in homogenate. When rat liver cytosol was incubated with [³H]dolichol and applied to a column of Sephacryl S-300, 40% of total radioactivity appeared at the void volume. On the same chromatography of aqueous dispersion of [³H]dolichol as a blank, approximately 10% of the radioactivity appeared was eluted at the void volume indicating that the binding assay with gel filtration was not acceptable. When cytosol labeled with [³H]dolichol was applied to a column of DEAE-Sephacel, a single peak of radioactivity (about 10%) was eluted centered at around 0.3 M NaCl behind a peak of major proteins. On the same ion-exchange chromatography of [³H]dolichol dispersed in the buffer, no radioactivity was found in a linear gradient of NaCl concentration. When cold dolichol in 400-fold molar excess over [³H]dolichol was added upon labeling the cytosol, 75% of [³H]dolichol in 0.3 M NaCl fraction disappered indicating that the binding site(s) are saturable. These results appeared likely that certain acidic and macromolecular component(s) in the cytosol exhibited the specific binding activity with [³H]dolichol.

        자외선 조사 표고버섯 분말과 해조칼슘이 첨가된 냉면의 제조

        The purpose of this study was to determine the usefulness of Shiitake mushroom, which was rich in vitamin D2 through UV irradiation. For the practical use, we prepared the cold buckwheat noodles using UV irradiated Shiitake mushroom powder and seaweed derived calcium. The time required to acquire 2.5 J/cm2 of UV was 30-45 minutes, when the mushrooms were disposed 18 cm below within 1 cm from the UV light. Among the texture profiles detected by texture analyzer, adhesiveness and chewiness were significantly influenced by addition of mushroom powder and/or calcium. Adhesiveness appeared in only 3% mushroom powder noodle, and chewiness was significantly decreased by both of mushroom powder and seaweed calcium. Shiitake powder lowered lightness(L) and yellowness(b), but these deminishing effect on L and B value were compensated with addition of seaweed clacium. With cooking, the value of L was increased and redness(a) and yellowness(b) were decreased in comparison with raw noodle. According to sensory evaluation, addition of Shiitake and calcium increased the preference scores of color and overall acceptance of cold buckwheat noodles, but flavor, taste and texture were not influenced by those ingredients. We concluded that addition of 5% Shiitake and/or calcium to cold buckwheat noodles might give advantages for born health without bad effects on characteristics of those noodles.

      • Search for Dolichol-Binding Component(s) in Rat Liver Cytosol

        쥐간 dolichol의 함유량을 순상 HPLC로 측정한 결과, homogenate가 132 ng/mg protein, rnicrosome에 692 ng/mg protein, cytosol에는 47 ng/mg protein으로서 cytosol 중의 dolichol 총량은 homogenate의 약 13%에 이르는 것을 확인하였다. Cytosol dolichol의 chain distribution의 패턴은 역상 HPLC로 측정한 결과, homogenate의 dolichol과 유사하였다. Cytosol 에 $[^3H]dolichol$을 첨가하고 Sephacryl S-300 column으로 gel filteration을 행하면, 거의 모든 radioactivity가 void volume에 용출되었다. 그러나 유리형의 $[^3H]dolichol$도 일부 같은 fraction에 용출되는 점으로 보아서 종래의 방법으로는 $[^3H]dolichol$의 결합형과 유리형의 분리가 불완전함을 알 수 있었다. 한편, DEAE-Sephacel을 사용한 이온교환 크로마토그래피로는 결합형 $[^3H]dolichol$이 0.3M NaCl 근방에 용출되고 유리형 $[^3H]dolichol$은 전혀 용출되지 않는 점으로 보아 결합형과의 분리가 완전하였다. 또한, 40배 molar excess의 비표식(cold) dolichol을 공존시켰더니 0.3M 근방에 용출되는 $[^3H]dolichol$ peak는 25%로 감소되었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 cytosol에는 음이온교환수지에 흡착되고, dolichol에 대해 포화형의 결합활성을 나타내는 인자가 존재하고 있음을 알 수 있었다.
