특성화고등학교 조리계열 학생의 교육 서비스품질이 교육 만족, 진로성숙도 및 학습성과에 미치는 영향: 진로활동과 자기효능감의 조절 효과를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of education service quality on educational satisfaction, career maturity, learning outcomes of culinary majoring students in specialized high school, and the moderating effect of career activity and self-efficacy. For this purpose, data was collected through a survey of 298 students from specialized high schools in Gyeonggi-do, Incheon, Jeolla-do, and Chungcheong-do, Korea. This study conducted frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and structural equations model analysis using SPSS 18.0v and AMOS 20.0v. As a result of hypothesis verification, first, it was observed that the curriculum, facilities, and administration service had a positive effect on educational satisfaction. Second, among the education service quality, administration service had a positive effect on career maturity. Third, educational satisfaction has a significant effect on career maturity and learning outcomes, and career maturity has a positive effect on learning outcomes. Fourth, according to the degree of self-efficacy, administration service had a positive effect on educational satisfaction among education service quality, and there was no moderating effect on career activity. Based on these research results, the influence relationship between education service quality, educational satisfaction, career maturity, and learning outcomes was identified, and implications and research directions were presented to improve education service quality.

Differentiation between Mycobacterium abscessus and M.massiliense and determination of macrolide susceptibility are crucial for management of patients with M.abscessus complex(MABC) infection. Unlike pulmonary MABC infection, little information on extrapulmonary MABC infection is available. The aim of this study was to evaluate proportion of M.massiliense among extrapulmonary MABC infections and that of C28 sequevar among extrapulmonary M.abscessus infections. We performed molecular identification of clinical isolates of MABC and assessed clinical characteristics and treatment outcomes of 23 patients with extrapulmonary MABC infection. The etiologic organism was M.abscessus in 11(48%) patients and M.massiliense in 12(52%). 8(73%) M.abscessus isolates that had inducible resistance to clarithromycin(CLR) harbored intact erm(41) gene and were of T28 sequevar, while 3(27%) M.abscessus isolates were of C28 sequevar and were susceptible to CLR. All M.massiliense isolates had deleted erm(41) and were susceptible to CLR. Of 21 patients who were available for analysis of treatment outcome, 18(86%) showed favorable outcome. The proportion of M.massiliense was higher than that of M.abscessus in patients with a favorable outcome(100% vs70%, P=0.090). All 3 patients with unfavorable outcome were infected with M.abscessus isolates that had intact erm(41). Both subspecies with nonfunctional erm(41) were associated with favorable outcome(P=0.042). Precise subspecies identification and determination of macrolide susceptibility are important for treatment of extrapulmonary MABC infection.
다중 코드 WCDMA 시스템에서 안테나 선택 기법을 적용한 인터리빙 딜레이 다이버시티 연구

본 논문에서는 인터리빙 딜레이 다이버시터 기법을 제안하고 이를 다중 코드 WCDMA 시스템에 적용한다. 제안 시스템에서의 딜레이 다이버시터 기법은 인터리빙 기법을 적용하여 잡음과 페이딩의 영향을 감쇄시켜 시스템 성능을 개선하고 인터리빙된 신호와 인터리빙 되지 않은 신호를 서로 다른 시간 간격을 두어 전송시켜 시간 다이버시터 이득을 얻으며 송신단에서 우너신호의 재전송 횟수를 적절히 증가시킴에 따라 수신 다이버시터이득을 효과적으로 얻을 수 있도록 한다. 또한 다수의 안테나 중 채널 상황이 좋은 안테나만을 선택하여 신호를 전송하는 안테나 선택 기법을 적용하여 제한된 전력을 효율적으로 사용하는 기법을 제안하였다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안된 시스템이 기존 시스템에 비해 2dB 이상의 성능개선을 나타냄을 확인하였다. An interleaving delay diversity scheme is investigated in this paperand the applications in the multi-code WCDMA system along with antenna selection diversity is proposed. The proposed algorithm utilizes interleaving and delayed duplicated transmission mechanism to mitigate the effect of noise and fading. The interleaved signal and the original signal are both transmitted at intervals to obtain time diversity without any increase in required capacity. By adjusting the number of retransmissions of the information signal properly, the system achieve the receive diversity efficiently. For transmission power efficiency the proposed system also applies antenna selection diversity. By computer simulation, it has been shown that the proposed algorithm achieves better performance than the conventional algorithms by more than 2dB.
거제도산 맹종죽(Phyllostachys edulis)추출물의 항균활성

The antibacterial activity of bamboo(Phyllostachys edulis : from Gueje island) extracts is investigated on 10 bacteria. The extracts are prepared using acetone, ethyl acetate, ethyl ether and methanol with roots, leaves and culms of bamboo. The cults extract showed the most effective antibacterial activity and the others are in the order of leaf and root extracts by hole-test. For the effect of extraction solvent on antibacterial activity, methanol is the most efficient to inhibit bacteria and the others result on in the order of acetone, ethyl ether and ethyl acetate in culms, ethyl ether, ethyl acetate and acetone in leaves. Among the bacteria V.parahaemoylticus is inhibited strongly by bamboo extracts and M.luteus, S.aureus, B.subtilis and K.pneumonia are also inhibited. MICs of M.luteus, K.pneumonia, and V.parahaemoylticus with methanol extract of cults are mesured 0.6%, 0.9%, and 1.2% (converted by fresh culm W/V) respectively. Lethal effect of methanol extract of 15g culm is observed incubating 100m1 media with 2 × 105 cfu/ml of M.luteus at 35℃. Decimal lethal time is calculation 78min. Model 용액 중 향기성분 추출과 그의 농축 중 수율에 관한 연구

!0% hydro-alcoholic model solution containing 0.57ppm hexane, 0.71ppm heptanone-2, 0.55ppm ethyl hexanoate, 0.60ppm linalool, 0.58ppm 2-phenyl ethanol, 0.62ppm 2-phenyl ethyl acetate, 0.52ppm γ-nonalactone, 0.51ppm β-ionone, 0.64ppm ethyl dodecanoate, 0.52ppm ethyl hexadodecanoate and tridecane as internal standard was studied for extraction yield using 3L of continuous liquid-liquid extractor. This extraction was done with CCl_3F at 5℃±1(cold room). 300ml extract was concentrated to 0.1ml with Dufton column and the yields were gotten hexanol 81%, heptanone-2 92%, ethyl hexanoate 84%, linalool 60%, 2-phenyl ethanol 32%, 2-phenyl ethyl acetate 81%, γ-nonalactone 114%, β-ionone 84%, ethyl dodecanoate 78%, ethyl hexadecanoate 30%. For the efficiency of concetration column the solution was prepared 100ppm of ethyl propanoate, pentanone-2 and hexanone-2 in CCl_3F. More than 95% yield of concentration was gotten by first 3 differents size of Dufton column is using step by step(300ml → 0.5ml). But last Dufton column(0.5ml → 0.1ml) worked a little less efficiently than first 3 clumns(hexanone-2 93%, pentanone-2 85%, ethyl propanoate 82%). From this study analysis of alcoholic beverage flavour compounds can be done with CCl_3F as solevent, continuous liquid-liquid extractor and Dufton column.
Cohesive Features among CSAT English Question Groups Focusing on Pronouns

This study investigated the textual features of CSAT English question groups in view of the semantic-pragmatic aspect. The corpus was composed of 243 passages which were culled out of the English reading section of CSAT from 2020 to 2011. The results indicated that there exist distinctive features between inference questions and indirect writing questions. The text of the inference question group maintained more interactional features with exophoric references. This produced a contextual circle between a writer and readers. The factor resulted in the highest value of narrativity in three groups. The indirect writing question group, on the other hand, employed anaphoric references, which contributed to consisting of text-internal cohesion. In specific, argument overlaps created the textual integration, which led to topic consistency through the hierarchy of pronouns.
비타민 D<sub>2</sub> 강화 표고버섯과 해조칼슘 첨가 냉면의 저장성 예측 - 연구노트 -

비타민 $D_2$ 강화한 표고버섯(3%)과 해조칼슘을 첨가하여 비살균 제품이며 숙면에 속하는 냉면을 제조한 후, 편의식 개발을 목적으로 저장성을 예측하고자 하였다. $5^{\circ}C$에서 8일간 냉장저장하면서 미생물 및 관능적 품질 변화를 관찰한 결과, 냉면의 초기 세균 수는 2.54 log CFU/g 정도였으며, 냉장 조건에서 6일까지는 세균수가 5 log CFU/g 이하로서 식용에 적합하다고 판단되었다. 버섯냉면을 8일간 냉장저장 중에는 이취를 인식하지 못하였고 육안으로는 곰팡이 발생여부를 확인할 수 없었다. 표고버섯 첨가냉면을 총 8주 동안 냉동저장$(-18^{\circ}C)$하여 검사한 결과, 총세균수는 $770{\sim}160$ CFU/g 정도로 저장기간 중 유의적 차이를 보였으나 전 기간에 걸쳐 숙면의 저장가능 조건인 $1{\times}10^5$ CFU/g 이하로서 8주까지는 유통 및 저장 조건이 잘 유지된다면 미생물적 품질은 비교적 안전할 것으로 여겨진다. 윤기, 버섯 향, 쌉쌀한 맛, 씹힘성 및 탄력성의 관능특성은 8주간의 냉동저장 기간 동안 제조 직후와 비교할 때 유의적인 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 이 결과는 미생물검사 결과와 함께 저장 안정성이 매우 큼을 시사하는 것으로 여겨진다. Cold buckwheat noodles with 3% vitamin D2 enriched Siitake mushroom and seaweed derived calcium (Aquacal) added as functional ingredients were developed. For the prediction of shelf-life of these cold buckwheat noodles, classified as unsterilized cooked noodles, bacterial counts and sensory evaluations were examined during 8 days under refrigerated conditions (5oC) and 8 weeks of storage under frozen conditions $(-18^{\circ}C)$. Results of bacterial count showed that cold buckwheat noodles were microbiologically safe within 6 days at the storage temperature of $5^{\circ}C$ and the shelf-life of these noodles could be extended to 8 whole weeks when stored at $-18^{\circ}C$. Apparent qualities (off-flavor and fungi development) of cold buckwheat noodles kept in $5^{\circ}C$ were not decreased within 8 days. Sensory characteristics (gloss, mushroom flavor, bitterness, chewiness and elasticity) of noodles were not changed during 8 weeks at $-18^{\circ}C$.
