With the development of internet, virtual properties come out. However, they are distinctive from those traditional properties of civil law. The rising network virtual property plays an increasingly important role in our daily life. People also realize the importance of virtual property. Network virtual property is a kind of electromagnetic data which is born from traditional property and has transaction value in the network. The network virtual property is very different from the traditional property. The scope of the network virtual property is constantly expanding, and the style is constantly diverse, and the resulting disputes are also more complex. The focus of the dispute is from the contradiction between network participants, network operators and software developers, and also gradually expanded to the process of the protection of network virtual property in marriage law. There are more and more disputes about the protection of network virtual properties. The legal issues and solutions involved in these disputes have become a hot topic in the legal field. Due to the relatively backward legislation of network virtual property in China, there is still no consensus on the research and discussion of these problems. This paper proposes solutions and several suggestions for the problems faced by the protection of network virtual properties, drawing on foreign experience. Simultaneously, it is important to improve relative legislation so as to protect virtual properties which can make sure that the net economy can develop o healthily and orderly. 날이 갈수록 유행하는 인터넷 가상재산은 우리 일상생활에서 점점 더 중요한 역할을 하고 있고 사람들도 가상재산의 중요성을 인식하고 있다. 네트워크 가상재산은 전통적인 재산으로부터 파생되어 인터넷에 존재하는 거래가치가 있는 전자 데이터이다. 인터넷 가상재산은 전통재산과 크게 다른바 인터넷 가상재산의 범위가 계속 넓혀지고 있고 종류 또한 다양해지면서 발생하는 분쟁도 복잡해지고 있다. 분쟁의 초점은 인터넷 참여자와 인터넷 운영업체, 소프트웨어 개발업체간의 갈등으로부터 서서히 혼인법에서 제기되는 인터넷 가상 재산에 대한 보호 과정까지 확대 되면서 인터넷 가상 재산에 대한 분쟁도 점점 많아지고 있다. 이런 분쟁에 관련된 법적 문제 및 해결조치가 법학계에서 화제로 되고 있다. 중국은 현재 인터넷 가상재산 관련 입법이 상대적으로 낙후하기 때문에 이런 문제에 대한 연구는 일치한 의견을 이루지 못했다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 인터넷 가상 재산보호에 직면한 문제 있어서 외국의 사례들을 참고하여 그 해결방안과 여러 가지 건의를 제시하였다.

Climate change has already become the focus that international community has paid close attention to as a global environmental problem. Climate change is not only an environmental problem, but also an energy problem, economic problem and political issue. In the world, CO2 emission of China is now great pressure and urgence for China to reduce the green-house gas. During the following dozens of years, the climate change problem will bring a lot of challenges, pressures, at the same time, opportunities as well to China. First, the paper composes a general analysis for the climate change and impacts. It defines briefly the climate change, then analyses the reasons that the climate change occurs and the necessity of taking measures against climate change. Secondly, it primarily introduces the energy legal system against climate change in China. In the end , it indicates problem China confronts with at the energy legislation. According to its problems on the legal system of climate change, suggestions for consummating the legal system of climate change in China. It including main contents of China's legal system of energy, the relevant legislations, legislation system, energy mamagement system, liability system.

녹색 식생활에 기반한 인성교육활동이 유아의 생명존중 인식, 공동체 의식 및 배려행동에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of character education based on green diet on children's perception of life respect, community spirit and caring behavior. The subjects of this study were 47 children aged 4 and 5 (25 experimental group and 22 control group) of I childcare center and E childcare center in N city. The program was conducted on 25 children in experimental group 2 times a week for 12 weeks from May 2 to July 21, 2017. Character education based on green diet was conducted for the experiment group. Contrary, character education was carried out according to the Nuri curriculum in the control group. The results of this study are as follows: First, character education based on green diet was effective in raising children's perception of life respect. It has been found that the activities of character education based on green diet have a positive effect on children's life respect knowledge, life respect attitude and life respect behavior. Second, the activities of character education based on green diet generally improved children’s perception of community spirit. It was found that the sense of belonging, harmony, voluntary participation, sense of unity and mutual influence among children's community spirit had a positive influence. Third, the activities of character education based on green diet generally improved children’s caring behaviors. It was revealed that the activities of character education based on green diet had a positive influence on emotional behavior, normative behavior, and value-giving behavior among young children's caring behaviors. 본 연구는 녹색 식생활에 기반한 인성교육활동이 유아의 생명존중 인식․공동체 의식․배려행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 대상은 어린이집 4,5세 혼합반 남, 녀 유아 47명이었으며, 이 중 실험집단의 유아 25명을 대상으로 2017년 5월 2일부터 2017년 7월 21일까지 매주 2차시씩 실험처치를 실시하였다. 실험집단에는 녹색 식생활에 기반한 인성교육활동을 실시하였으나 통제집단에서는 누리과정에 따른 인성교육이 이루어졌다. 연구결과 첫째, 녹색 식생활에 기반한 인성교육활동은 유아의 생명존중 인식을 높이는데 효과적이다. 즉, 유아의 생명존중 지식, 생명존중 태도, 생명존중 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 녹색 식생활에 기반한 인성교육활동은 유아의 공동체 의식을 전반적으로 향상시켰다. 즉, 유아의 공동체 의식 중 소속감, 조화, 자발적 참여, 일체감 및 상호영향 의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 녹색 식생활에 기반한 인성교육활동은 유아의 배려행동을 전반적으로 향상시켰다. 즉, 유아의 배려행동 중 정서적 행동, 규범적 행동, 가치부여적 행동에서 긍정적인 영향을 미친다.
