비재하 가열실험을 통한 이중강관 CFT기둥의 잔존강도 평가연구

콘크리트 충전강관 기둥은 내부의 콘크리트에 의해 축열효과로 인해 철골기둥에 비해 내화성능이 우수하며, 기둥 단면 내 철근 및 강관을 보강하여 구조적내력 및 내화성능 향상연구가 이루어져 오고 있다. 실제로 보강된 CFT기둥은 고축력을 요구하는 기둥부재로 사용 빈도 수가 증가되고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 상황에서 CFT기둥을 사용한 건축물에 화재가 발생하여 손상을 입게 되었을 경우 성능 저하정도를 정밀하게 측정할 수 있는 기법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 화재 발생시 CFT기둥에 대한 내부 온도 분포를 평가 하고, 단면내부의 온도분포에 따라 내부 충전콘크리트와 보강재의 내력 저하 정도를 파악하여 CFT기둥의 전체적인 잔존강도를 평가하고자 한다. The concrete-filled tubular square column is superior to steel frame column in terms of fire resistance because of the thermal storage provided by the concrete. Studies have been conducted on CFT column reinforcement with steel bars or with the use of an internal tube to improve its structural load capacity and fire resistance. In fact, reinforced CFT columns have been increasingly used to deal with high axial force. The functional deterioration of columns due to fire damage needs to be measured precisely. In this study, the temperature distribution inside the columns in case of a fire was evaluated and the degree of deterioration in the load capacity of the concrete and reinforcing members associated with temperature distribution was identified in order to evaluate the overall residual strength of the columns.

The concrete filled steel tube (CFT) that shows an excellent performance can be more economically used when the steel tube has a large width-to-thickness ratio. However, national codes such as KBC or AISC limits the use of a plate with a large width-to-thickness ratio, resulting in exclusion of possibility of more effective use of CFT. The purpose of this study is to remove the limitations by applying the concept of effective area which can consider local buckling and post-buckling strength. As a starting point, the effective area concept used in pure hollow steel sections in the current codes are applied to composite CFT columns and the results indicates that the limitations can be successfully removed.
경량콘크리트를 사용한 철선일체형 바닥구조의 휨내력 및 전단내력 실험적 평가

최근 내진설계의 발달과 친환경 건설자재에 대한 관심으로 건물의 자중을 줄이기 위한 경량콘크리트에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 증축건물을 중심으로 경량콘크리트를 이용한 설계가 점차 증가하는 추세에 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 철선일체형 데크플레이트와 경량콘크리트를 사용한 바닥구조시스템의 휨내력과 전단내력을 평가하기 위해 하부 강판 플레이트의 설치유무를 변수로 4개의 실험체를 제작하여 구조실험을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 경량콘크리트를 이용한 합성바닥구조의 구조성능은 KCI(2007)의 설계기준을 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. A recent development of seismic design, which is required among environmentally friendly members, increased the concern on light-weight concrete. Extending around the building, the structural design which is applied for light-weight concrete has been increased. This study therefore evaluates the bending resistance and the shear resistance involved using four specimens that were manufactured and tested. The parameters used in this study exist. This study investigates the structural performance of composite slab using light-weight concrete with KCI (2007).

Guarantee of CFT Column Fire resistance is very important about activity of CFT application. Europe, the United States, Japanese, which it is applying to CFT, already progress multi researches regarding the method it will be able to improve the fire resistance of CFT. This method improve fire resistance is coating to use fire resistance relation material outside the CFT columns application and activity than previously. We contribute to experiments and research about fire resistance of CFT column by considering advanced research.

A objective of this study is to suggest a type reinforcing a lower part of column to beam connections with an internal anchors to be considered a higher ability of construction and filling up concrete. A suggested shapes are a concrete filled tubular(CFT) column reinforcing plate with internal anchors and improves economy efficiency. In order to solve problem which lower part of connections have, its feature is that internal diaphragm welded has several internal anchors in plate. Thus if concrete is filling and it passes and fills up internal anchors, concrete passed ones reinforce composite effect of internal diaphragm and concrete by role such as nails. In order to analyse the initial strength, maximum internal force and mechanic performance, it compares with and analyses structural performance of internal diaphragm with several anchors through a test conducting an identified and simplified CFT column to beam flange and we propose tension design formulas.
고층건물 적용 설계사례를 통한 콘크리트충전 각형강관기둥의 실용화 가능성 평가

The purpose of this study is to review, examine and analyze the cases of employing CFT columns for high-rise buildings in Korea and overseas in order to investigate the feasibility of employing the columns for the construction of high-rise buildings. For this, fire-resistance of non-coated square CTF columns was examined for modeling high-rise buildings (10 stories & 50 stories). Fire-resistance of the buildings for which non-coated square CFT columns were used was evaluated using the fire-resistance design equations derived from the previous studies. This study showed that the columns on the upper floors of the 50-story-skyscraper could meet the legal requirement of 3-hour-fire resistance without fireproofing coating. And, it was found that reinforcing the fire-resistance of concrete or employing fireproofing coating outside the columns would satisfy the legal requirement of 1-hour and 2-hour fire-resistance for the middle floors and lower floors, respectively. As concrete strength increases, fire-resistance improves and the possibility of satisfying 3-hour-requirement without coating increases. As span length increases, the axial load ratio on the column increases and fire-resistance deteriorates, which means that the possibility of 3-hour-fireproofing without coating diminishes. Consequently, it is needed to restrain axial load ratio through the proper measures in structural design.
콘크리트충전 강관기둥의 내화성능에 대한 국내 구성재료 (강재, 콘크리트)의 고온특성 영향

The behaviour of CFT columns exposed to fire is dependent on the thermal and mechanical properties of CFT materials. In this research, the Korean test's thermal properties model of the CFT materials/steel and concrete) is compared with the four model(Eurocode model, AIJ model, T.T. Lie model, J. Yin model) of the outside the country to estimate the thermal properties of the Korea test's model. Using the thermal properties, the numerical analysis was performed to estimate the fire resistance of the CFT structures. We evaluated the actual effect by the thermal and mechanical characteristics of the materials. Through this research, the temperature calculated from test model was overestimated than other models. It is because the thermal diffusivity of domestic concrete test model is the highest. Also, test model was suddenly collapse without sufficient axial deformation. It is because the thermal diffusivity of test model is higher than the other models. And it is because stress-strain curves decreased suddenly after yielding
