빛에 대한 폴리피롤(PPy)의 광전기화학적인 거동을 $Fe(CN)_6^{4-}/Fe(CN)_6^{3-}$과 $I^-/I_2$를 산화환원종으로 수용액에서 관찰하였다. PPy은 정전압법으로 Pt와 glassy-C 그리고 ITO에 각각 중합하였으며 PPy막을 입힌 전극에 빛이 쪼여졌을 때 산화환원종의 산화환원 전위에서 전류의 증가를 얻었다. 증가된 전류는 PPy이 갖는 반도체 특성과 빛에 의한 전극표면에서의 산화환원 광열촉진에 기인하며, PPy 중합시 사용한 지지전해질의 음이온(dopants)과 산화환원종, 용액의 pH에 의존하였다. The photoelectrochemical behavior of polypyrrole films on Pt, glassy-C and indium tin oxide(ITO) under illumination was studied in aqueous solution containing a redox couple such as I-/I2 or Fe(CN)64-/Fe(CN)63-. Polypyrrole(PPy) was coated on Pt, glassy-C and ITO electrodes using electrochemical polymerization of pyrrole by potentiostatic method. Illumination of the PPy film results in the increase of cathodic and anodic currents at redox potentials of the redox species. These enhanced currents are caused both by the semiconductor characteristics of PPy and by the photothermal acceleration of redox reaction at PPy-electrode surface, and are dependent on the pH of redox solutions and the dopants in PPy.

As the most suitable quality Bunker-A (JIS K-2205) has closely approximation for the main diesel engine (6MA-HTY) in the training, Og-San. But it is so expensive for daily use that we can find the poor economy. Here we cannot too strongly advise the necessity of any substitution. The author has got how to make use of the Light Residual Fuel Oil which is lower both in quality and price than Bunker-A mentioned above. For the useful management, two heater tanks and one oil purifier which are the minimum increase are fitted to the existing facilities in the engine room of Og-San.

This experiment shows the better perfonnal1ce of Ferrite process, comparing the manganese concentration before and after processing the waste liquid which contains non-radioactive manganese. We also derive what amount of the manganese concentration in the experimental liquid waste is optimal in the Ferrite process. The radioactive concentration of manganese. iron. and cobalt in inorganic liquid waste is reduced by the Ferrite process, on efficient heavy metal process and then the coordinated element process is simplified. Therefore this technique is applicable to the process of heavy metal in waste liquid at the atomic power plant

Porous silicon, electrochemically etched in HF solution, exhibits a unique properties including great potential for use as a light emitter as well as being suited to incorporation into biological systems. This application leads to the types of silicon known as 'light emitting silicon' and 'biosilicon'. The processes and techniques leading to the fabrication of these materials are closely related. Visible electroluminescence from the cathodically biased porous silicon electrode in electrolyte solution containing persulfate ions(S2O82-) exhibits a blue shift with increasing applied potential. The blue shift can be attributed to the formation of accumulation layer and to the Fermi level pinning in the porous silicon. However, the formation, luminescence, or reaction mechanism and electrochemical properties of porous silicon were still not completely understood in every detail. Although the surface of porous silicon layer was covered with hydrogen produced in as etchant, its hydrophobic property exhibited a abnormal current-decay curves under constant potential.

(1) Nuclear power is currently requested as substitute energy source of a fossil fuel and with a part of an anti-pollution policy in the earth. According to data in Norway, which was handed in 29th MEPC-IMO Marine Environment committee-in March of 1990, the pollution levels for specific gases include 2% for CO2 4% for SOx and 7% for NOx from international ships, that could make the earth warm and also acidic rain. And it's also important that the emissions of bilge water from ship pollute the sea. (2) The plant process quantity in nuclear ship can be influenced by the vibration of ship under stormy weather. ① The reactor power, temperature and pressure, the amount of flowing water level in plant process are changed at large. Especially a water level in steam generator and a pressurizer can be influenced largely by water surface and two-phase flow condition. According to a frequency-explanation of ship's vibration, in ship's heaving, rolling and pitching, heaving of the ship affects the fluctuation of water level largely in proportion to acceleration of up and down motion. ② The load variation which is caused by R.P.M of the main propulsion engine and its power in a ship managed by engineer's intention or natural condition makes much vibration in the ship. The periodical vibration of propeller and its racing also cause much vibration in the ship. (3) The vacuum of main condenser can be influenced by the temperature of sea water which is approximately from 5℃ to 30℃. The lower temperature of sea water marks, the higher vacuum-rate marks, which makes engine power increase. (4) As stated above, nuclear engineering should concentrate on study about more safe and easy-handling and economical marine reactor. The government should establish faithfully the policy about substitute energy.
原子力船의 燃料와 母體核物質이 爐心의 設計에 미치는 影響

The nuclear ship reactor is influenced by roiling, pitching, heaving, yawing, during the voyage, according to the sea conditions. Moreover, reactor have produced the sequent thermal power in proportion to load changed by the main pro-pulsion steam turbine. So it must be wholly controlled, besides the nuclear reactor must have safety factor and economic efficiency. In the planning of nuclear reactor, such points as nuclear characteristics, hydrothermal characteristics, structure design and instrumentation must be taken into account. The author treats the nuclear fuel and fertile material which have great energy and radioactivity of the partial of nuclear characteristics. In order to have the best efficiency, the reactor core must have high burnup, large uranium utilization ratio, high power density and resonance escape probability. So the author, Places emphasis on the above points, accounts for the concept of the planning of the nuclear ship reactor core in relation to the fissile nuclide, fertile material and resonance escape probability, and also investigates actual examples of existing nuclear ship.

애플과 구글이 주도한 모바일 앱 장터에 새로운 변화가 찾아올 것으로 예상된다. HTML5(HyperText Mark-up Language 5)로 무장한 모바일 웹 앱의 등장은 모바일 인터넷 환경의 비약적인 발전과 고사양의 스마트기기 보급 확대에 힘입어 모바일 앱의 생태계를 재구성하고 있다. 본고에서는 애플리케이션 플랫폼의 발달 과정과 모바일 웹 환경에서의 HTML5의 역할에 대해서 알아보고 모바일 웹 프레임워크에 대해 정리하였다.
