인문,사회과학편 : 골프참가동반자에 따른 골프소비성향의 차이

본 연구는 골프참가동반자에 따른 골프소비성향의 차이를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2006년 현재 서울, 경기지역 골프장과 골프연습장 이용자 585명을 대상으로 하였으며, 국내외와 본 연구에서 타당도와 신뢰도를 인정받은 골프참가자의 참가동반자, 골프소비성향 변인을 중심으로 설문지를 작성하여 자기평가기 입법으로 응답하도록 한 후 회수하였다. 결과분석은 SPSS 12.0을 이용하였으며, 분석에 사용된 통계기법은 기술통계분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, X<sup>2</sup>, 일원변량분석, 공변량분석이었다. 이에 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 골프참가자의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 동반자는 부분적으로 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 골프참가자의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 골프소비성향은 부분적으로 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 골프참가동반자에 따른 골프소비성향은 부분적으로 차이가 나타났다. This study is to examine how difference of golf consumer type through golf participants type as the subject 585 golf participants in Seoul, Kyunggi province for reviewing. The Questionnaire was developed by factor analysis to golf participants type and golf consumer type. Golf consumer type's factor are constructed to veblenian, bandwagon, snob, bedonist, frugalist. To understand the individual characteristics of the subjects, the frequency analysis was used. And to investigate the difference individual characteristics, golf consumer type and golf partner type, X<sup>2</sup> oneway ANOVA, ANCOVA were used. The results of this study can be acquired as follows; First, golf consumer type is partially different by the golf partner type. Second, golf consumer type is partially different by the individual characteristics. Third, golf consumer type is partially different by golf partner type.
저반복과 고반복 훈련이 테니스동호인들의 서브,스트로크,발리 타구의 정확성 및 스피드 향상에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of tennis skill training of low repetition and high repetition for 12 weeks and offer effective training program. Research subjects were some of 30-40 years 10 man`s tennis-lovers who are career under 1 year and live in Gyeonggi area. They were divided into two types of experimental groups; group of the low repetition training and the high repetition training. Observation variable was pre, 6weeks, and 12weeks test in three time, tennis skill test was the exactitude and speed by the ball in serve, stroke, and volley. Two-way mixed ANOVA with repeated measure were used for analyzing the data. Results found from such a comparative analysis study were as follows; The exactitude & speed by the ball was showed a statistically significant difference at two types of experimental groups by pre, 6weeks, 12weeks test in serve, stroke, and volley. Between group weren`t showed a statistically significant difference at serve, stroke, volley. Interaction effect of the exactitude & speed by the ball was showed a statistically significant difference at forehand stroke and forehand·backhand volley because low repetition training group was showed more increase than high repetition training group. In conclusion, It could know to be effective on low repetition training method more than high repetition training method.
근로자의 가족친화성교육프로그램 참여가 일·가족지향성, 일·가족전이 및 가족여가실천에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of participation of Family-friendly program on employees` work and family involvement and work-family spillover and family leisure practice. For doing so, data were collected through the questionnaire. The sample was drawn form 154 major companies`s employees in Seoul, Kyungkido, 2008 year by using the quota sampling. The statistics employed in the study were one-way ANOVA, X2, multiple regression analysis, logistic regression analysis. The results of this study can be acquired as follows; First, there were difference in work-family spillover according to participation of Family-friendly. Second, work and family involvement influences work-family spillover. Third, employee`s family leisure was higher levels of positive family to work spillover participation and more family-friendly program.

It is necessary to examine from primary school children's viewpoint to perception of safety as to how they cope with a condition threatening safety at the realistic world with risky environment and whether knowledge obtained through education is transmitted to action in a correct way. For this, this study explored and analyzed children's perspective to safety felt in life, their achievement of education to safety as trainees, and their perception extent to safety. As a result of it, following conclusion could be obtained. First, as for safety on their way to school and home, the lower grade they were, the more they felt safe, but the higher they were, the more they felt uneasy, which was examined that they generally had uncomfortable mind. Second, as for whether safety education was performed or not, it was indicated that safety education was generally executed, but lower graders responded that safety education was executed, but high graders responded that it was not executed. Third, as for observance of traffic rules, it was examined lower graders kept them well, but higher graders did not do so. Fourth, as for safety of play, it was indicated lower graders wore protective equipment by parents' concern, but higher graders did not wear them since they were full of confidence counting on their capability. Fifth, as for life safety, it was indicated the area most preferentially educated from parents' viewpoint was traffic safety, and the next ones were gas and fire safety. Sixth, as for fire safety, it was indicuted they did not play with fire, but higher graders compared to lower ones, played with fire as the means of curiosity and play. Thus, curricula for children's safety education executed from adults' viewpoint should be established, and assessment of children's safety education should get out of the limitation of execution of safety education to habituated action by the transmission of children's knowledge. Also it is urgent to develop programs with which to perform children's education at the level of children, establish and operate safety education facilities for practice education that teachers and children can receive safety education through experience by building up children's safety education related entities. And it is thought that safety should not left to only children, but their safety would be kept by developing and training safety education programs to all organizations and individuals related to safety.
특전부사관의 무도수련에 따른 직무만족 및 조직효과성의 차이

The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference on job satisfation and organizational effectiveness by martial arts training`s experience of the special non-comissioned officers who work for special warfare command. For achieving this purpose, 250 special non-comissioned officers who work for special warfare command in Seoul, Gyeonggi province, Pusan in 2008 were sampled an example using cluster random sampling method. The questionnaire was analyzed by exploratory factor analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, post hoc by scheffe, multiple regression analysis with SPSS Windows 15.0. Following results were obtained above analysis: fist, The martial arts training`s experience of special non- comissioned officers had statistically a positive influence on the job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. Second, the job satisfaction of special non-comissioned officers had partially a positive influence on organizational effectiveness.
