        액티브 시니어의 팬덤 문화를 고려한 메타버스 공연 서비스 디자인 연구 - 데이터 기반 퍼소나 분석을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 증가하는 장년층의 문화 경험을 확대하기 위하여 액티브 시니어의 특징을 바탕으로 한 메타버스 공연서비스 제안을 목적으로 한다. 문헌조사와 경험매핑, 설문조사를 실시하여 정성 · 정량 데이터를 수집하였으며, 통계를 거쳐 트로트 공연과 팬덤 활동에 대한 액티브 시니어의 행동유형을 10개의 요인으로 분류하였다. 10가지 요인은 ‘공동체 의식’, ‘스타와의 유대감’, ‘타인과의 유대감’, ‘스타에 대한 존경심’, ‘강한 자아정체감’, ‘능동적 참여의 즐거움’, ‘일상화된 덕질’, ‘스타에 대한 자부심’, ‘스타에 대한 믿음’, ‘스타와의 친밀감’이 있으며, 요인을 기준으로 군집분석을 실시하여 ‘외향적 공동체형’, ‘내향적 동경형’, ‘내향적 덕질형’, ‘외향적 정서형’ 4가지로 유형을 분류하였다. 각 군집에 따른 퍼소나별 심리와 경험에 따라 핵심 서비스와 기술을 제안하고 FGI 검증을 거친 서비스블루프린트로 구조화하였다. 본 연구는 장년층에도 메타버스 공연서비스를 제공함으로써 동등한 디지털 문화 경험을 제공하고, 전략적으로 설계된 연구를 통해 사용자 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to propose a metaverse performance service based on the characteristics of active seniors in order to expand the cultural experiences of the growing older generation. Qualitative and quantitative data were collected by conducting a literature review, experience mapping, and survey, and through statistics, the behavioral types of active seniors regarding trot performances and fandom activities were classified into 10 factors. The 10 factors are 'sense of community', 'bond with star', 'bond with others', 'respect for star', 'strong sense of self-identity', 'pleasure of active participation', 'routinized virtue', ' There are 'pride in the star', 'belief in the star', and 'intimacy with the star', and cluster analysis was conducted based on the factors to determine 'extroverted community type', 'introverted admiration type', and 'introverted virtuous type'. The types were classified into four ‘extroverted emotional types’. Core services and technologies were proposed according to the psychology and experience of each persona in each cluster and structured as a service blueprint that underwent FGI verification. This study is meaningful in providing equal digital cultural experiences by providing metaverse performance services to older people as well as providing user-customized services through strategically designed research.

        Wii Balance Board를 이용한 Sit-to-Stand와 보행기능 측정의 검사-재검사 신뢰도

        Background: Assessments of Sit-to-Stand (STS) and gait functions are essential procedures in evaluating level of independence for the patients after stroke. In a previous study, we developed the software to analyze center of pressure (COP) in standing position on Wii Balance Board (WBB). Objects: This purpose of this study is to measure test-retest reliability of ground reaction forces, COP and time using WBB on STS and gait in healthy adults. Methods: Fifteen healthy participants performed three trials of STS and gait on WBB. The time (s), vertical peak (%) and COP path-length (㎝) were measured on both tasks. Additionally, counter (%), different peak (%), symmetry ratio, COP x-range and COP y-range were analyzed on STS, 1st peak (%), 2nd peak (%) of weight were analyzed on gait. Intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC), standard error measurement (SEM) and smallest real difference (SRD) were analyzed for test-retest reliability. Results: ICC of all variables except COP path-length appeared to .676∼.946 on STS, and to .723∼.901 on gait. SEM and SRD of all variables excepting COP path-length appeared .227∼8.886, .033∼24.575 on STS. SEM and SRD excepting COP path-length appeared about .019∼3.933, .054∼11.879 on gait. Conclusion: WBB is not only cheaper than force plate, but also easier to use clinically. WBB is considered as an adequate equipment for measuring changes of weight bearing during balance, STS and gait test which are normally used for functional assessment in patients with neurological problems and elderly. The further study is needed concurrent validity on neurological patients, elderly patients using force plate and WBB.

        덕유산 국립공원 거칠봉 일대 삼림식생의 군락분포에 관한 연구

        Forest vegetation of Geochilbong (1,177 m) in Deogyusan National Park is classified into mountain forest vegetation and flatland forest vegetation. Mountain forest vegetation is subdivided into deciduous broad-leaved forest, valley forest, coniferous forest, afforestation and etc., while riparian forest was found under the category of flatland forest vegetation. Including 89 communities of mountain forest vegetation and 4 communities of other vegetation, the total of 93 communities were researched; the distributed colonies classified by physiognomy classification are 32 communities deciduous broadleaved forest, 21 communities of valley forest, 12 communities of coniferous forests, 24 afforestation and 4 other communities. As for the distribution rate for surveyed main communities, Quercus mongolica, Quercus serrata, Quercus variabilis communities account for 56.54 percent of deciduous broad-leaved forest, Fraxinus mandshurica, Cornus controversa community takes up 46.58 percent of mountain valley forest, Pinus densiflora community holds 74.98 percent of mountain coniferous forest holds. In conclusion, minority species consisting of Quercus mongolica, Quercus serrata, Quercus variabilis, Fraxinus mandshurica, Cornus controversa, Pinus densiflora are distributed as dominant species of the uppermost part in a forest vegetation of Geochilbong in Deogyusan National Park. In addition, because of vegetation succession and climate factors, numerous colonies formed by the two species are expected to be replaced by Quercus mongolica, Carpinus laxiflora and Fraxinus mandshurica which are climax species in the area. However, the distribution rate of deciduous broad-leaved forest seems to increase gradually due to global warming and artificial disturbance.

        김치유래 Lactic acid bacteria에 의한 양배추 즙의 발효특성

        본 연구에서는 김치에서 분리한 starter(Leu. mesenteroides, Lac. sakei, SL1103, Lac. plantarum LS5, Leu. mesenteroides + Lac. sakei, SL1103 + Lac. plantarum LS5)를 이용하여 양배추 즙을 30oC에서 72시간 발효하는 동안 24시간 간격으로 유산균수, pH, 적정산도, 당도, 색도를 측정하였다. 발효 24시간에는 모든 균주를 혼합 배양 시킨 양배추 즙의 유산 균수는 9.45 log CFU/mL로 가장 높게 나타났고, Lac. sakei SL1103로 발효시킨 양배추 즙이 7.00 log CFU/mL로 가장 낮았다. 모든 발효 양배추 즙의 pH (3.94~4.19)는 발효 24시간에 급격하게 저하되었다. 발효 24시간에 양배추 즙의 당도는 Lac. sakei SL1103가 8.38oBx로 가장 높았고 Leu. mesenteroides는 8.07oBx로 낮았다. 모든 균주를 혼합 배양하여 24시간 발효시킨 양배추 즙의 L값이 56.83으로 가장 높았다. 24시간 발효하는 동안의 -a값은 균주에 따른 유의성은 나타나지 않았다. 모든 발효 양배추 즙의 b값은 7.43~8.75에서 72시간 발효하는 동안 10.57~12.11로 증가하였다. 30에서 24시간 발효 시킨 양배추 즙을 4에서 24시간 저장 한 후 대학생 50명을 대상으로 색도, 맛, 풍미, 조직감, 전반적인 선호도를 7점 척도법(1=매우 싫다, 7=매우 좋다)으로 관능검사를 실시한 결과 맛, 풍미, 전반적인 선호도에서 유의성이 나타났다. 맛은 모든 균주를 혼합 발효시킨 양배추 즙이 4.15로 가장 높았으며, 풍미는 모든 균주를 혼합 발효시킨 양배추 즙이 3.72로 가장 높게 나타났다. 전반적인 선호도는 모든 균주를 혼합 발효시킨 양배추 즙이 4.15로 가장 높았고 Lac. plantarum LS5 2.57, Lac. sakei SL1103 3.11, Leu. mesenteroides 3.15로 낮았다. 본 연구 결과 발효 양배추 즙을 제조할 경우 균주를 단독 배양하는 것보다 모든 균주를 혼합하여 30oC에서 24시간 발효시킨 양배추 즙이 관능적인 선호도도 높을 뿐 만 아니라 probiotic 유산균수도 높아 발효 양배추 즙 제조에 사용가능한 것으로 사료된다. The objective of this study was to determine the quality characteristics of cabbage juice fermented by lactic acid bacteria from Kimchi (Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Lactobacillus sakei SL1103, Lactobacillus plantarum LS5, and mixed starter). Cabbage juice was inoculated with lactic acid bacteria and fermented at 30 for 72 hrs. Changes in lactic acid bacteria number, pH, titratable acidity, Brix, and color during fermentation were analyzed. After fermentation for 24 hrs, cabbage juice fermented by mixed starter showed the highest number of lactic acid bacteria (9.45 log CFU/mL). The pH of all cabbage juice also decreased to 3.88~4.19 sharply, while cabbage juice fermented by Lac. sakei SL1103 showed the highest Brix (8.38oBx). Cabbage juice fermented by mixed starter showed the highest L value (56.83). In the sensory evaluation, cabbage juice fermented by a mixed starter (Leu. mesenteroides, Lac. sakei SL1103, and Lac. plantarum LS5) showed the highest preferences in taste, flavor, and overall acceptability. Therefore, cabbage juice fermented by mixed starter (Leu. mesenteroides, Lac. sakei SL1103 and Lac. plantarum LS5) has the highest potential for the development of fermented cabbage juice as an excellent bioactive functional food.

        덕유산 국립공원 남덕유산 일대 삼림식생의 군락분포에 관한 연구

        Forest vegetation of Namdeogyusan (1,507 m) in Deogyusan National Park is classified into mountain forest vegetation and flatland forest vegetation. Mountain forest vegetation is subdivided into deciduous broad-leaved forest, valley forest, coniferous forest, afforestation and other vegetation. Including 45 communities of mountain forest vegetation and 8 communities of other vegetation, the total of 53 communities were researched; mountain forest vegetation classified by physiognomy classification are 22 communities deciduous broad-leaved forest, 11 communities of valley forest, 5 communities of coniferous forests, 7 afforestation and 8 other vegetation. As for the distribution rate for surveyed main communities, Quercus mongolica, Quercus serrata and Quercus variabilis communities account for 79.30 percent of deciduous broad-leaved forest, Fraxinus mandshurica community takes up 82.96 percent of mountain valley forest, Pinus densiflora community holds 53.31 percent of mountain coniferous forest holds. In conclusion, minority species consisting of Quercus mongolica, Fraxinus mandshurica, Quercus serrata, Pinus densiflora, and Quercus variabilis are distributed as dominant species of the uppermost part in a forest vegetation region in Deogyusan National Park. In addition, because of vegetation succession and climate factors, numerous colonies formed by the two species are expected to be replaced by Quercus mongolica, Carpinus laxiflora and Fraxinus mandshurica which are climax species in the area.

        인체 폐암 세포주 A549에서 Euonymus porphyreus 추출물의 항산화 및 항암활성 분석

        Euonymus porphyreus는 노박덩굴과에 속하는 식물로 동아시아 지역에 널리 분포하며, 식물학상의 특징에 대한 보고는 있으나 항산화능과 항암활성 등에 관한 연구는 아직까지 밝혀진 바가 없다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인체 폐암세포인 A549를 사용하여 E. porphyreus 에탄올 추출물(EEEP)의 항산화 및 항암활성과 그 분자적 기전에 관하여 연구하였다. 먼저 EEEP의 총 폴리페놀 화합물과 플라보노이드 함량을 측정한 결과, 각각 115.42 ㎎/g, 23.07 ㎎/g이었다. EEEP의 DPPH radical 소거활성을 측정한 결과, IC50가 11.09 ㎍/ml로 뛰어난 항산화능을 보유한 것을 확인하였다. 또한 EEEP는 농도의존적으로 인체폐암세포주인 A549의 세포 성장을 저해하였으며, 세포 주기변화를 분석한 결과 A549 세포의 SubG1기 세포비율이 증가하는 것을 확인하였다. Annexin V 염색과 DAPI 염색으로 EEEP 처리에 의해 apoptotic 세포와 apoptotic body가 증가하는 것을 확인하였으며, 이러한 결과는 EEEP에 의해 A549 세포의 apoptosis가 유도되는 것을 시사한다. 또한 관련 단백질들의 발현변화를 분석한 결과, EEEP에 의해 Fas, p53, Bax의 발현이 증가하고 Bcl-2의 발현은 감소하였으며, caspase-8, -9와 caspase-3의 활성화를 통해 PARP가 분해되어 apoptosis가 유도되었음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과들로부터 EEEP는 내인성 및 외인성 경로를 통한 apoptosis 유도에 의하여 A549 세포의 증식을 억제하는 항암활성을 보유하였음을 확인하였다. Euonymus porphyreus, a species of plant in the Celastraceae family, is widely distributed in East Asia, especially in Southern China. The botanical characteristics of E. porphyreus have been reported, but its antioxidative and anticancer activities remain unclear. In this study, we evaluated the antioxidative and anticancer effects of ethanol extracts of E. porphyreus (EEEP) and the molecular mechanism of its anticancer activity in human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells. The total polyphenol and flavonoid compound contents from EEEP were 115.42 ㎎/g and 23.07 ㎎/g, respectively. EEEP showed significant antioxidative effects with a concentration at 50% of the inhibition (IC50) value of 11.09 ㎍/ml, as measured by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging assay. EEEP showed cytotoxic activity by increasing the SubG1 cell population of A549 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Apoptosis in A549 cells treated with EEEP was evident due to increased apoptotic cells and apoptotic bodies, as detected by Annexin V and 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) staining, respectively. EEEP-induced apoptosis resulted in increased expression of the First apoptosis signal (Fas), p53, and Bax, with decreased expression of Bcl-2 and subsequent activation of caspase-8, -9, and caspase-3, leading to cleavage of poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP). Collectively, these results suggest that EEEP may exert an anticancer effect by inducing apoptosis in A549 cells through both intrinsic and extrinsic pathways.

        Millettia erythrocalyx 에탄올 추출물의 항산화 활성 및 항암 활성에 관한 연구

        Millettia erythrocalyx는 콩과(Fabaceae)에 속하는 식물로 중국, 태국, 인도 등 열대·아열대 지역에 분포하며, 항바이러스 활성을 보유하고 있다는 보고가 있으나 항산화능과 항암활성 등에 관한 연구는 보고된 바가 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 M. erythrocalyx의 에탄올 추출물(EEME)을 사용하여 항산화능을 측정하고, 인체간암세포주인 HepG2에 대한 항암활성과 그 분자적 기전에 관하여 분석하였다. 먼저 DPPH radical scavenging activity를 통해 분석한 결과, EEME의 IC50는 2.74 μg/ml로 뛰어난 항산화능을 보유하였음을 확인하였다. 또한 EEME 농도 의존적으로 HepG2 세포의 성장을 억제하였다. EEME의 HepG2 세포 사멸 효과의 기전을 분석하기 위하여 세포주기를 분석한 결과, EEME 농도의존적으로 SubG1 세포가 증가하였으며, Annexin V 염색과 DAPI 염색을 통해 apoptotic 세포 및 apoptotic body가 증가됨을 확인하였다. 또한 apoptosis 관련 단백질들의 발현변화를 분석한 결과, EEME 처리에 의해 사멸수용체인 Fas와 pro-apoptotic 단백질인 Bax의 발현이 증가되었으며, caspase-3, -8, -9가 활성화되고 최종적으로 PARP가 분해되어 apoptosis가 유도되었음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과들로부터 EEME는 내인성 및 외인성 경로를 통한 apoptosis 유도에 의하여 HepG2 세포의 증식을 억제하는 항암활성을 보유하였음을 확인하였다. Millettia erythrocalyx, a species of plant in the Fabaceae family, is widely distributed in the tropical and subtropical regions of the world, such as the Indies, China, and Thailand. The antiviral activity of flavonoids from M. erythrocalyx has been reported; however, the antioxidative and anticancer activities of M. erythrocalyx remain unclear. In this study, we evaluated the antioxidative and anticancer effects of ethanol extract of M. erythrocalyx (EEME) and the molecular mechanism of its anticancer activity in human hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells. EEME exhibited significant antioxidative effects, with a concentration at 50% inhibition (IC50) value of 2.74 μg/ml, as measured by 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging assay; moreover, it inhibited cell proliferation in a dosedependent manner in HepG2 cells. Cell cycle analyses showed that EEME induced HepG2 cell accumulation in the subG1 phase in a dose-dependent manner. EEME also induced apoptosis of HepG2 cells, with increases in apoptotic cells and apoptotic bodies, as detected by Annexin V and 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) staining, respectively. Treatment with EEME resulted in increased expression of First apoptosis signal (Fas), a death receptor, and Bcl-2-associated X protein (Bax), a proapoptotic protein, and the activation of caspase-3, 8, and 9, resulting in the cleavage of poly (Adenosine diphosphate-ribose) polymerase (PARP). Collectively, these results suggest that EEME may exert an anticancer effect in HepG2 cells by inducing apoptosis via both the intrinsic and extrinsic pathways.

      • 군병원 중환자실 병원 감염률 추이분석과 민간병원 병원감염률 및 항생제 민감성 비교

        BACKGROUND: The purpose of this study was to exam the nosocomial infection rate of intensive care unit (ICU) in military hospital and to compare with civilian hospitals and past rate in military hospital. METHODS: We retrospectively surveyed the nosocomial infection rate of ICU in Armed Forces Capital Hospital (AFCH) between 2005 to 2010. We compared infection rate with the data of Korean Nosocomial Infections Surveillance System (KONIS) and AFCH in 2000. RESULT: Total 47 cases of nosocomial infections were detected during the study period. Among them, 15 cases were pneumonia, 9 were blood stream infection, and 17 were urinary tract infection. The infection rate (2.12) was significantly lower than AFCH in 2000 (15.48, P < 0.0001) and KONIS (8.40, P < 0.0001). The rate of imipenem resistant Acinetobacter was also significantly lower than KONIS (33.3% vs 82.5%, AFCH vs KONIS; P = 0.012). CONCLUSION: The nosocomial infection rate in ICU of AFCH is significantly lower than KONIS and AFCH in 2000. Further study about the nosocomial infection rate of military hospital is needed.
