다수의 동일부품 중 소수의 고장 데이터를 갖는 부품의 수명분석 및 예비품수 결정

본 논문에서는 고장 데이터가 극히 적은 상황에서도 다수의 동일부품이 사용되는 경우에는 중단자료를 활용하여 최우추정법으로의 고장수명분포물 추정할 수 있음을 입증한다. 부품의 수명분포로 와이볼분포를 사음하며 모수의 최우추정치를 구하는 비교적 단순한 방법을 제시한다. 또한, 향후 주어진 기간동안 필요로 하는 적정 예비품수를 결정하는 확률적 방안을 제안한다. 그리고 이와같은 방법을 포함방사광가속기의 주요부품인 광자막이와 수법플랜지메 적용한 사례를 소개한다.
신기술도입 성공의 주요 장애요인에 관한 탐색적 연구 : RFID기술 관련 프로젝트를 중심으로

A growing number of organizations are considering the adoption of new technologies to enhance their competitiveness. The new projects related with RFID technology are some typical examples: the companies planning to carry out those projects hope that the introduction of new technology into their organization would remedy all their current inefficiencies and eventually bring them considerable economic benefits. However, such successful results would not be obtained if the complicated problems related with S/W and H/W developments, complex team structure or the migration with barcode and etc. are not resolved satisfactorily during the project. In this paper, some potential barriers to successful introduction of new technology, especially that of RFID, are identified and classified into three categories according to the phases of introduction process, i.e., investigation, implementation and application phases. The results of a survey regarding the importance of each barrier, the respondents of which are active developers or consultants of RFID technology, are also given.

A growing number of organizations are considering the adoption of RFID system to enhance their competitiveness. The development of RFID system in domestic has been vitalized and a few of cases of its building up have been presented, no the system testing the performance of RFID system at the final development stage of system and controlling the quality of product exists at the current. Particularly, where RFID system is, it is essential that uniting with the conventional bar-code system or other legacy. In this paper, we would introduce various testing methods, BMT(benchmarking test), Lab. Test and Field Test and propose the guide line of test process and test items of system related to RFID.
비선형 최소자승법을 이용한 성장곡선 모형의 매개변수 추정시 초기값 설정 방법

Growth curves including Logistic and Gompertz functions are widely used in forecasting the market demand. To estimate the parameters of those functions, we use the non-linear least square method. However, it is difficult to set up the starting points for each parameter. If a wrong starting point is selected, the result reveals the local optimum or does not converge to a certain value. The purpose of this paper is to resolve the problem of selecting a starting point. Especially, rescaling the market data using the national economic index make it possible to figure out the range of parameters and to utilize the grid search method. Applications to some real data are also included.
