The purpose of this study was to develop a hand rehabilitation training system for hemiplegic patients. We also tried to find out five hand postures (WF: Wrist Flexion, WE: Wrist Extension, BG: Ball Grip, HG: Hook Grip, RE: Rest) in real-time using multi-channel EMG-based deep learning. We performed a pre-processing method that converts to Spider Chart image data for the classification of hand movement from five test subjects (total 1,500 data sets) using Convolution Neural Networks (CNN) deep learning with an 8-channel armband. As a result of this study, the recognition accuracy was 92% for WF, 94% for WE, 76% for BG, 82% for HG, and 88% for RE. Also, ten physical therapists participated for the usability evaluation. The questionnaire consisted of 7 items of acceptance, interest, and satisfaction, and the mean and standard deviation were calculated by dividing each into a 5-point scale. As a result, high scores were obtained in immersion and interest in game (4.6±0.43), convenience of the device (4.9±0.30), and satisfaction after treatment (4.1±0.48). On the other hand, Conformity of intention for treatment (3.90±0.49) was relatively low. This is thought to be because the game play may be difficult depending on the degree of spasticity of the hemiplegic patient, and compensation may occur in patient with weakened target muscles. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a rehabilitation program suitable for the degree of disability of the patient.
양이온 아크릴고분자에 결합된 로다민 화학센서 개발과 구리(Ⅱ)이온의 선택적 검출

금속의 선택적 검출을 위한 수용성 로다민 발색제와 수용성 고분자결합에 결합된 발색제를 개발하였다. 술폰염을 포함하는 알킬케톤과 로다민의 하이드라자이드의 이민형성 반응으로 수용성 발색물질이 합성되었다. 알킬사슬에 황원자가 도입된 로다민 발색제는 구리(Ⅱ)이온에 강한 선택성을 보였다. 알킬케톤으로 유도된 아크릴 단분자와 양이온 아크릴 단분자 methacrylatoethyl trimethylammonium chloride(AETMA)로부터 공중합 고분자를 합성하였고, 이에 로다민을 도입하여 로다민 결합 수용성 고분자를 제조하였다. 고분자의 점도측정을 통한 평균분자량은 6.5×10<SUP>4</SUP> g/mol이었으며 약 5 mol%의 로다민을 함유하였다. 고분자에 결합된 아마이드 작용기는 금속과 결합하는 성질 때문에 금속 발색제 로다민의 검출능력을 저하시킨다. 로다민결합 고분자의 구리(Ⅱ)이온에 대한 높은 선택성을 흡수분광분석을 통해 관찰하였다. 구리(Ⅱ)이온 검출에서 흡광도는 10일 이상 동안 지속적으로 상승하는 특성을 보였다. 로다민 유도체의 수은에 대한 약한 감응특성은 고분자 결합을 통해서 부분적으로 향상되었다. Water-soluble rhodamine and polymeric chemosensors were developed for copper detection. A new rhodamine derivative was synthesized through imine formation of rhodamine-hydrazide and a ketone carrying sulfonium salt, and a sulfide linkage for selective Cu2+ sensing in water. A copolymer of a ketone-acrylate with methacrylatoethyl trimethylammonium chloride was synthesized, which was treated with rhodamine-hydrazide to generate a polymeric sensor. The viscosity average molecular weight of the polymer was 6.5×10<SUP>4</SUP> g/mol. The polymer has a rhodamine content of ca. 5 mol% through 1H NMR analysis. Amide bonds caused to decrease the metal sensitivity of the rhodamine sensor because they are capable of absorbing metal ions. The Cu<SUP>2+</SUP> sensing of the polymeric rhodamine sensor was examined with light absorption intensity at 560 nm. The slow Cu<SUP>2+</SUP> binding of the polymeric sensor was observed over 10 days. Additionally, Hg<SUP>2+</SUP> sensing activity of the polymer sensor was enhanced compared to the rhodamine sensor.

The dynamic instability and natural frequency of axially moving beam with an attached mass are investigated. Thus, the effects of an attached mass on the stability of the moving beam are studied. The governing equation of motion of the moving beam with an attached mass is derived from the extended Hamilton"s principle. The natural frequencies are investigated for the moving beams via the Galerkin method under the simple support boundary. Numerical examples show the effects of the attached mass and moving speed on the stability of moving beam. Moreover, the lowest critical moving speeds for the simple supported conditions have been presented. The results can be used in the analysis of axially moving beams with an attached mass for checking the stability.
AHP기법을 이용한 건강결정요소 및 건강도시사업 가중치분석

Recently, some Korean cities have joined the Alliance for Healthy Cities (AFHC) in the West Pacific Region. In these cities, diverse criteria based on private/public health indicators have been studied to improve physical environment in terms of Healthy Cities. And Healthy Cities Projects provide much more contributions to public policies and individual efforts to improve ‘quality of life’. ‘Healthy Cities’approach, which has seen underpinned by democratic and participative processes, need to be regarded as a model for good local governance. It emphasizes community participation in decision-making, policy implementation and evaluation processes. For this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was applied to the survey of officers’opinions for the evaluation items and important factors. We identified that the main focus of governance based on private-public partnership should be based on diverse participating efforts of experts and agencies for promoting ‘Healthy City Project’. In addition, we found that organization of stable and permanent governance network would be the most critical factor. Also, legal and institutional supports as well as visions and passions of participants, vulnerable groups should be included in critical factors for efficient governance. Consequently this study may contribute to suggesting some criteria to be applied to Korean ‘Healthy Cities’for the future.

This study the workability of synthetic resin form was examined through field application. results there was no warping or bulging of the mold during concrete placement in the field application. Also, the concrete surface finish of synthetic resin form was better than that of euro-form.
