모바일 TFT-LCD 생산라인에서 휘도 테스트를 위한 소형 광학측정기 개발

In this paper, a compact-sized optical measurement system, applicable in mobile TFT-LCD production lines is presented for luminance testing of LCD modules. Our system consists of a color sensor board employing the 3-channel RGB color sensor and a main control board basing on the ARM CPU. Using nonlinear regression method, it is calibrated in reference to the YOKOGAWA display tester, which is widely used for the display performance measurements. It can be operated independently or controlled by a PC for measuring the luminance of LCD modules. The optical measurement system developed through the luminance test proved its performance with an average error within 5% which leads to the possibility of the system being employed for the luminance testing in mobile TFT-LCD production lines.

사이버 학습에 대한 교육공무원의 태도에 관한 탐색적 연구

  This study empirically explored the attitude of teachers who implemented a electronic learning in Gyeongnam Cyber learning system. To achieve the analytical goal, this study surveys three type of school teachers, elementary, middle and high school, participating e-learning. High school teachers held ,on the whole, negative view about the possibility of e-learning meeting the training needs of teachers. In particular, they reported no effectiveness of utilizing technology for e-learning, compared with elementary and middle school teachers. On the other hand, elementary school teachers held a more positive view of e-learning. They reported willingness to put forth the effort needed to familiarize themselves with the technologies and practices. Generally speaking, this research showed that they can understand the interest, benefit and effectiveness which is required to actualize e-learning program in Gyeongnam better than the middle and high school teachers.

생물다양성데이터 검색포탈 구축

본 논문은 생물다양성데이터 네트워크 구축에 필요한 국내외의 생물다양성데이터 표준형식과 프로토콜 등을 소개하고 지리적으로 분산된 국내 생물다양성데이터를 통합 검색하여 활용 할 수 있는 방법과 국내생물다양성데이터의 검색포탈을 어떻게 구축하였는지 설명한다. 다음으로 포탈구축에 사용된 데이터 표준, 데이터 교환 프로토콜, 시스템 아키텍쳐 그리고 소프트웨어 구성요소에 대해 설명하고 끝으로 검색포탈이 원활이 운영되어지기 위해 데이터 소유기관 등에서 필요한 활동과 생물다양성데이터 검색포탈 구축의 결과 및 기대효과 등에 서술한다.

다양한 외과적 수술 상황에 적용 가능한 LED 수술용 무영등 시스템 설계 및 구현

In this paper we introduce the design and implementation of the surgical light using LED as light source. The whole light distribution consists of 96 reflector-type single optical systems having the aluminum-coated and hexagon-faceted reflector insead of the convex lens. Simulations were carried out for the single and multiple optical system to verify system design respectively. We actualize the performance to satisfy the requirement specifications of surgical light by building the real system. The single optical systems are grouped and controlled as channel, plus the optical systems within same channel are designed mechanically to have different focus direction for controlling the light pattern and illumination effectively so that our LED surgical light has a wide use regardless of the surface and in-depth procedures in surgical operations. Several experiments according to IEC standard verified efficiency of our LED surgical light.

지방의회의 청원·진정제도 실태 분석 및 개선방안

지방의회는 주민의 대표기관으로서 다양한 주민들의 의견을 대변해야 할 책무를 지니고 있다. 본 논문은 그동안 지방의회에 주민의 청원과 진정이 어떻게 행사되어 왔는지 그 실태를 분석하고 주민의 피해구제와 지방정치에 대한 주민 의견을 대변하기 위한 청원과 진정제도의 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 청원 및 진정 관련 문헌조사와 현장관계인 면접을 기본적인 연구방법으로 활용하였다. 지방의회는 지방의원 소개 없는 주민동의 청원제도, 지방의회 홈페이지에 청원 현황 실시간 공개, 청원소개 없는 직접청원제도 도입, 진정의 선별적 청원 전환, 청원과 진정을 정책의제로 발굴 등의 개선방안을 적극적으로 추진할 필요가 있다. 이러한 개선방안은 대의민주주의제도의 약점을 보완할 수 있다. As a representative institution of the residents, local councils have the responsibility to represent the opinions of various residents. This paper aims to analyze the actual situation of how residents petitions and complaints have been exercised at local councils, and to suggest ways to improve the petition and complaint system to represent residents opinions on damage control and local politics. To this end, this study used a literature review related to petitions and complaints and interviews with field-related persons as basic research methods. Local council needs to actively promote improvement measures, such as petition system of resident consent without introduction of local lawmakers, real-time disclosure of petition status on the local council website, introduction of a direct petition system without petition introduction, selective conversion of complaints to petitions, and finding petitions and complaints on the policy agenda. Such improvement measures can compensate for the weaknesses of the representative democracy system.

무인이송로봇기반 자동 소사료 공급 시스템 개발 및 검증

본 논문에서는 대형화되고 기업화되어가고 있는 국내 축산농가를 위한 AGV와 스크류컨베이어 기반의 자동 소사료 공급시스템에 대해 소개한다. 제안된 자동 소사료 공급시스템은 최상단에 펠렛형 혼합 사료가 적재되는 호퍼부, 호퍼부에서 펠렛형 혼합사료를 배출부로 이송시키는 스크류컨베이어를 장착한 이송부, 벨트컨베이어로 구성된 배출부 및 시스템 이동을 위한 전자 유도선 주행방식의 AGV로 구성되어있다. 적재된 사료 무게는 이송부의 하부에 위치한 로드셀에 의해 측정된다. 개별 우사 셀에 설치되는 RFID TAG에 미리 저장된 사료 배출정보를 시스템이 읽어 정해진 양만큼의 사료를 시스템이 주행하면서 배출하게된다. 공급 배출 테스트시스템을 제작하여 사료의 공급 능력을 결정짓는 사료 이송부의 스크류 외경, 스크류샤프트 외경, 스크류 피치 간격 등을 포함하는 스크류컨베이어 설계인자 도출을 하였으며 도출된 설계인자들을 최종 공급시스템 제작 시에 적용하였다. 사료 급이시스템을 제어하기 위해 DSP기반의 주제어기 및 공급시나리오에 따른 급이알고리듬도 함께 개발되었다. 실험을 통해 국내 우사에 사료공급조건을 만족시키기 위해 설정된 목표인 5 m의 거리를 0.1 m/sec의 속도로 주행하면서 7 마리가 수용되는 한 개의 우사에 필요한 총 21 kg의 사료를 초당 420 g으로 균일하게 공급이 가능함을 확인하여 개발된 축우용 무인사료공급시스템이 규격화된 국내 축산농가에 적용될 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다. This paper presents an automated cow-feeding system based on an AGV and screw conveyor for domestic livestock farms, which are becoming larger and more commercialized. The system includes a hopper module for loading pellet-type mixed feed at the top of the system, a transfer module mounted with a screw conveyor to transfer feed from the hopper module to the outlet module, an outlet module composed of belt conveyors, and an electromagnetic guided driving-type AGV. The weight of the loaded feed is measured by a load cell located under the transfer module. The system reads the feed discharge information stored in RFID tags installed in each cowshed cell, and a predetermined amount of feed is discharged while the AGV is moving. A cow-feed test system was constructed to determine the design parameters of the screw conveyor in the transfer module that determine the feeding capacity. These parameters include the screw"s outer diameter, the screw shaft outer diameter, and screw pitch. The parameters were applied to the finalized cow-feed system construction. A DSP-based main controller and cow-feeding algorithm for different scenarios were also developed to control the system. Experimental results confirmed that the system could supply a total of 21 kg of feed uniformly at 420 g/s for a cowshed cell which has 7 cows. The driving distance was 5 m and the speed was 0.1 m/s. Thus, the proposed system could be applied to standardized domestic livestock farms.

두 팔을 가지는 변형 가능한 구형로봇

In this paper, we present a new type of spherical robot having two arms. This robot, called KisBot, mechanically consists of three parts, a wheel-shaped body and two rotating semi-spheres. In side of each semi-sphere, there exists an arm which is designed based on slider-crank mechanism for space efficiency. KisBot has hybrid types of driving mode: rolling and wheeling. In the rolling mode, the robot folds its arms through inside of itself and uses them as pendulum, then the robot works like a pendulum-driven robot. In the wheeling mode, two arms are extended from inside of the robot and are contacted to the ground, then the robot works like a one-wheel car. The Robot arms can be used as a brake during rolling mode and add friction to the robot for climbing a slope during wheeling mode. We developed a remote controlled type robot for experiment. It contains two DC motors which are located in the center of each semi-sphere for main propulsion, two RC motors for each arm operation, speed controllers for each semi-sphere, batteries for main power source, and other mechanical components. Experiments for the rolling and wheeling mode verify the hybrid driving ability and efficiency of the our proposed spherical robot.

공공조직의 사회적 자본이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 - 조직구조의 조절효과 중심으로 -

본 연구는 공공조직의 사회적 자본이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 또한 조직구조의 특성(집권화와 공식화)이 공공조직의 사회적 자본과 조직성과 간의 관계를 조절하는 지 여부를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구 분석 결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 조직의 사회적 자본이 조직성과에 미치는 영향의 강도는 차이가 있지만, 구조적 사회자본, 관계적 사회자본 및 인지적 사회자본 모두 조직성과(서비스 질)에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직구조 특성에 따른 조직의 사회적 자본과 조직성과와의 조절효과 분석 결과는 다음과 같았다. 즉 집권화에 따른 구조적, 관계적 및 인지적 사회자본이 조직성과에 미치는 조절효과는 없는 것으로 조사되었다. 반면, 공식화는 구조적 사회자본과 조직성과와의 관계에서는 조절효과를 나타내었지만, 관계적 및 인지적 사회자본은 조절역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 조사되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 구조적 사회자본이 활성화될수록 의사소통이 원활하여 조직성과를 높이는 것으로 판단된다. 조직구조의 공식성의 정도가 낮을수록 구조적 사회자본은 조직성과를 높인다는 것을 알 수 있다. This study examined the effect of social capital on organizational performance. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the characteristics of organizational structure (centralization and formalization) have a moderating effect on the relationship between social capital and organizational performance of public organizations. The results of the study were as follows. First, Although there is a difference in the intensity of influence of organizational social capital on organizational performance, there is a positive effect on organizational performance (service quality) of structural social capital, relational social capital, and cognitive social capital. Second, According to organizational structure characteristics was as follows, the adjustment effect of organizational social capital and organizational performance. In centralization of organizational structure, structural, relational, and cognitive social capital have no effect on organizational performance. On the other hand, formalization has a moderating effect on the relationship between structural social capital and organizational performance, but relational and cognitive social capital does not play a moderating role. These results suggest that the more the structural social capital is activated, the more smooth the communication and the better the organizational performance. The lower the degree of organizational structure is, the higher the structural social capital increases the organizational performance.

전략경영시스템 설계 및 구축
