MIL-STD-1553B communication is globally used in the area of aerospace and defense which require safety and reliability in spite of its low communication speed. As recently increased requirements for high precision and robust guidance ability of missiles, missile sensor equipment needs more data to satisfy those requirements. Therefore, missile systems to adopt MIL-STD-1553B requires higher data transfer and processing capability than those of the current systems. In this paper, we describe the result of analysis and implementation of the existing methods that applied multi-message chain and double buffers to improve the current missile system.

The object of this research is to evaluate the priority of R&D project alternatives which were already screened by both feasibility and suitability of technological performance. This research is a selection model for R&D project alternatives after setting phase. And it is designed by CHP model which include individual and mutual weights. This model have 5 steps. (1) Setting Technology-Modules derived on the setting phase (2) Presenting the evaluation standards divided with ‘M-Field’ and ‘T-Field’ (3) Assessing the evaluation standard and technology modules (4) Obtaining and integrating the individually and mutually effective weights (5) Selecting the technology modules based on the priority of order by CHP Through these steps, this model can suggest the evaluation way from specific technology levels to project level. And it can be guaranteed to perform the selected module set.

In this paper, we have introduced a Missile In the Loop Simulation(MILS) Software developed for the missile ground test, which is based on a commercial hard real-time operating system(OS) on Windows platform called as Real-Time eXtension(RTX). MILS software makes it possible to test overall system functions of a integrated missile on the ground in the flight conditions by real-time imitating its inertial data. By means of MILS, we have performed missiles ground tests, which result in successful real flight tests.

This research aims to propose model for measuring the efficiency of R&D organizations by using Data Envelopment Analysis. In existing research about using Data Envelopment Analysis, the types of R&D organizations have not been clarified and the difference between analysis time from measurement time is usually 4~5 years. This research divides R&D organizations into three types and provides proper methods for measuring the efficiency of each R&D organizations.
