        전방십자인대 재건술 후 재활운동이 Q각과 등속성 근기능에 미치는 효과 (남/여 비교)

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a rehabilitation exercise training program after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction between genders. Q angle, isokinetic muscle function were measured and analyzed before and after 12 weeks (the first follow-up), and 24 weeks (the second follow-up). The modified Shelbourne and Nitz accelerated rehabilitation program were applied. Finding of this study was as belows: Isokinetic quadriceps strength on the involved leg showed significant differences among occasions. Therefore, this study investigated participation in a postoperative rehabilitation exercise training program after ACL reconstruction has a positive influence on the anatomical structure, and functional variables on both genders. In conclusion, rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction program could know both men and women do not affect the Q angle, isokinetic muscular function of women are more likely than men are to improve muscle strength.

      • 최대운동 판단 기준으로서 호흡교환율, 혈중젖산농도, 자각인지도의 성차

        The purpose of this study was to test the validity of determination of the level of respiratory exchange ratio(RER), concentration of blood lactate(CBL) and Ratings of Perceived Exertion(RPE) as criterion for verification of maximal exercise. The subjects were 11 college males and 11 college females who were healthy and voluntarily participated in maximal treadmill exercise by Bruce protocol. Cardio-respiratory variables were continuously measured every 20 sec by metabolic analyser(Vmax229, Sensor Medics, U.S.A) from resting level before exercise to the post exercise of 5 min. Concentrations of lactate in the blood sampled by finger tips were tested by lactate analyzer(YSI 1500, U.S.A) in every last 20 sec of 3 min exercise stages, immediately after maximal exercise, and at each 3 and 5 min in the post maximal exercise with RPE being requested to answer at the same time. The main criterion of maximal exercise adopted in this study was to find a plateau in heart rate and oxygen uptake with increased workload for at least 20-50 sec breath by breath. Findings of this study were as follows. First, there was non-significant sex difference in RER in the maximal exercise and in the recovery period of 5 min between male and female groups. Mean RER in the maximal exercise were 1.14 (males: 1.11±0.07 / females: 1.17±0.06). Second, although there was non-significant sex difference in CBL immediately after the maximal exercise between male(7.99±1.78 mM/L) and female(7.20±2.62 mM/L) groups, it was founded that there was significant sex difference of CBL in the post exercise of 3 and 5 min after maximal exercise between two groups. And the effect of interaction of groups and blood sampling times from maximal exercise to the recovery period was significant. Although CBL in the post of exercise testing has been observed frequently to verifying maximal exercise performed, it was suggested that CBL was rejected as criterion for verification of maximal exercise in generalization because of sex difference with variation of blood sampling times, etc. Third, there was also non-significant sex difference of RPE in the maximal exercise and in the recovery period of 5 min between male and female groups. Mean RPE in the maximal exercise were 19(males: 19.00±0.00 / females: 18.73±0.47). It was concluded that values of RER and RPE were appreciated to find the symptom of maximal exercise.

        경직성 뇌성마비로 인한 하지 단마비 환아의 일단계 다수준 수술 후 치료적 운동의 효과

        PURPOSE: To determine effects of therapeutic exercise on improving muscle strength and balance in children with spastic lower limb monoplegic cerebral palsy (CP) after single-event multilevel surgery (SEMLS). METHODS: A 7-year-old child with CP after SEMLS of left distal hamstring lengthening, achiles tendon lengthening, and tibialis posterior transfer was enrolled in the study, and presented, crouch gait to the left lower limb due to CP. A therapeutic exercise program was implemented for 8 weeks with a duration of 40 min/d and a frequency of 3 d/week, and the program consisted of ankle joint mobilization, balance exercise, walking up and down stairs, single leg heel raise, and single leg jump. Exercises were performed progressively to an individualized maximum number of repetitions in order to maximize improvements in motor learning and function. Bilateral measurements of calf circumference, ankle joint range of motion (ROM), and one leg standing test (OLS) were taken before and after 8 weeks of therapeutic exercise. RESULTS: Calf circumference on the affected side increased from 23.80 cm to 24.80 cm with, the ratio of affected side to unaffected side that improved from 94.07% to 95.75%. Ankle dorsiflexion ROM with the knee flexed on the affected side increased from 12.90° to 17.30° with the improved, ratio from 75.00% to 98.30%. Similarly, ankle dorsiflexion ROM with knee extended increased from 12.00° to 17.80° with the increased, ratio from 70.18% to 93.19%. OLS with eyes open on the affected side increased from 1.46 sec to 10.66 sec with the substantially increased, ratio from 7.68% to 57.87%. OLS with eye closed of the affected side was increased from 0.73 sec to 1.60 sec, and ratio of affected side to unaffected side was improved from 8.96% to 18.54%. CONCLUSIONS: These results suggest that therapeutic exercise decreases contraction and improve muscle strength and balance in children with spastic lower limb monoplegic cerebral palsy after SEMLS.

        Effects of Kinesiology Taping on Muscle Strength, Dynamic balance, and Functional Movement in Wrestlers with Chronic Ankle Instability

        [OBJECTIVES] This study aimed to investigate the effect of the Kinesio taping on ankle strength, Dynamic balance and, functional movement in wrestlers with chronic ankle instability. [METHODS] Twenty wrestlers who registered in the Korea Wrestling Association were participated in this study. They were divided into two groups (chronic ankle instability group [n=10] or control group [n=10]) based on Cumberland’s ankle instability questionnaire. Ankle strength (dorsiflexion, plantarflexion, inversion, and eversion) were measured using manual muscle tester, and the dynamic balance was measured using Y-Balance test (anterior, postero-medial, postero-lateral, and composite). Functional movement hop test (side hop, square hop, and figure-of-8 hop) were used to evaluate functional movement. [RESULTS] The significant interaction was observed between group and time on the Y-balance test (composite score), and functional movement hop test (figure-of-8 hop) (group × time, all P for interaction < 0.05). [CONCLUSIONS] These results suggest that Kinesio taping has a positive effect on dynamic balance and functional movement. Also, Kinesio taping may be able to use an alternative and effective methods to maintain ankle stability and performance in the wrestlers with chronic ankle instability.

        슬링운동과 분절안정화운동이 요추추간판탈출증 수술환자의 통증과 국소근육 활성도에 미치는 영향

        [서론] 이 연구의 목적은 요추추간판탈출증 수술환자를 대상으로 슬링운동과 분절안정화운동을 적용하여 국소근육 활성도와 통증에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것에 있다. [방법] 이 연구의 피험자는 추간판 절제술(discectomy)을 받은 환자 24명중 슬링운동군 12명(30.2±4.6세) 및 분절안정화운동군 12명(31.0±4.2세)으로 하였다. 운동처치는 수술 후 3주부터 11주까지 8주 동안 진행되었다. 사전·사후 검사는 3회 측정하였고 측정시기는 다음과 같다 : 운동전, 운동 후 4주, 운동 후 8주. 통증은 시각상사척도를 이용하여 측정하였고, 복횡근과 다열근은 초음파를 사용하여 두께의 변화를 측정하였다. [결과] 이 연구의 실험결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 복횡근의 활성도는 기간과 집단에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 상호작용 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다열근의 활성도는 기간, 집단, 상호작용 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 시각상사척도(VAS)는 기간에서 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 집단과 상호작용에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 결론적으로 요추추간판 절제술 후 환자의 국소근육 재활 운동 프로그램은 국소근육회복과 통증감소에 효과적인 것으로 사료된다. [INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study is to examine the relative efficacy of sling exercise and segmental stabilizing exercise on the pain and activation of the deep muscle for patients undergone lumbar disectomy. [METHOD] 24 patients lumbar disectomy participated in the experiment for the study and they randomly assigned to two groups: one is a sling exercise group of 12(30.2±4.6) and the other is a segmental stabilizing exercise group of 12(31.0±4.2). The exercise program was applied from three weeks to eleven weeks for eight weeks after lumbar disectomy. The outcome were measured three time : before therapeutic exercise, after four weeks and after eight weeks again. The degree of pain was determined based on visual analog scale and changes in muscle thickness of transversus abdominis(TrA) and lumbar multifidus(Mf) were measured using real-time ultrasound imaging. [RESULT] The results were as follows ; First, The TrA activation changed dependent on both period and group of the test significantly. however, no significant interaction with the group and the period was observed. Second, there were no significant differences the group, the period and interaction in lumbar multifidus activation. Third, there was significant difference the period in VAS. however, there were no significant differences the group and interaction. [CONCLUSION] In conclusion, these results showed that rehabilitation exercise program applied to local muscles(TrA and Mf) was effective for recovery(pain release and activation of local muscle) of patients after lumbar disectomy.

        여자 발레무용수와 여자 축구선수의 드롭수직점프 시전방십자인대 부상위험요인 평가를 위한 착지오류점수 분석

        The incidence of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries among female ballet dancers is much lower than among female soccer players, there is currently little research examining the landing error scoring system (LESS) of female ballet dancers and female soccer players. The purpose of this study was to investigate the LESS during drop vertical jump on ACL injury risk factors in female ballet dancers and female soccer players. Thirteen professional female ballet dancers and elite female soccer players participated in the study. Independent sample t-test was used to compare the LESS score between the groups with Bonferroni collection. The elite female soccer player group showed significantly higher stance width.wide, foot position.toe out, symmetric initial foot contact, overall impression and total LESS score than those of the professional ballet dancers.

        앞십자인대 손상 예방을 위한 근신경 훈련의 최신 경향: 문헌 고찰

        PURPOSE: Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries are the most common in sports and have doubled in the past 20 years. This study aimed to analyze the latest trends and changes in training programs for ACL injury prevention. METHODS: In this study, literature was searched using academic search sites, such as ‘PubMed’, ‘Google Scholar’, and ‘Wiley Online Library’. The literature published between 2015 and 2021 was used. RESULTS: Eleven papers were selected based on the literature selection criteria. Five warm-up exercise papers and six ACL injury prevention training program papers emphasized neuromuscular training. CONCLUSIONS: The ACL injury prevention program can be applied in warm-up exercises and training programs. It consists of an exercise form that includes multidimensional components such as plyometrics, muscle strength, balance, and agility. The key to the ACL injury prevention program is to reflect multidimensional components in neuromuscular training and to obtain a significant effect, and it is recommended to participate in regular training for 12-18 sessions and at least 6 months. In addition, it is suggested to utilize the ACL injury prevention program presented in this study until an individual study for ACL injury prevention by sports type is conducted.

        교육대학교 여자 신입생의 체지방률에 따른 신체구성 비율, 기초대사량, 체력의 차이

        [서론] 이 연구의 목적은 교육대학교 여자 신입생의 체지방률에 따른 신체구성 비율, 기초대사량, 체력의 차이를 알아보는 데 있다. [방법] 연구의 대상자는 S 교육대학교 1학년에 재학중인 건강한 여자 대학생 353명으로 구성되었다. 체성분 분석기를 이용하여 체지방률을 측정한 후, 18%미만은 저체중군(12명), 18%부터 28% 미만은 표준체중군(231명), 28%부터 33% 미만은 과체중군(93명), 33% 이상은 비만군(17명)으로 분류 하였다. 신체구성 검사를 통하여 얻은 체지방률에 따른 각 신체구성 성분, 기초대사량, 그리고 체력(근력, 근지구력, 유연성, 순발력, 민첩성, 평형성)의 그룹 간 측정변인의 차이를 검증하기 위하여 일원변량분석(One-way ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 그룹 간 차이가 나타날 경우 사후검증으로 Scheffe 방법을 이용하였다. [결과] 첫째, 체지방률이 높을수록 신체구성 성분 비율이 낮게 나타난 항목은 근육량 비율, 체수분량 비율, 단백질량 비율, 무기질량 비율이며, 체지방률이 높을수록 신체구성 성분 비율이 높게 나타난 항목은 복부지방률이었다. 둘째, 체지방률이 높을수록 기초대사량이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 체지방률이 높을수록 순발력과 평형성이 낮게 나타났으나, 근력, 근지구력, 유연성, 민첩성 항목에서는 체지방률에 따라 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. [결론] 신체구성 성분은 절대값으로 비교하기 보다는 체지방률과 같이 체중에 따른 상대값의 비율로 환산하여 비율을 조사하는 것이 더 정확한 비교가 될 수있다고 사료된다. [Introduction] The purpose of this study was to assess the difference of body composition ratio, basal metabolic rate, and physical fitness level by percentage body fat of female freshmen in a university of education. [Method] The participants of this study were 353 female freshmen attending the Seoul National University of Education. All participants` percentage body fat was divided into four groups (underweight, normal, overweight, and obesity) and each group took body composition ratio, basal metabolic rate, and physical fitness tests (muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, muscle power, agility, and balance). One-way ANOVA was used for body composition ratio, basal metabolic rate and testing physical fitness differences. [Result] First, muscle mass, total body water, and mineral showed high percentage body fat as low figure. Waist to hip ratio showed high percentage body fat as high figure. Second, basal metabolic rate showed high percentage body fat as high figure. Third, muscle power, and balance showed high percentage body fat as low figure. Conversly, there was no significant difference between the groups on muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility, and agility. [Conclusion] These results suggest that body composition may be better measured in the ratio than in the absolute value, like the percentage of body fat.

        교육대학생의 식이운동관리시스템 활용에 따른 신체구성 및 체력변화

        [서론] 이 연구의 목적은 교육대학생의 식이운동관리시스템 활용에 따른 신체구성 및 체력변화를 알아보는 데 있다. [방법] 주 3회의 식이운동관리시스템(Nutrition and Exercise Management System)을 이용하여 규칙적 신체활동과 영양관리를 한 집단(System Group: SG) 49명과 식이운동관리시스템을 이용하지 않고 규칙적 신체활동과 영양관리를 한 대조군(Control Group: CG) 101명을 연구 대상자로 하였다. 1차 신체구성 및 체력검사 후 8주간의 정해진 프로그램을 실시한 후에 다시 1차 검사와 동일한 2차 검사를 실시하였다. 자료 처리는 각 측정 항목별 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였고, 사전과 사후의 측정시기와 집단간의 처치를 독립변인으로 한 이원반복측정분산분석(two-way ANOVA with repeated measure)을 실시하였다. [결과] SG와 CG의 신체구성 변화에서 측정 시기와 집단간의 상호작용 효과를 나타낸 항목은 체지방률 이었다(p<.05). 체력의 변화에서 측정 시기와 집단간의 상호작용 효과를 나타낸 항목은 근력(p<.01), 근지구력(p<.001), 유연성(p<.01), 심폐지구력(p<.05), 민첩성(p<.05)이었다. [결론] 식이운동관리시스템의 사용 유뮤에 관계없이, 특정 체력의 긍정적 변화는 비구조적인 신체활동을 통해 큰 효과를 볼 수 없으며, 특이성의 원리에 따라 체력 요소별로 구체적이고 구조화된 운동이 필요하다. [Introduction] The purpose of this study was to test change of body composition and physical fitness to use in Nutrition and Exercise Management System(NEMS) of students in university of education. [Method] 8weeks exercise program was conducted with NEMS group(n=49) and non NEMS group(n=101). Differences between pre and post test for body composition and physical fitness. Mean and standard deviation were calculated and two-way ANOVA with repeated measure were calculating. [Result] Percent body fat(p<.05) in body composition and muscluar strength(p<.01), muscluar endurance(p<.001), flexibility(p<.01), cardiorespiratory endurance(p<.05), and Agility(p<.05) showed significant interaction effect. [Conclusion] Without reference to use of Nutrition and Exercise Management System(NEMS), positive change of particular fitness can`t play a key role in unstructured physical activity, therefore, it is in need of detail and structured exercise of physical fitness components each depending on specific principle.
