In order to identify of efficacy and indicate the correct using of the Lignum and the Cortex of Lindera obtusiloba, this experiment was conducted to evaluate the analgesic. anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects on rats and mice. 1. The analgesic effects of the Lignum and the Cortex of Lindera obtusiloba was recognized all on acetic acid stimulating method in mice and by the method of giving pressure to hind leg in mice. 2. The anti - inflammatory effects of the Lignum and the Cortex of Lindera obtusiloba was recognized all on acetic acid induced vascular permeability in mice and on Carrageenin edema of the hind paw in rat, especially showed excellent significance after two hours on the Lignum and two, five hours on the Cortex. 3. The antimicrobial effects of the Lignum and the Cortex was recognized all on paper Disc method(mm). According to above mentioned results, it is suggested that the Lignum and the Cortex of Lindera obtusiloba can be used on removing evil heat(淸熱), dimimish inflammation(消炎), removing blood stasis to cure traumatic swelling(去瘀消腫), dispel phlegm(去痰) invigorate blood circulation(活血), external wound(外傷), blow(打撲) etc, symptom complexes of excessiveness occur when pathogenic factors are in abundance(邪氣盛則實) because of effects on analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to review the surgical results of 19 patients with idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia treated by percutaneous ballooning compression(PBC) of trigeminal gasserian ganglion under brief general anesthesia. Methods : The mean patient age was 63.5 years(range, 27-78). The mean follow-up period was 24 months(range, 1-46). Three patients had already undergone radiofreqnency trigeminal rhizotomy and two patients had previously microvascular decompression. The balloon was inflated by injecting radio-contrast media 0.7-1cc in amount. The mean inflating time is 81 seconds(range, 60-90). Results : During the procedure, brief intraoperative bradycardia and hypotension were noted in seven cases(36.7%). All patients had immediate relief of pain except 1 case. 18 cases(94.5%) of patients were satisfied or very satisfied with their pain relief. There were immediate, mild to moderate sensory complication of hypesthesia, dysesthesia or paraesthesia in all cases and the immediate motor complication-difficulty of mastication in 3 cases, transient 6th nerve palsy in 2 cases. The immediate motor and sensory complications disappeared or much improved after 3-4 months. Conclusion : It is the simple technique that can be performed effectively in a brief period of general anesthesia. This procedure might be one of attractive methods in the treatment of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia.
초저변형 윤곽경화를 위한 1㎿ 이중주파수 유도가열시스템 개발

윤곽경화 표면경화처리는 표면의 굴곡이나 형상에 따라 균일하게 표면을 경화시키는 기술이며, 주로 기어류와 같은 동력전달 부품의 표면경화를 통한 내피로성ㆍ내마모성 향상에 활용된다. 이들 부품의 표면경화처리에는 주로 고주파열처리, 침탄열처리, 질화열처리 등이 적용되고 있다. 컨투어 표면 경화기술을 적용하기 위해 1MW급 이중주파 표면경화 공정경화 공정기술을 개발하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 제안된 시스템의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 1MW급 이중주파수 시스템을 개발하였고 균일한 윤곽경화 표면경화처리 기술을 구현하였다.

N/A Objective : This study was carried out for the purpose of knowing the effect from T-cell activation of the C57BLh mouse by the extraction from a EGRR. Methods : CD80, CD86, CD28, CTW-4 is the most imporbnt costimulatory molecules. CD80 and CD86 molecules are expressed on activated antigen-presenting cells(APCs) and bind to their ligands CD28 and CTLA-4 on T cells. Natural CD4 CD25+ T cells may be candidates as a major regulatory T-cell subset. Indeed, CD4 CDE+ T cells were shown to control autoreactive T cells. CD44 mediates leukocyte activation and CD69 acts as a costimulatory molecule for T cell activation and proliferation. So we investigated the effects of EGRR on cell surface antigens(CD25, CD28, CD44, CD69, CD80) expressed by T cells following activation. Results : 1. In order to know the effect of the cytotoxicity from extraction of EGRR, we had to examine the safe density of that on lung fibroblast cells of the mouse(mLFCs). EGRR did not show cytotoxicity against mLFCs. 2. In the prolifeous effect of thymus T cells, water extracts of GRR played an important role on the proliferating thymus T cells compared with control group. 3. EGRR up-regulates CD44`CD69`CD25`, CD4`CD25`, CD8`CIY25`. CD3`CD80` expression but not CD3`CDB` by anti -CD3- stimulated T cells. Conclusions : -4bove results indicates that EGRR play an important role in the activation of autoreactive T cells by up-regulating cell surface molecule(CD80, CD25, CD44). Therefore further deep stucfies shoud be accomplished about its mechanisms.
