      • 實驗家兎의 大腿骨頸部 骨折에 있어서 筋肉莖骨移植術의 實驗的 硏究 및 臨床治驗例

        We made a planned study on ten rabbits for the purpose of reducing and preventing the complications and sequales such as the delayed union and the aseptic necrosis of the head in the treatment of the femoral neck fractures. The midneck of the femur of each rabbit was experimentally fractured and was immobilized by the insertion of two K-wires into the fractured fragment. Then we made an Muscle Pedicle Bone Graft on the area extending from the greater trochanter to the head of the femur inserting the muscle pedicle bony fragment, Rectus femoris and Sartoris originated from middistance between Anterior Superior Iliac Spine and Anterior Inferior Iliac Spine were also detached with the underneath bone. The roentgenographic and microscopic findings at 6th and 8th weeks after operation, the results were so satisfactory that we applied on it clinically. The summary of the results were as follows. 1. Group of experimental rabbits. 1. Their was roentgenographic evidence that the fracture gap had disappeared and the density of the grafts was never changed with the comparison to the other femoral head and neck. 2. Histological study, fracture line reveals complete bone union except the foci of ingrowing of chondrous tissue and fibous tissue. 3. Clinical application. 1) There was roentgenographic evidence that complete bone union at the fracture site and no evidence of aseptic necrosis of femoral head. 2) The patient was carrying a relatively normal activity without the limited range of motion of the hip joint and other complications.

      • 局所貧血로 因한 筋肉變化에 關한 臨床的 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to elaborate the early ischemic changes in human skeletal muscle using HBFP(hematoxylin basic fuchsin picric acid) stain. Author carried out this clinical study with twenty operated cases and an experiment with ten mature rabbits to detect early degeneration of skeletal muscles. Twenty clinical cases were devided into two groups : ten fresh trauma cases, and ten old trauma or nontrauma cases. Pneumatic tourniquet was applied with 300 ㎜Hg pressure on the upper extremity and 550 ㎜Hg pressure on the lower extremity. Muscle biopsies were obtained from belly of brachioradialis in the upper extremity and tibialis anterior muscle in the lower extremity, respectively. Ten mature rabbits, weighing 2,000-2,500gm, were biopsied from the belly of tibialis anterior muscle at 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes after application of a devised the same tourniquet with 200 ㎜Hg pressure. After release of the tourniquet, also biopsied a piece of skeletal muscle on the first, second, third and sixth day, respectively. All specimens of skeletal muscles were stained with HBFP method and hematoxylin and eosin method, respectively. The results obtained are as follows: 1. In ten fresh trauma cases, mean value of fuchsin positive areas were 87.5% at 5 minute, 89% at 30 minutes, 91.5% at 60 minutes, 93% at 90 minutes and at 120 minutes after the tourniquet application. 2. In ten old trauma or nontrauma cases, mean value of fuchsin positive areas were 25% at 5 minutes, 43.5% at 30 minutes, 65% minutes, 80.5% at 90 minutes and 89% 120 minutes after the tourniquet application 3. In experimental group of mature rabbits, mean value of fuchsin positive areas were 16 % at 5 minutes, 31% at 30 minutes, 50.5% at 60 minutes, at 90 minutes and 76.5% at 120 minutes after the tourniquet application. And HBFP stain also disclosed mean value of fuchsin positive areas 43% on the first day, 35% on the second day, 23.5% on the third day and third day and 7% on the sixth day after the tourniquet release. The above results suggest that HBFP staining method is useful to detect early degenerative change and to diagnose the diagnose the progress of degeneration of skeletal muscles in clinical cases.

      • 하천식생 복원모형의 홍수위 분석과 하상변동 예측

        현대사회는 하천에서부터 시작되었다고 할 정도로 우리 삶의 중심에 있는 자연의 중요한 일부라고 할 수 있다. 하천은 단순한 치수와 이수뿐만 아니라 다양한 자연 그대로의 환경적 잠재 기능을 복원하는 방향으로 전환되고 있다. 이러한 하전 복원의 필수적 요소는 식생이나 이것은 하천의 흐름저항을 크게 하여 홍수시 수위를 증가시키는 요인이 된다. 따라서 식생에 따른 조도계수의 변화와 흐름저항으로 인한 수리학적 특성을 이해하는 것은 하천복원에서 중요한 요소가 된다. 본 연구에서는 하천식생 복원모형에서의 홍수위 분석과 하상변동을 예측하고자 한다. 이를 위해 공주대교 상ㆍ하류 구간에 HEC-RAS와 RMA-2 모형을 적용하여 홍수위 분석을 실시함과 동시에 SED-2D 모형을 적용하여 하상변동을 예측하였다. The modern times is as special as from the river, the river is very important of our life. The importance to preserve the river environment has been issued and the river developing method is being changed to use potential function of nature as well as flood control. Essential element of the river restoration is a vegetation. The flow resistance by vegetation along the river banks is greatly increase the flood stage. Therefore, the flow resistance due to vegetation in the river and roughness coefficient changes to understand the hydraulic characteristics is an important elements in the river restoration. The purpose of this study is to analyze the flood stage and the aspects of riverbed changes due to the corridor restoration with river vegetation. In order to simulate the flood stage and riverbed changes, HEC-RAS, RMA-2, and SED-2D model were applied for the upstream and downstream in study reaches, respectively.

        열교환기용 BAS111합금 고주파유도용접관에서 인발조건이 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study is to investigate the optimum drawing parameter for BAS111 welded tubes. The BAS111 aluminium alloy tubes with 25.4mm in external diameter and 1.5mm in thickness for heat-exchangers were manufactured by high frequency induction welding with the V shaped convergence angle 6.8$^{\circ}$ and power input 50㎾. With increasing the reduction of area (1.6, 5.8, 11.5, 14.2, 18.5, 22.5%) by drawing, tensile strength was increased and elongation was decreased. With increasing the reduction of area by drawing, hardness in weld metal increased rapidly, while that of base metal increased slowly. In the specimen with the outer diameter smaller than 22mm, hardness of weld metal was higher than that of base metal. The optimum drawing parameter of area reduction was estimated about 15% because of the work hardening of welds.

        하천유형별 식생모델의 홍수위 분석

        본 연구는 하천유형별 식생모델의 계획 홍수위에 대한 1차원 HEC-RAS 및 2차원 RMA-2 수치모형을 이용하여 홍수위 안정성 검토를 수행하였다. 식생모델은 하천을 흐르는 수로구간이 사회·문화적으로 위치하는 중요도에 따라 도시·농촌·산지하천으로 구분해 구축하였다. 수치모형에 의한 홍수위 검토결과는 대상하천의 식생 전 홍수위는 각 하천의 계획홍수위와 비슷한 양상을 보였다. 또한 식생밀도를 변화시킨 도시하천의 경우는 식생밀도 25% 추가 시 홍수위 상승량은 약 0.20m 정도이나 제방월류는 나타나지 않았다. 농촌 및 산지하천의 경우에는 홍수위 상승량 변화가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. This study carried out stability evaluation for design flood stage of vegetation models with river sites using 1D HEC-RAS and 2D RMA-2 numerical models. The vegetation models established in this study were divided into which channel reaches consist of urban, rural and mountain rivers with the social and cultural significance of the sites. Examination results from the numerical models showed a similar aspect with the design flood stage of these rivers before vegetation modeling. Also, no embankment overflow was shown from the urban river with additional vegetation density of 25%, although there were approximately 0.20m rising in the flood stage. In case of ural and mountain rivers, vegetation models showed scarce rising in flood stage.
