유치원 교사의 직무만족도와 동료 관계 및 교사효능감이 유아와의 상호작용에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유아의 건강한 성장을 위한 중요한 인적자원으로 교사의 중요성을 강조하면서 교사와 유아의 상호작용과 관련한 변인으로 직무만족도, 동료 관계, 그리고 교사효능감을 들어 어떠한 관련이 있는지 살펴보고, 이들 변인이 교사와 유아의 상호작용에 미치는 영향력을 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 이정숙(2003), 이명주(1984)와 김인자(2008), 홍여찬(2006), Riggs와 Enochs(1990) 등이 개발한 척도를 활용했으며 연구대상은 J지역유치원 교사 250명이었고 자료분석은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 실시하였다. 연구결과 교사의 직무만족도, 동료 관계, 교사효능감은 교사-유아 상호작용과의 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 교사-유아 상호작용에 교사의 직무만족도가 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 동료 관계, 교사효능감 순으로 영향을 미친다고 나타났다. 이와 같이 직무만족도와 교사효능감이 높고 동료 관계가 좋은 교사가 유아와의 상호작용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 이를 바탕으로 교사와 유아의 긍정적 상호작용을 위하여 각 변인들을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 유아교육에 정책적 마련을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있을 것이다. This study emphasizes the importance of teachers as an important human resource for healthy growth of infants, and examines what that has to do with variables such as job satisfaction, peer relations and teacher effectiveness, also validates the influence on teacher-infant interaction in variables. For this purpose, the scale developed by Lee Jung-sook(2003), Lee Myung-joo (1984), Kim In-ja (2008), Hong Yeo-chan(2006), Riggs and Enochs(1990) was used, and the research subjects were 250 kindergarten teachers in J area and the data analysis was conducted by using the SPSS program. The results of the study showed that teachers job satisfaction, peer relations and teacher effectiveness showed positive correlation with teacher-infant interaction. It has been shown that teacher-infant interaction was influenced by job satisfaction(the great impact), peer relations and teacher effectiveness forward order. Like this, Because teachers with high job satisfaction, high teacher effectiveness and good fellowship have positive effects on interaction with infants, it will be meaningful to seek ways to promote each variable for positive interaction between teachers and infants and to provide basic data for policies in early childhood education.

The rapid growth of the international conferences and events industry has created an increasing demand for English-speaking MC, who has a very important task to directly communicate with foreign audience. The objectives of this study were to analyze the elements of nonverbal communication of English-speaking MC and its possible impacts on MC`s image including his/her impression and credibility as well as message-retention by the audience. In this study, elements of nonverbal communication were divided into two categories: visual and vocal elements, and the study is designed to show which elements of nonverbal communication tools contribute to enhancing MC`s impression and credibility, and effectively delivering message. The study turned out to be a confirmation of how nonverbal communication skills are important in making good impression and credibility, and help MC to effectively convey the message to audience. The major finding of the study is the significant influence of vocal communication elements for English-speaking MC. The study suggests the effective and efficient use of nonverbal communication skills for English-speaking MC and the implications of the findings are discussed and concerns rose over the need to carry further studies on English-speaking MC for international conferences.

This study examines differences in cognitive responses with regard to ethical practices in the casino industry based on the ethical value congruence of internal casino staff members. In addition, service encounter type of the internal staff member was posited as an interaction factor affecting the relationships among ethical value congruence, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Study results revealed that staff member ethical value congruence could be distinguished with regard to workplace, senior and colleague contexts, thereby allowing for a more detailed division of ethical value. A second finding relates to differences in job satisfaction and organizational commitment resulting from different levels of ethical value congruence; in general, a group that exhibited a higher degree of ethical value congruence possessed both higher job satisfaction and greater organizational commitment. Lastly, the back-office team displayed higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment than the operation team.
COVID-19 시대 남녀 대학생의 불확실성에 대한 감내력 부족과 정신건강: 규칙적 생활양식의 조절효과

본 연구는 COVID-19 장기화로 대학생의 정신건강(우울 및 정신적 웰빙)을 악화시킬 수 있는 불확실성에 대한 감내력 부족의 효과를 확인하고, 이 관계에서 규칙적 생활양식의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 이를 위하여 남녀 대학생(만18-25세) 318명이 온라인 자기보고식 설문에 참여하였다. 지각된 코로나 스트레스를 통제변인으로 하여 위계적 회귀 모델로 분석한 결과, 불확실성에 대한 감내력 부족은 남녀의 우울을 정적으로 예측하였고, 여성의 정신적 웰빙을 부적으로 예측하였다. 규칙적 생활양식은 남녀의 우울을 부적으로, 정신적 웰빙은 정적으로 예측하였다. 다음으로 불확실성에 대한 감내력 부족과 규칙적 생활양식의 상호작용항은, 종속변인이 우울인 경우, 남녀 모두 유의했지만, 정신적 웰빙이 종속변인일 경우 남녀 모두에게서 유의하지 않았다. 조절효과의 구체적 양상을 확인한 결과, 규칙적 생활양식이 낮아질수록, 불확실성에 대한 감내력 부족과 우울의 관계는 더욱 강해지는 것이 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 COVID-19 시대 남녀 대학생의 정신건강을 위해 불확실성에 대한 감내력 증진과 규칙적 생활의 중요성을 강조해 주며, 나아가 성별에 따른 차별적 개입이 필요함을 시사한다. This study investigated the moderating effects of daily routines in the relation between intolerance of uncertainty and mental health (depressive symptoms and mental well-being) among college students during COVID-19. Self-reported data from 318 college students (18-25 years old) were analyzed, using the hierarchical regression model. After controlling perceived COVID-19 stress, intolerance of uncertainty not only positively predicted depressive symptoms for both gender but also negatively predicted the mental well-being of females. Regardless of gender, daily routines were negatively associated with depressive symptoms however, it predicted mental well-being positively. The moderating effects of daily routines in the relation between intolerance of uncertainty and depressive symptoms were significant. Specifically, when college students reported lower daily routines, the relation between intolerance of uncertainty and depressive symptoms was strengthened regardless of gender. However, the moderating effect of daily routines was not significant for mental well-being. These results emphasize the importance of decreasing intolerance of uncertainty and increasing daily routines to promote mental health among college students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Also, this study sheds light on the necessity of gender-specific intervention strategies to improve college students’ mental health.
