        기술인력 유동성의 인위적 제한 제도에 대한 고찰 - 단방향 이동의 문제점을 중심으로 -

        Recently, “National Commission for Corporate Partnership” has discussed about the alternatives method for medium-sized enterprises which have been suffering from the brain efflux. That includes several options including setting limitations on staff turnover. However, these days, the idea of lifelong workplace has disappeared, and freedom of changing jobs according to individual's ability became so natural. There has been an angry reaction toward the strong limitations on choice of changing jobs. Those limitations can lead to the result of accelerating Engineering avoidance trend, and outflow of skills overseas,and it can bring barriers in job market on students who's with Science & Engineering Major. There has to be win-win inventions of corporate culture between small and big enterprise. We rather need to be win-win inventions through partnership between the big enterprise and the small and medium-sized enterprise In conclusion, the government should delegate effectively and empower large and mid-size companies to carry out their roles with it's full support instead of taking a mobility limitation 최근 중소기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위한 방안으로서 중소기업에서 대기업으로의 기술인력 유출을 방지하고자 중소기업 기술인력 이직을 제한하는 제도가 논의되고 있다. 그러나 과거와 같이 평생직장의 철학이 더 이상 통용되지 않고, 노동여건에 따라 자유로운 이직이 사회적 현상으로 자리 잡은 현실에서 기술인력의 인위적 제한이라는 강력한 조치는 핵심 기술을 보유한 기술인력의 직업선택 자유를 침해한다는 반발이 제기되고 있다. 또한 궁극적으로는 이공계 기피 현상을 더욱 가속화시켜 기술인력 풀의 질적수준의 저하를 가져올 수 있음이 우려된다. 이에 따라 동반성장을 통해 상호이익을 얻을 수 있는 상생협력방안의 모색이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 노동시장의 인력이동이 중소기업에서 대기업으로 단방향이동으로 편중되는 원인과 문제점을 분석하고, 정부의 인위적 기술 인력 제한 제도보다는 중소기업-대기업간에 이익 균형을 가져올 수 있는 정책적인 방안과 법제도적 연구를해외사례와 국내문헌조사를 통해 동반 성장 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

        Epidural or intrathecal morphine injection is a useful method for management of postoperative pain and cancer pain. But the effect of intrathecal morphine is ten to twenty times more potent than epidural morphine. So inadvertent intrathecal injection of morphine during epidural injection can induce serious side effect. The authors report a patient who experienced respiratory arrest and loss of consciousness due to inadvertent intrathecal injection of high dose morphine during epidural injection for management of cancer pain. The patient was treated with intravenous bolus and infusion of naloxone for 8 hours and assisted ventilation with Ambu and she was recovered completely without any sequela.

        The effects of lidocaine and procaine on microRNA expression of adipocyte-derived adult stem cells

        Background: The microRNA (miRNA) pathway has emerged as one of the biologic pathways implicated in stem cell regulation. miRNA is a noncoding, single-stranded RNA consisting of 20-25 nucleotides that inhibits the protein production at the step of translation. The molecular effects of lidocaine and procaine on adipose stem cells were investigated by examining RNA expression array. Methods: Adipose stem cells were isolated from a prior abdominal liposuction procedure. The human adipose stem cells were cultured and then added to a mixture of 1 ml of culture medium plus 1 ml of 2% lidocaine or 2% procaine for the duration of 30 minutes. The expression levels of miRNAs were estimated by using peptide nucleic acid (PNA)-miRNA array analysis throughout the denaturation and hybridization processes after the isolation of miRNA. The miRNAs detected by microarray that either decreased by half fold or increased by 1.5 fold from the control level were interpreted as significant. Results: According to microarray analysis there were 61 miRNAs in total, and no miRNA had decreased expression levels. The stem cells treatment with lidocaine showed 4 alteration of expression with miR-9a* (1.53 fold), miR-29a (1.64 fold), miR-296-5p (1.64 fold) and miR-373 (1.94 fold). The stem cells treated with procaine showed 32 miRNAs that were significantly up-regulated with a range of 1.5 to 2.06 fold. They were stem cell differentiation-related miRNAs, apoptosis and cell cycle-associated miRNAs, immunity-associated miRNAs and hormonal response-related miRNAs. Conclusions: Lidocaine and procaine affect the miRNA expression on adipose stem cells and the effect of procaine is more marked than that of lidocaine.         Design of a Single Mode Variable Bridge Type Split-powered CVT with an Inner-spherical Continuously Variable Unit

        One method for improving the torque capacity of the CVT is to use a split-powered CVT (SPCVT) to reduce the power transmitted into a continuously variable unit (CVU). A variable bridge SPCVT with two planetary gear units (PGUs), which are composed of a sun gear, a ring gear, and carrier and planetary gears, can minimize the power to the CVU. However, a SPCVT with a conventional CVT should possess a dual mode, which would allow the conventional CVT to be used at high speeds and an additional gear train to be used at low speeds. The inner-spherical CVU (ISCVU) with an inner and outer spherical contact mechanism developed in this study can cover the range from low to high speeds. The rated power and the overall speed ratios were 100 kW and 0.09~0.36, respectively. Power efficiency was numerically calculated to be over 90% over the speed ratio range of 0.1~0.29. The maximum shear stress at the two contact areas of the rotor pairs, the minimum life and the overall size were estimated to be 700 MPa, 276 kh and 350×350×400 mm3, respectively. This study shows that an ISCVU and a variable bridge type PGU can realize the SPCVT with a single mode for a vehicle.

        국내 프로야구 구단의 자생력 확보 시도분석 및 향후과제: 삼성라이온스 관리를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to investigate how to ensure the viability of domestic professional baseball teams by analyzing future challenges through the case of the Samsung Lions that has been recently transferred to Cheil Worldwide. For this study, information was collected through relevant studies, articles on the internet including baseball-related homepage and blog posts. The paper first examined profit status and problems of domestic professional baseball teams; and the positive and negative sides of the Samsung Lions attempting to secure the viability. In addition, based on case studies on the US major leagues, it was investigated how Korea professional baseball teams ensure the viability. Overall, the first future challenge for ensuring the viability of Korea's baseball teams is to reduce financial dependence on their Parent Company and to increase the revenue going through a variety of marketing activities. Secondly, the results indicated that a mutually beneficial relationship between the teams and local communities should be continually formed through various communications. Thirdly, it should be considered how to maximize the benefits of each baseball team by maintaining good winning rate. When these measures are taken to run domestic baseball teams, they will be financially more viable, which is expected to contribute to vitalizing the entire league as well in the long term.

        한국 프로야구 리그의 관중 수 결정요인 분석

        The objective of this study was to analyze whether key variables including competitive balance in the Korean professional baseball league influence mobilization of spectators, and to help the league and teams make policy decisions based on the results. The results were expected to help teams secure autonomy, promoted the competitiveness of professional baseball, and improved financial status. For the quantitative analyses, tim series data from 1982, the first year of professional baseball league in Korea, to 2017 were collected from the Korean Baseball Organization (KBO), the Bank of Korea, the Bureau of Statistics of Korea, and Nielsen. SPSS 20.0 was used for quantitative analyses of the data. The following results were derived. First, the competitive balance index, which has been considered to be the most important variable in previous studies, had significance only in limited cases. In particular, there were many cases in which significance was not proved on indexes that are traditionally most widely used. Second, real gross domestic product per capita had a partially significant impact on the increase of the total number of spectators. According to previous studies and economic theories, the price of admission fee and population were expected to affect the total number of spectators, but the results were only weakly supportive. Third, the systems to promote competitive balance such as opened draft and mercenary system were partially significant. Among dummy variables representing the time of economic crisis, the Asian financial crisis (1997-2002) had significant influence on the rapid decrease in the number of spectators, but the global financial crisis (2008-2010) did not. Contrary to expectations, the national team’s achievements in the international competitions did not have a significant impact on mobilizing spectators. This implies that the effect of a one-time event did not last throughout the entire season. 이 연구는 국내 프로야구리그에서 전력균형을 비롯한 다양한 주요 변수들이 관중동원에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지 분석하고, 그 결과를 통해 리그와 구단의 정책결정에 도움을 주는 것을 목적으로 한다. 리그 흥행 요인 분석과 관중동원을 위한 제언을 통해 각 구단들은 자생력을 확보하고 프로야구의 경쟁력을 증진시키는데 도움을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기존 연구에서 가장 중요한 변수 중 하나로 다루고 있는 전력균형지수는 제한된 경우에만 관중 수 증가에 유의성을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 전통적으로 널리 활용되는 지수의 경우 유의성이 입증되지 않는 경우가 많았다. 둘째, 1인당 실질국민소득은 총 관중 수의 증가에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 주었다. 입장권 가격과 인구는 프로야구 총 관중 수에 영향을 줄 것이라고 예상하였지만, 반대의 결과가 나타나거나 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 셋째, 전력균형을 제고시키기 위한 제도(전면드래프트제도, 외국인선수제도)는 부분적으로 관중 수 증가에 유의성을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아시아 경제위기(1997~2002년)는 총 관중 수가 급감하는데 영향을 주었지만, 글로벌 경제위기(2008~2010년)는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 이는 전력균형 제고 정책이 어느 정도 효과가 있었고, 글로벌 금융위기의 임팩트는 아시아 경제위기만큼 크지 않았음을 보여준다. 야구 국가대표팀이 국제대회에서 좋은 성적을 얻은 것은 관중동원에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했는데, 이는 일회성 이벤트의 효과가 시즌 내내 계속되지 못했음을 시사한다.
