        Since six sigma program was first introduced in late 1990's, it has been evolved in Korea. The number of six sigma adopting company are getting increased and diversify manufacturing, service, government. In these days, the rapid innovation of internet technology change the media industry's game rule. This paper is concerned with a six sigma applications to internet media portal service company. The main focus of this study is to introduce an empirical study on the implementation of DMAIC procedures for internet media portal service company.

        리튬이온전지 음극의 고속 성능 향상을 위한 도전재 복합화

        Lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) are powerful energy storage devices with several advantages, including high energy density, large voltage window, high cycling stability, and eco-friendliness. However, demand for ultrafast charge/discharge performance is increasing, and many improvements are needed in the electrode which contains the carbon-based active material. Among LIB electrode components, the conductive additive plays an important role, connecting the active materials and enhancing charge transfer within the electrode. This impacts electrical and ionic conductivity, electrical resistance, and the density of the electrode. Therefore, to increase ultrafast cycling performance by enhancing the electrical conductivity and density of the electrode, we complexed Ketjen black and graphene and applied conductive agents. This electrode, with the composite conductive additives, exhibited high electrical conductivity (12.11 S/cm), excellent high-rate performance (28.6 mAh/g at current density of 3,000 mA/g), and great long-term cycling stability at high current density (88.7 % after 500 cycles at current density of 3,000 mA/g). This excellent high-rate performance with cycling stability is attributed to the increased electrical conductivity, due to the increased amount of graphene, which has high intrinsic electrical conductivity, and the high density of the electrode.

      • In Vivo Measurement of Extracellular Monoamines and Their Metabolites in the Rat Posterior Hypothalamus Using Microdialysis Technique

        Catecholamines, serotonin and their metabolites were measured in the posterior hypothalamus of urethane-anesthetized normotensive Wistar Kyoto rats (WKY) and spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) using brain microdialysis which is a recently developed experimental method to measure the release of neurotransmitters and their metabolites at the localized brain area in vivo. Microdialysis probe was implanted stereotaxically to the rat posterior hypothalamus and perfused by Ringer's solution. Monoamines and their metabolites were quantified by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection. In vitro recovery test of microdialysis showed that there exist inverse relationship between the perfusion flow rate and the relative recovery of neurochemical compounds. The estimated extracellular concentration of dopamine was about 32 nM, of norepinephrine 50 nM, of epinephrine 50 nM, of serotonin 73 nM, of 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (DOPAC) 281 nM, of homovanillic acid (HVA) 181 nM, and of 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5HIAA) 3767 nM in the hypothalamic perfusate of the normotensive rat. There was no difference in the basal level of monoamines between the SHR and the WKY. In contrast, the level of DOPAC, HVA and 5HIAA in SHR was higher than that in the WKY, This study demonstrated that the microdialysis technique should be an applicable tool for in vivo measurement of central neurochemical substances. 최근에 개발된 생체내 미세투석법을 이용하여 정상혈압 흰쥐(WKY)와 자연발생성 고혈압 흰쥐(SHR)의 후 시상하부에서 세포외액의 모노아민과 그 대사체들을 측정하였다. 뇌정위 고정장치에 의해서 미세투석관을 후 시상하부에 위치시킨후 링거액으로 관류하였다. 모노아민과 그 대사체들은 고속액체 크로마토그라피와 전기화학 검출기를 이용하여 정량하였다. 미세투석관의 시험관내 회수율 검사 결과, 관류액의 유속과 신경화학물질의 상대적 회수율 사이에는 역비례 관계가 있음이 확인되었다. 정상 혈압 흰쥐에서 후 사상하부의 관류액으로 부터 축정한 각종 신경화학물질의 세포외액 농도는 도파민 32nM, 노르에피네프린 50nM, 에피네프린 50nM, 세로토닌 73nM, 3.4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid(DOPAC) 281 nM, homovanillic acid(HVA) 181 nM, 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid(5HIAA) 3767nM이었다. 후 시상하부에서 측정된 신경전달물질의 기준치는 WHY와 SHR사이에 차이가 없었으나, DOPAC, HVA, 5HIAA의 기준치는 WKY에 비해서 SHR에서 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 중추 신경화학물질들의 생체내 측정에 미세투석법을 이용할 수 있음을 보여주었다.

        ‘한류(韓流)’에 내재한 ‘고대풍류정신(古代風流精神)’의 다원성 연구

        This study investigates the concept of ‘Pungnyu(風流, ‘taste and refinement’)’ in ancient Korean society and how it is rooted in the spirit and life of the Korean people. In addition, it also tries to identify the role of Pungnyu in the emergence, development, and spread of Hallyu(韓流, ‘Korean Wave’). To do so, the meaning of Pungnyu, which has been important in Korea, China, and Japan, is identified. Historical research on the discrepancy in the definitions between these countries, shows how Korean Pungnyu developed into Pungnyudo(風流道, ‘the way of Pungnyu’) and how the concept contributed to the formation of the traditional ideology of Korea. The study then delves into Pungnyu-jeongshin(風流精神, ‘the spirit of Pungnyu’), the spirit of pursuing harmony, inclusion, and diversity, and how this spirit contributed to the development of Korean culture through a relentless creative process, discussinges how the growth and development of Hallyu, a leading movement of 21st-century global culture, is attributable to this spirit. To do so, Chapter 2 examines the differences in the definitions of Pungnyu in the three countries (Korea, China, and Japan) and investigates how Korean Pungnyu, which had more pragmatic characteristics than in the other countries, developed into Pungnyudo which then became the religious, political, and ideological centerpiece of the ancient states of Korea. Chapter 3 investigates the diversity of ancient Pungnyu, focusing on Dangun mythology, the harvest ceremony of Buyeo, and the code of Silla chivalry. Chapter 4 explains the correlation between Pungnyu-jeongshin and diversity with examples of the unity of heaven and the human realm, excitement, and harmony, which secures the value of diversity embedded in Korean culture and provides theoretical support for the prospects of its future development.

      • 양면성 혁신의 선행요인에 대한 연구

        Recently, creative innovation has become a major topic in management innovation and due to this, various researches on its need and methodologies are being performed. According to previous studies on ambidexterity, explorative innovation is closer to divergent and right-sided brain, while exploitative innovation is closer to convergent and left-sided brain. Topic was to identify preceding element which affects Ambidextrous Innovation. For this topic, 129 Six Sigma projects from 19 different companies were collected. Ambidextrous index from preceding studies was used. This index represents the degree of ambidextrous activation and can be calculated by multiplying cumulative usage of exploitative tools with that of explorative tools. In the project characteristics, simple linear regression result showed leadership degree, team’s vitalization degree and leader capability degree have effect in positive direction.

        Effect of high molecular weight isocyanate contents on manufacturing polyurethane foams for improved sound absorption coefficient

        Noises generated in automobile compartments can be controlled by utilizing sound absorption and insulation materials such as polyurethane foams. Polyurethane foams are synthesized by varying polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) content for exploring the effect of high functional isocyanate on cellular and acoustic properties. The use of polymeric MDI affects polyurethane matrix modulus and drainage flow rate of the foams, and it also has strong effects on cell structure and air flow resistance (AFR). The highest sound absorption coefficient is achieved at the optimum amount of the polymeric MDI. Therefore, the optimum amount of polymeric MDI content is recommended to achieve not only high sound absorption coefficient but also high transmission loss from the polyurethane foams.

        탁 . 약주의 제조와 판매현황

        우리나라는 예전부터 쌀 생산의 명승지였으며 국민은 벼농사를 주요생업으로 삼아 왔기 때문에 자연히 쌀을 원료로 한 술이 나오게 된 것은 당연한 이치이다. 탁주는 일반인이 아는 바와 같이 쌀과 누룩으로 제조한 것이 전통 민속주라 할 수 있겠다. 일제시대에 들어와 1920년경에 일본에서 종국을 들여와 청주제조 및 조미료 제조에 약간씩 이용되었고 해방을 전·후하여 탁·약주에 널리 보급되기 시작하였다. 근대의 탁·약주 출고 및 원료의 변천을 보면 1. 1960년대부터 매년 출고량이 신장되어 왔으며 1973년도 출고량 1,613,147kl가 출고되어 전주류 구성비율은 78.6% 이상에 이르게 되었으나, 2. 1974년부터 1975년(2년간) 사이에 원료변화가 4차례나 바뀌어짐에 따라 1974년도에 소맥 50%, 대맥(보리쌀)50%를 사용하면서부터 출고량이 감소되기 시작하였다. 3. 1988년말 현재에 이르러 출고량은 761,284kl로 53%가 감소되었고 주류 구성비율은 30%내로 이르게 되었다. 우리나라 국민은 누구나 민속주 하면 탁주를 연상한다. 그러나 정부의 식량난 정책에 따라 탁·약주 제조원료 변화는 갖은 수난을 거쳐 오늘에 이르게 되었으나 이제는 경제가 발전되어 국민의 의·식·주도 많이 변화되어지고 있는 바 지난날과 같은 원료변화는 다시는 없어야겠다. 끝으로 탁·약주 제조자의 바램이라면 제조원료를 자유롭게 선택하여 상품을 다양화하고 소비자의 선택에 따라 전통 민속주의 맛을 음미할 수 있는 때가 오기를 바란다.

        Global financial crisis at 2008 caused a great change of the company itself and environment as hit product, new creative business model. But it is not easy program. Ambidextrous organization excel at exploiting existing products to enable incremental innovation and at exploring new opportunities fo foster more radical innovation. In this paper are presented the improved procedures of new business model development using 6 sigma methodology. To inspired about new business ideas we use exploration method. To eliminate project's waste we use exploitation method such as 6sigma methodology. The main object of this study is to introduce an empirical study on DIDOV.
