        Recently, as user demand to receive various information through one integrated institution has increased, “Larchiveum,” which integrates the functions and services of archives, libraries, and museums, has been established. Thus, web information services are provided in an integrated manner through the Larchiveum website. This study attempted to analyze the information services on the Larchiveum website in detail. To this end, the researchers developed a web information service evaluation index reflecting the characteristics of Larchiveum that are differentiated from information services offered by websites of general archives, libraries, and museums. Recognizing the importance of evaluation indicators, the researchers developed evaluation indicators, and an evaluation of the three institutions’ websites was conducted. The assessment showed that the currently operating Larchiveum website provides ample basic business introduction and interface navigation, but the use of search results in the information search area was insufficient. Complementary points were presented in these areas, and measures that would be effective if additionally operated were also suggested. This research sought to provide practical assistance in configuring and providing web services for the newly established Larchiveum in hopes that the evaluation indicators used in this study will be applied, supplemented, and utilized well in the future.

        Temperature driven internal heat integration in an energy-efficient partial double annular column

        This study presents a strategy for the internal heat integration of reactive distillation (RD) columns for concurrently producing 2-ethylhexyl dodecanoate and methyl dodecanoate. Because of a significant temperature difference in the two reactions, the two RD column process with each single reaction occurring in the respective column has lower energy consumption than the direct sequence consisting of one RD column followed by a non-RD column. Thus, internal heat integration in a partial double annular configuration is introduced on the basis of the two RD column process. In the new annular RD configuration, heat is transferred from the outer column shell having a high-temperature exothermic reaction to the inner shell with a low-temperature endothermic reaction. By using the concept of pinch temperature, we determine the heat transfer stages to secure sufficient temperature driving force. For the same product purity and reaction extent, the internal heat integrated distillation column (HIDiC) shows lower internal flowrate and energy consumption than the other sequences of the direct sequence and the reactive dividing wall column (RDWC). The total utility consumption of the HIDiC with a partial double annular structure was reduced by 15.4% and 14.4% compared to the direct sequence and the RDWC, respectively.

        Energy efficient design through structural variations of complex heat-integrated azeotropic distillation of acetone-chloroform-water system

        This study presents enhanced energy savings through structural variations of a heat-integrated distillationcolumn for the separation of ternary azeotropic mixture. The conventional sequence has a decanterfollowed by pressure-swing distillation (PSD) columns for separating acetone-chloroform-water azeotropicmixture. Based on a significant temperature gradient of the PSD, a double annular column was proposedin order that the heat from hot fluid to cold fluid passed through the shared column wall. The heattransferred to the stages near the reboiler could replace the use of external utility, thereby reducing thetotal energy consumption of the process. For accurate calculations of heat transfer rate, the trays with thedouble annular structure were simulated by computational fluid dynamics. However, the energy savingwas not effective since the structure could not afford to utilize all the heat transferred and additionalenergy was required to recover. The newly proposed (partial double annular) structure transferred heatfrom a high-pressure column to two low-pressure columns. It demonstrated 7,807.78 kW of the theoreticalenergy saving which was almost double of the heat transfer amount. Consequently, the total utilityconsumption and total annual cost was reduced by 21.79% and 11.32%, respectively, compared to theconventional sequence.

        주택조세강화가 수도권 아파트 가격에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study analyzed the impact of the recently strengthened capital gains tax heavy burden and comprehensive real estate tax heavy burden on the apartment market in the metropolitan area using a vector error correction model. As a result of the shock response analysis, the volume of apartment sales transactions in the Seoul metropolitan area had the greatest impact on the apartment sales price index, followed by mortgage loans in the Seoul metropolitan area and GDP. On the other hand, it was found that there was no significant shock reaction to the heavy capital gains tax and the heavy comprehensive real estate tax. However, most parallaxes show negative (-) values, indicating that they negatively affect apartment sales prices in the Seoul metropolitan area. As a result, it can be seen that the apartment market in the metropolitan area is generally affected by changes in the housing tax system, such as heavy capital gains tax and heavy comprehensive real estate tax, along with housing finance, supply, and macroeconomic factors. As a result of this analysis, the housing-related tax strengthening policy can contribute to stabilizing the housing market by lowering housing prices during the rapid rise in housing prices. However, the tax strengthening policy during the period of falling housing prices due to the economic recession can cause a sharp downturn in the housing market.

        지식산업센터의 입주자 만족도, 지속입주 및 추천의향 영향요인 연구

        1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to seek better ways to promote knowledge industry centers built in the 3rd new cities and improvements of their self-sufficient functions. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study used Multiple regression method to analyze the influence factors of tenant satisfaction, a continuous will to stay and recommendation intension. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The results can be summarized as follows. First, accessibility, environment, management management, followed by environment, accessibility and parking. Second, accessibility and telecommunication service affected a will to stay in knowledge industry centers. Third, accessibility and parking affected recommendation intension. 2. RESULTS The results imply that the use of concentrated urban facilities and convenient commuting led to mobilizing workforce as accessibility served as an affecting factor. And Telecommunication service seems to have expanded as more different industries not limited to manufacturing companies enter the centers due to the expansion of knowledge and information industry. Also, As accessibility influenced both satisfaction and a will to stay in the centers, it seems the most important variable in creating passive and active demand.

        The construction of Sejong City was carried out as a measure to secure the balanced development of the land and national competitiveness. The change in the spatial structure of Sejong City due to the dispersion of national administration is having an effect on the living space. In this study, in order to evaluate the influence on apartment sale price using regional characteristic variables, regional characteristics such as transaction volume, number of moving-in buyers, and consumer price index were considered, and regional characteristics were analyzed through interest rates and money supply of economic variables. As a result of the Granger causal relationship analysis, the apartment sale price in Sejong is affected by the transaction volume and the consumer price index. This can identify factors that are closely related to the formation of apartment prices in terms of the consumer price, which reflects transaction volume and psychological indices in regional characteristics. Result of Shock Response As a result of the shock response of Sejong City, transaction volume, consumer price index, interest rate, and money supply have a positive (+) effect on the initial apartment sale price, and have a continuous influence thereafter. However, the number of electrons has a negative (-) effect. In the case of Sejong City, it is necessary to conduct a study that separates real residents and investors, and it is necessary to improve predictability through continuous research on apartment prices.
