미각 장애 환자 5례를 대상으로 한 대한 한방 치료의 효과

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to report the effect of traditional Korean medical therapy such as acupuncture, electroacupuncture and herbal medicine in taste disorder patients. Methods: We surveyed 5 taste disorder patients visiting the Oral Diseases Clinic in the Kyung Hee University Oriental Medicine Hospital from January, 2014 to June, 2014. Before starting traditional Korean medical therapy such as acupuncture, electroacupuncture and herbal medicine, the subjects were evaluated on severity of discomfort using visual analogue scale (VAS), salivary flow rate (SFR), quality of life about oral health (based on the 14-item Oral Health Impact Profile-14) and qi-stagnation condition (based on the 23-item qi-stagnation Questionnaire). Visual analogue scale was re-evaluated during the treatment period. Results: There was no relationship between diminished SFR and severity of discomfort. Also change or loss of taste did not influence the quality of life about oral health. However, stress which refers to qi-stagnation could be one of the reasons taste disorder occurs. After receiving traditional Korean medical therapy, all 5 patients' visual analogue scale score decreased. Conclusions: Traditional Korean medical therapy may potentially be an option for taste disorder. Further evaluations including pre-post comparison with larger number of cases will be needed in the future.
국제적인 기준으로 활용되는 유럽의 철도기술 기준의 체계

최근 아프리카, 중동, 북미, 남미, 중앙아시아 및 동남아시아 지역에서 발주되는 국제철도사업의 대부분이 유럽의 철도기술 기준체계를 기술사양으로서 제시하고 있다. 유럽의 철도기술기준체계는 EU 국가의 유럽표준화기구(CEN/CENELEC)와 국제표준화기구(ISO/IEC)의 협력을 통하여 광범위한 내용을 담고 있으며, 점차 정교화되어 가는 추세이다. 한국의 철도산업이 국제시장으로 진출하기 위하여 유럽철도의 기술사양에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문은 유럽의 철도기술기준의 체계와 철도 기준으로 요구되는 TSI(Technical Specifications for Interoperability), EN(European Norm), UIC Leaflets 등에 대하여 중점적으로 논하였다. Lately, most international railway businesses which are ordered in areas of Africa, Middle East Asia, North America, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia present standard systems of European railway technology as technical specifications. The standard systems contain broad contents through cooperation with CEN/CENELEC and ISO/IEC. Understanding of technical specifications of the European railway is necessary so that Korea enters the international market. Therefore, this paper mainly discussed TSI (Technical Specifications for Interoperability), EN (European Norm), and UIC Leaflets which are required as bases of European railway standard systems
상용 소프트웨어를 이용한 Sliding Mode TCS 제어기의 성능평가

This paper evaluates traction control system (TCS) by using sliding mode control (SMC) method. The designed SMC only control braking force, an engine torque control is not considered in this research. SMC is a type of variable structure control where the dynamics of a nonlinear system is altered via application of a highfrequency switching control. Validation of the designed controller has been performed by using commercial vehicle dynamics analysis program, it can be used to simulate dynamic characteristics of a vehicle on various driving conditions. The results show that performances of designed SMC are in good accordance with those of the commercial software on various road conditions. The designed SMC provides more available steering angle on uniform slippery road, and if an engine TCS is used, the yaw rate and the lateral offset are larger than those obtained results.
개발된 적분법을 포함하는 디지털 스펙클 토모그래피 기법을 이용한 비정상 비대칭 유동 분석

Transient and asymmetric density distributions have been investigated by three-dimensional digital speckle tomography with a novel integration method. Multiple CCD images captured movements of speckles in three angles of view simultaneously because the flows were asymmetric and unsteady. The speckle movements which have been formed by a ground glass between no flow and downward butane flow from a circular half opening have been calculated by a cross-correlation tracking method so that those distances can be transferred to deflection angles of laser rays for density gradients. A novel integration method has been developed to obtain projection data from the deflection angles for the speckle tomography. The three-dimensional density fields have been reconstructed from the accurate projection values by a real-time multiplicative algebraic reconstruction technique (MART) with the developed integration method.

In this research, we have developed a system for ECU in the loop simulation to evaluate the performance of a vehicle dynamics controller which is a kind of active stability control units to control wheel slip and to improve steering stability of a vehicle on the road under rainy and snow conditions by controlling brake pressure and engine torque. To operate the VDC module, wheel speeds, a steering angle, master cylinder pressures, a yaw rate and a lateral acceleration of the vehicle and engine operation conditions are necessary as input information, then the brake pressures of each wheels could be calculated for keeping the vehicle stability in the module. The performance test of the developed system has been done according to JASO rules. We can get satisfied results of the developed ECU HILS through a series of experiments.

The microchannel heat exchanger is developed with the Printed Circuit Heat Exchanger (PCHE) fabrication technology. The PCHE is a compact heat exchanger constructed by chemical etching method and diffusion bonding. The PCHE is possible to construct a heat exchanger with a flow channel diameter that is much smaller than that of a commercial plate heat exchanger. The PCHE has an advantage of compactness, therefore it can be utilized as heat exchanger for compact process system such as Liquefied Natural Gas ?Floating Production, Storage and Offloading system, and micro-gas turbine system. However, PCHE also has a disadvantage in performance due to flow maldistribution. The effect of flow mal-distribution has been analyzed with a simple heat exchanger model. The methods to suppress the flow mal-distribution are proposed in this paper.

This study propose an Perception-Action Network (PAN) to estimate the vehicle pose parameters and control the vehicle motion for keeping the vehicle within given lane. The vehicle pose and the road curvature were calculated by geometrically fusing sensor data from camera image, tachometer and steering wheel encoder though the Perception Net, where not only the state variables, but also the corresponding uncertainties were propagated in forward and backward direction in such a way to satisfy the given constraint condition, maintain consistency, reduce the uncertainties, and guarantee robustness. The objective of the lane keeping control is to reduce a predicted tracking error of the vehicle, while the vehicle is traveling along the given lane. In this study, we calculated a required steering angle at the auction module of PAN. A series of experiments was conducted to evaluate the control performance, in which commercial software was utilized to quit unwanted safety problem.

When a vehicle changes the lane, the vehicle side and rear crash can be prevented by a blind spot detection system (BSDS) for assisting the driver’s field of view and informing the approaching speed of the other vehicles to the driver. This paper presents a robust method to estimate the relative distance and speed with the approaching vehicles in side and rear blind region of the vehicle for a BSDS with a vision system. A distance from a vehicle in the blind region can be determined by recognition of the pixel positions of the vehicle image on the camera coordinate frame via the coordinate transformation using the perspective camera model under the assumption of uniform elevation of the road and contact of the vehicle on the road surface. The vehicles at the same pixel position on the blind spot image may have different relative distance and speed according to the rear side road curvature, because the vehicle with same relative distance can be represented at different pixel position on the image frame according to the road curvature. Therefore, the rear side lane must be recognized in advance before the vehicles on each lane.

정부에서는 국립검역검사본부를 통해 국가동물방역통합시스템(KAHIS)을 도입하여 GPS를 이용한 방역차량의 차량이동 정보를 관리하고 있다. 이 시스템은 GIS기반의 방역정보 데이터베이스(Database: DB)를 구축하여 입력, 조회, 출력 등을 하나의 시스템에서 수행할 수 있고 DB를 통해 현황관리 및 통계적 분석이 가능하다. 그러나 정보수집방법과 종류의 한계로 인해 DB를 구성하는 정보의 신뢰성과 정확성 등이 떨어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 방역차량에 부착하여 차량의 위치정보와 위치별 약제살포량 등의 방역작업 정보를 수집, 저장할 수 있는 장치를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 장치는 임베디드 컴퓨터, GPS 및 두 종류의 수위레벨센서로 구성된다. 라즈베리파이 보드를 이용하여 수집된 데이터를 처리, 저장하였고 아센 코리아에서 나온 DGPS 방식의 GPS620 모델을 이용하였다. 약제 살포량 측정을 위하여 가격이 비싸고 방제기 내부 구조변경이 필요한 유량계 대신 내구성, 정확성, 현실성, 출력방식 등을 고려하여 압력식과 부력식 수위레벨센서를 이용하였다. 데이터베이스에는 GPS의 위도, 경도, 시간, 위치별 살포량 등의 1차적인데이터와 하루 총 작업시간, 총 작업거리, 총 살포량 및 평균 작업속도와 평균 살포량 등의 2차적인 데이터가 저장되며 저장된 자료는 USB에 같은 table 형태로 저장된다. Python 2.7을 이용하여 1차, 2차 데이터를 수집, 처리, 저장하는 프로그램을 개발하였고 데이터베이스는 MySQL을 이용하여 구현하였다. Javascript, html 언어를 이용하여 Google map상에 시간, 구간이동거리, 구간 살포량, 이동 궤적 등을 표시하도록 하였다. 구성한 데이터베이스에 저장된 자료는 PC와 스마트폰을 통해 접속해 볼 수 있으며 USB에 저장되어 관리자가 Excel을 이용하여 쉽게 처리, 저장할 수 있다. 방역차량의 이동경로와 이동작업경로 및 위치별 약제 살포량을 지도상에 표시할 수 있었다. 10초마다 알림창을 만들어 10초 동안의 분사량과 이동거리, 총 이동거리 등을 확인할 수 있었다.
