        적응 MFCC와 Neural Network 기반의 음성인식법

        In this paper, we propose an enhanced voice recognition algorithm using adaptive MFCC(Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients) and neural network. Though it is very important to extract voice data from the raw data to enhance the voice recognition ratio, conventional algorithms are subject to deteriorating voice data when they eliminate noise within special frequency band. Differently from the conventional MFCC, the proposed algorithm imposed bigger weights to some specified frequency regions and unoverlapped filterbank to enhance the recognition ratio without deteriorating voice data. In simulation results, the proposed algorithm shows better performance comparing with MFCC since it is robust to variation of the environment.

        신경망 학습을 이용한 2축 ARM 헬리콥터의 중심이동 조향법

        This paper proposes a helicopter direction adjustment system using barycenter shift. Most conventional methods for direction adjustment of uniaxial helicopters rely on the angle of inclination of the main rotor. However, the inherent burden of the bearing of the main rotor and serious abrasion of the helicopter using the above methods may results in loss of balance. To decrease abrasion and enhance the barycenter stability, the proposed method was used to shift the barycenter of the helicopter instead of the main rotor for direction adjustment. We set a biaxial ARM on a uniaxial helicopter to adjust the direction of ARM pointing as well as to realize stable direction control when the helicopter loses its balance. The method may enhance the landing safety of helicopters in emergencies. Uniaxial helicopters can be controlled under any environment by adjusting the motor parameters of the ARM which is dependent on the center of mass using neural network. The experiment results show that the helicopter can return to the starting position quickly under the external disturbance.

        This paper proposes a noble voice recognition method based on an adaptive MFCC and deep learning for embedded systems. To enhance the recognition ratio of the proposed voice recognizer, ambient noise mixed into the voice signal has to be eliminated. However, noise filtering processes, which may damage voice data, diminishes the recognition ratio. In this paper, a filter has been designed for the frequency range within a voice signal, and imposed weights are used to reduce data deterioration. In addition, a deep learning algorithm, which does not require a database in the recognition algorithm, has been adapted for embedded systems, which inherently require small amounts of memory. The experimental results suggest that the proposed deep learning algorithm and HMM voice recognizer, utilizing the proposed adaptive MFCC algorithm, perform better than conventional MFCC algorithms in its recognition ratio within a noisy environment.

        This paper shows indirect experimental resutls to explain why the reflectance of the argentometric titration curve increase near the end point explosively. Titration system was fabricated with the syringe pump (liquid handling) and a blue LED (light source). This system can be operated continuous and stopped-flow modes. Both concentration and size growth effects increase the reflectance intensity but particle concentration shows linear relationship while size growth effect increase the reflectance more dramatic way. Consequently, size growth effect contribute more to the dramatic increment of reflectance near the end point.

        성별에 따른 효소음료의 인지도에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 효소음료의 인지도를 연구하여 웰빙 시대에 있는 현대인들의 건강관련사항과 더불어 앞으로의 음료시장에서 효소음료에 대한 새로운 제품개발에 따른 기초 연구 자료와 마케팅방안의 발판을 마련하고자 한다. 성별에 따라 가계소득, 직업, 교육수준, 결혼 여부를 비교 분석하였다. 유의적인 차이를 나타낸 항목은 자신의 건강정도, 규칙적인 운동, 수면여부에서 나타났으며, 남자(3.31)가 여자(3.08)보다 자신 스스로가 건강하고 생각하고 있었고, 또한 남자(2.77)가 여자(2.39)보다 규칙적인 운동을 하고 있었으나 수면 여부는 남자(2.76)보다 여자(2.97)가 더 수면을 충분하다고 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 건강유지를 위해 가장 중요하게 고려하는 사항에서는 남자 16.6%, 여자 17.0% 모두 식습관을 가장 중요하게 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 건강에 대한 정보를 얻는 방법은 남자 42.0%, 여자 41.3%로 모두 대중매체를 통하여 건강에 대한 정보를 얻는 것으로 나타났다. 최근 6개월 동안 건강식품 및 영양제 복용 여부를 나타낸 결과에서 유의성(p<0.05)이 나타났다. 효소음료를 마셔본 적이 있는가의 물음에서는 남자가 여자보다 효소음료를 접해본 기회가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 효소음료를 마셔본 계기의 물음에서는 성별에 따라 유의적인 차이를 나타냈으며, 남자(20.4%), 여자(15.0%) 모두 가족, 친지에 의해서의 답이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 효소음료를 이용하는 때의 물음에서는 남자(6.3%), 여자(7.9%) 모두 물 대용으로 이용하는 경우가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 효소음료를 마셔 본 적이 없는 이유에서 남자(5.9%), 여자(6.6%) 모두 주변사람이 섭취를 안해서가 가장 많았다. 효소음료에 대한 인식도에서 공복감 해소에 도움이 된다는 항목에서만 유의적인 차이를 나타났다. 향후 음료시장에서 효소음료가 자리 잡기위해서는 여자 소비자의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 신제품개발로 건강증진 효과를 주는 기능성식품으로서 뿐만 아니라 기호식품으로서 공복감 해소에 대한 기대감도 크므로 더 나아가 다이어트에 도움을 줄 수 있는 제품으로 인식하게 하여 새로운 제품개발의 방향 설정 및 음료시장 마케팅에 이용되면 좋을 것으로 사료된다. 나아가 다양한 재료의 효소를 가지고 음료를 개발하여 직장인 남성뿐만 아니라, 영유아, 청소년 등 소비자 각 계층의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 새로운 제품개발의 방향설정에 이용되면 좋을 것으로 사료된다. This study was carried out to investigate the levels of awareness of fermented vegetable beverages according to consumers" gender. The data were obtained through questionnaires completed randomly by 441 respondents and analyzed using the SPSS, t-tests, ANOVA, X-square tests, multiple regression, and logistic regression analyses. Among 441 respondents, 32.9% of male and 30.2% of female ever consumed fermented vegetable beverages. This beverage were consumed as an alternative for water in males (6.3%) and in females (7.9%) which was the most common reason for consumption. As for the most common reason for non- consumption, males (5.9%) and females (6.6%) responded that they did not consume fermented vegetable beverages because people around them have never consumed fermented vegetable beverages. The awareness that fermented vegetable beverages help reduce hunger was higher in females (3.2%) than and in males (2.9%). These results revealed that the awareness of fermented vegetable beverages as hunger alleviators was more prevalent in females than in males which can be used as preliminary data for research on the development of fermented vegetable beverages.

        차원변환을 이용한 3차원 환경에서의 전방위 이동이 가능한 개체의 고속 경로 탐색 알고리즘

        In this paper, we propose a new 3-dimensional (3D) path planning algorithm for entity navigation. Because the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUVs) are becoming increasingly widespread, 3D path planning has been addressed by many researchers. The conventional path planning in 3D environments is extended by using an existing 2D path-searching algorithm. In this method, despite the wide search range and long search time, the optimal path is hardly obtained. The proposed algorithm generates two dimensional planes with a starting point and a target point, and transforms the generated plane space into a 3D path by generating a 2D path to transform the spatial information of the space in the 3D environment. Because the generated path produces a narrow range of 2D path generation, this method has better computation time than the existing algorithms to ensure the real-time generation of paths in 3D environments. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can efficiently search the path in 3D environments using the dimension transformation. As a result, the proposed algorithm is more suitable for the real-time navigation of robots than for searching the optimal path in a 3D environment.

        연자육의 항우울 효과에 대한 뇌부위별 신경전달물질의 변화

        선행 연구에서 연자육 추출물 중 강제수영 검사를 통해 항우울 효과를 검증하여 가장 뛰어난 결과를 보인 NS37 (n-BuOH 추출물의 추가 분획물, H2O:MeOH=3:7)의 항우울 효과 기전을 규명하고자, HPLC-ECD 시스템을 이용하여 뇌의 우울증 신경회로로 알려진 대뇌피질-시상하부-해마의 부위별 세로토닌과 도파민의 함량을 조사하고 이들 대사산물의 측정 및 대사속도를 검토하였다. 연구 결과 NS37-10 (10 mg/kg)군에서 대뇌피질, 시상하부, 해마에서 도파민의 유의한 증가 및 시상하부, 해마에서 도파민 교체율의 유의한 감소를 나타냄으로써 항우울 효과를 확인하였다. In the previous study, we examined that a variety of extracts of Nelumbinis semen (NS) have an antidepressant effect on the forced swimming test (FST) in the rat, which is widely used as a behavioral screening test for antidepressant activity of new compounds. Depression-like symptom in n-BuOH extract showed the strongest inhibitory effect on the immobility time and further fractionated n-BuOH with H2O and MeOH (3:7) fraction (NS37) was the most effective on the immobility time on FST. The purpose of the present study was to observe the neurochemical changes on the anti-depressant actions of unknown compounds in the NS37 extract by using HPLC coupled with electrochemical detection (ECD). The results showed that the NS37-10 (10mg/kg) has a significant increase of dopamine in cortex, hypothalamus, and hippocampus and a significant decrease of dopamine turnover in hypothalamus and hippocampus. These neurochemical actions of NS37 extract could be responsible for the beneficial effect on depression. (Korean J Str Res 2008;16:393∼400)
