항공사의 소셜미디어 품질이 소셜미디어 진정성과 러브마크 및 고객충성도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of airlines' social media quality on social media authenticity. It also aims to examine the influence of social media quality and authenticity on love marks and customer loyalty. A total of 312 cases were collected through an online survey targeting subscribers of airlines' social media. SPSS and AMOS were used for the analysis. The results of this research are as follows: Firstly, airline social media quality consists of three factors - service, system, and information quality - and significantly affects social media authenticity. Secondly, social media quality does not have a direct significant relationship with love marks, but social media authenticity does. Thirdly, both brand love and respect for love marks are associated with customer loyalty. The results of this study emphasize the importance of quality management and authenticity in the social media marketing strategies of airlines, and indicate that they are essential factors in strengthening emotional connections between customers and airlines and increasing loyalty.
항공사의 소셜미디어 품질이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향: 소셜미디어 진정성과 항공사이미지의 이중매개효과 검증

본 연구의 목적은 항공사의 소셜미디어 품질이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향과 이 두 변수 사이에서소셜미디어 진정성과 항공사이미지의 이중매개역할을 검증하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 실증분석을 실시하였고, 현재 국내항공사의 소셜미디어를 지속적으로 이용하고 있는 구독자를 대상으로 온라인 설문전문 기관을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 총 312부의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였고, SPSS 21과 PROCESS Macro 4.0을활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 첫째, 소셜미디어의 품질은 시스템품질, 정보품질, 감성품질, 서비스품질의 4요인으로 구성하는 것을 밝혀내었다. 둘째, 소셜미디어의 4가지 품질요인은 모두 소셜미디어 진정성에 유의한 영향을 미치며 이중 시스템품질과 서비스품질만이 항공사이미지와 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 서비스품질은 항공사이미지와 고객충성도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 부트스트랩핑을 통해 항공사의 소셜미디어 품질과 고객충성도 사이에서 소셜미디어진정성과 항공사 이미지의 순차적 이중매개역할을 검증한 결과, 시스템품질, 감성품질, 서비스품질은 소셜미디어 진정성, 항공사 이미지의 매개변수를 통해서 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 경쟁이 치열한 항공 산업에서 현재 항공사가 적극적으로 활용하고 있는 소셜미디어를 통한마케팅 전략을 수립할 때 유용한 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

Poly(amidoamine) (PAMAM) dendrimers are synthetic polymers commonly used as carriers in gene and drug delivery. PAMAMs have the ability to transfect DNA, but their transfection efficiency is currently insufficient for clinical use. Here, we demonstrate the synthesis and evaluation of cationic dendrimers consisting of a cystamine core PAMAM generation 3 (cPAM G3) and amino acids. Introduction of histidine (His) and arginine (Arg) residues to cPAM G3 resulted in high transfection efficiency and low cytotoxicity. cPAM G3-His-Arg formed stable polyplexes at a weight ratio of 6:1, and the mean polyplex diameter was 99.03±1.68 nm. Nano-sized polyplexes increased in diameter up to 132.93±1.79 nm when treated with a reducing agent, dithiothreitol (DTT). cPAM G3-His-Arg showed much higher transfection efficiency than native cPAM G3 and polyethylenimine (PEI, 25KD). In addition, cPAM G3-His-Arg displayed negligible toxicity, even at high polymer concentrations. Finally, confocal laser microscopy results showed that cPAM G3-His-Arg effectively internalized plasmid DNA into the cells. Therefore,we believe that cPAM G3-His-Arg could be a promising bioreducible vector for non-viral gene delivery with high gene transfection efficiency and low cytotoxicity.

In this study, we prepared a film-type disc using the biodegradable PLGA (polylactide-co-glycolide) polymer, and we observed the time-dependent release of fluorescent FITC as a model drug from the PLGA disc incubated in phosphate buffered saline solution at 37℃. The thin film-type discs made of PLGA could be applied to various mucous membranes as patches, and the drugs that might be incorporated during the preparation step could be released in a controlled manner by varying various factors making the reagents work directly to the nearby diseased part of the body.

Pulsed laser deposition is a very efficient technique for fabricating thin films of complex compounds. In the present work, $Bi_2O_3$-MgO-ZnO-$Nb_2O_5$ (BMZN) pyrochlore thin films were deposited on platinized Si substrates at various temperatures by using pulsed laser deposition technique. These films have been characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM) to investigate their structural, morphological properties. MIM structure was manufactured to analyze di-electrical properties of BMZN thin films. XRD results reveal the thin films deposited at less than $400^{\circ}C$ show only amorphous phase, the crystallized thin films was observed when the thin films were prepared temperature at above $500^{\circ}C$. From AFM, it was known that the thin film grown at $400^{\circ}C$ is the densest. Dielectric constant increased with increasing temperature up to $400^{\circ}C$ at 100 kHz and dramatically decreased at the higher temperature. A aspect of dissipation factor was the exact opposite of dielectric constant. BMZN thin films grown at $400^{\circ}C$ exhibited a high dielectric constant of 60.9, a low dissipation factor of 0.007 at 100 kHz.
PLD를 이용한 Antimony가 도핑된 p 형 ZnO 박막의 구현

Antimony (Sb) doped ZnO thin films (0.1 at.%) were deposited on sapphire (0001) substrates at various temperatures (200 - 600$^{\circ}C$) by using pulsed laser deposition technique. All the thin films have been characterized by X-ray diffractometer, atomic force microscopy and spectrophotometer to investigate their structural, morphological and optical properties, respectively. Hall measurements were also carried out to identify the electrical properties of the thin films. These thin films were constituted in wurtzite structure with the preferential orientation of (002) diffraction plane and had as high as 80% optical transmission in the visible range. The bandgap energy also was determined by spectrophotometer which was around 3.28 eV. Hall measurements results revealed that the Sb dope ZnO thin film (0.1 at.%) grown at $500^{\circ}C$ exhibited p-type conduction with a carrier concentration of $8.633\times10^{16}\;cm^{-3}$, a mobility of $1.41\;cm^2/V{\cdot}s$ and a resistivity of $51.8\;\Omega{\cdot}cm$. We have successfully achieved p-type conduction in antimony doped ZnO thin films with low doping level even though the electrical properties are not favorable. This paper suggests the feasibility of p-type doping with large-size-mismatched dopant by using pulsed laser deposition.
