It is important to note that Christian Colleges and Universities intend to deliver Christian principles to students who have harbored ill feelings against Christianity, especially Christian values and Christian world-views. In order to suggest a proper campus mission in Christian Colleges and Universities, we should pay attention to the contact point between Chaplains and students to communicate each other. In this paper I would like to propose to reflect ourselves critically to ask for communications and dialogues with students who have a prejudice against Christianity. Firstly I focus on alternative perspectives such as “contrapuntal reading”, “dialogue mode” and “postcolonial reading” to ask for communications with students. Secondly, I intend to investigate alternative biblical interpretations regarding the issues such as the reversal of the periphery and the centre, the appropriations of the terms “mimicry” and “hybridity”, and the perspective from God. It should be noted that we pay attention to an alternative Campus mission in order to dialogue with students who have been misunderstood about Christianity.

Since the 1980s, migrants, including: migrant workers, female marriage migrants, and defectors from North Korea, have been living as productive members of Korean society. Based on the definition of the term ‘diaspora’, we can properly understand the lives of migrants in Korea. Modern-day migrants to Korea have often faced the same kind of obstacles to living a happy life, just as Abraham who was led by God to settle as a ‘stranger in a strange land’ in the promised land of Canaan. As Koreans strive to coexist with foreigners who have come to Korea from different: cultures, languages, and traditions, a crisis of identity often occurs among both groups of people. And, as we know, prejudice results from ignorance, which does not accept the diversity of different: cultures, ethnicities, languages, traditions, and religions. When we study carefully the new identity created by migrants as members of an alternative community in a multi-cultural society, it is useful to understand that the creation of a ‘migrant’ identity within Korean society also contributes to the self-perception that native-born Koreans have of themselves. The first step that should be taken in determining the nature of cultural diversity in Korean society is to look at people from the perspective of understanding differences. In this paper, I intend to indicate that a proper understanding of multi-cultural society begins with the a correct perception of migrants in Korea. Only when we discover the full meaning of the terms ‘multi-cultural’ and ‘multi-culturalism’ in Korean society, will such terms become a useful tool for conducting campus missions in Christian colleges and universities throughout Korea. 다문화 사회로 급격하게 진입하고 있는 한국 사회는 사회, 경제, 문화, 종교, 교육을 포함한 전 영역에서 ‘다문화’(multi-cultral)와 ‘다문화주의’(multi-culturalism)가 중요한 담론이 되고 있다. 오랜 기간 동안 다문화적 상황에 직면했던 서구의 국가들과는 달리 한국 사회의 다문화 경험은 새로운 경험이라 할 수 있다. 한국 사회 구성원의 대부분은 낯선 환경과 문화를 지니고 살아왔던 이주민과의 공존에 익숙하지 않다. 따라서 다문화 사회에 대한 이해는 이주민을 이해하는 출발점이 될 뿐만 아니라 다문화 상황에 직면한 한국 사회의 구성원들에게 대안적 관점을 제공할 것이다. 한국 사회에 거주하는 이주민이 다른 환경과 낯선 문화에 정착하고 적응하는 것은 매우 커다란 어려움이 있다. 이 글에서는 다문화 사회의 이해는 이주민에 대한 이해와 밀접하게 맞물려 있다는 것을 지적하려고 한다. 다문화 사회의 이해가 비기독교인 대학생 선교를 위한 중요한 실마리를 제공할 것으로 기대한다. 왜냐하면 기독교의 세계관이나 성서적 교훈을 배우지 못하거나 인식하지 못했던 비기독교인 대학생의 상황이 한국 사회에 거주하는 이주민의 정체성과 흡사한 부분을 발견할 수 있기 때문이다. 이 글에서 먼저 다문화 사회를 지향하는 한국 사회를 진단하고, 인식의 전환을 요청하는 한국 사회의 다문화 상황을 고찰한다. 다문화 사회의 이해가 한국 사회 구성원과 이주민의 상호의존성을 지니고 있다는 것을 지적함으로써 대학생 선교가 상호관계와 상호호혜에 바탕을 둔 방향으로 전개되어야 할 것을 제안할 필요가 있다. 이주민과의 소통과 공존을 지향하는 다문화 사회의 이해는 기독교 대학에서의 대학생 선교를 위한 대안적 관점을 제공한다.

체계적인 방위산업기술보호를 위한 보호체계 우선순위 분석 연구

The outflow of defense technology can cause serious damage not only in terms of business losses, but also in terms of national security and national interests. Recently, the government has enacted the Defense Technology Security Act, recognizing the importance of technology in the defense industry, and prepared guidelines for the defense technology security accordingly. According to the law, institutions and companies with defense technologies should establish a defense technology protection system, and the government should implement various technology protection policies to improve their level of technology protection. In this study, the implications were derived by comparing existing technology protection guidelines and priority analysis was performed on the protection system details through AHP for self-diagnosis items in the defense technology security guidelines. As a result, it is expected that it will enable efficient diagnosis of the level of protection and policy support for the systematic establishment of the protection system for the target institutions. 방위산업기술의 유출은 해당 기업의 영업 손실뿐만 아니라 국가안보 및 국익 차원에서도 심각한 피해를 야기할 수 있다. 최근 정부는 방위산업기술의 중요성을 인식하여 방위산업기술보호법을 제정하였고, 그에 따른 방위산업기술 보호지침을 마련 하였다. 법규에 따르면 방위산업기술을 보유한 기관 및 업체는 방위산업기술 보호체계를 구축해야 하며, 정부는 이들의 기술 보호 수준 향상을 위해 다양한 기술보호 정책을 수립하고 추진해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 기술보호지침에 대한 비교를 통해 시사점을 도출하고 방위산업기술 보호지침의 자가진단 항목을 대상으로 AHP 기법을 통해 보호체계 세부항목에 대한 우 선순위 분석을 하였다. 이를 통해 대상기관에 대한 보호수준의 효율적 진단과 보호체계의 체계적인 구축을 위한 정책 지원이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
