225AF 배선용 차단기를 위한 전자식 액추에이터 설계 및 해석

기존 배선용 차단기는 바이메탈이나 스프링을 이용한 기계식 매커니즘으로 구동을 하였다. 이러한 기계식 매커니즘은 가격이 저렴한 반면, 원격 개폐가 어려운 단점을 가진다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에선 배선용 차단기에 기존 전자식 액추에이터의 한 종류인 SPMA(Separated Permanent Magnet Actuator)를 적용하였고, 225AF 용량에 대하여 설계 및 해석을 진행하였다. 설계된 모델의 해석 기법은 실험을 통해 검증하였다.
Zebrafish에서 인간 KCNE1 유전자 발현에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 zebrafish에 인간의 KCNE1 유전자가 삽입된 형광단백질 vector를 microinjection하고, 그 발현여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 먼저 양 말단에 제한효소(EcoRΙ, BamHΙ) site를 넣어 제작한 primer들로 genomic DNA에서 KCNE1 유전자를 분리하였다. 그 결과는 약 402 bp 크기의 DNA band였고 이 PCR 산물을 형광단백질 vector인 pPB-CMVp-EF1-GreenPuro 속에 클로닝하여 pPB-CMVp-hKCNE1-EF1-GreenPuro plasmid를 제작하였다. 이렇게 준비된 형광 vector를 zebrafish 수정란에 microinjection하였고, 부화된 치어에서 RT-PCR과 DNA sequencing을 통해 GFP 및 hKCNE1의 발현을 최종 확인하였다. 본 연구는 향후 QT 연장증후군(LQTs)에 대한 동물 모델로써 신경자극 전도, 유전자 치료, 유용 유전자 클로닝을 위한 기술 개발에 응용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study was aimed to produce a transgenic zebrafish expressing the human KCNE1 gene. Initially, the entire CDS of the human KCNE1 gene was amplified from a human genomic DNA sample by polymerase chain reaction using a primer set engineered with restriction enzyme sites (EcoRⅠ, BamH Ⅰ) at the 5’ end of each primer. The resultant 402 bp KCNE1 amplicon flanked by EcoR1 and BamH1 was obtained and subsequently cloned into a plasmid vector pPB-CMVp-EF1-GreenPuro. The integrity of the cloned CDS sequence was confirmed by DNA sequencing analysis. Next, the recombinant vector containing the human KCNE1 (pPB-CMVp-hKCNE1-EF1-GreenPuro) was introduced into fertilized eggs of zebrafish by microinjection. Successful expression of the recombinant vector in the eggs was confirmed by the expression of the fluorescence protein encoded in the vector. Finally, in order to assure that the stable expression of the human KCNE1 gene occurred in the transgenic animal, RNAs were extracted from the animal and the presence of KCNE1 transcripts was confirmed by RT-PCT as well as DNA sequencing analysis. The study provides a methodology to construct a useful transgenic animal model applicable to the development of diagnostic technologies for gene therapy of LQTS (Long QT Syndrome) as well as tools for cloning of useful genes in fish.
가소성 폴리머/탄소소재 복합재료의 열전도도 특성에 관한 연구

In this study, polymer matrix and carbon filler which are on the influence of different manufacturing conditions and type of polymer matrix were used for the fabrication of thermal conductive composite materials. The carbon material was used MWCNT (multi walled carbon nanotubes), the polymer matrix were used PP (polypropylene) and HDPE (high density polyethylene). For the fabrication of the composite materials, pristine MWCNT and ball-milled MWCNT, with altered lengths, were mixed with polymer matirx (0, 2, 4, and 6 wt. % MWCNT) using stirring device with an internal mixer. An attrition ball mill was used for the milling of MWCNT with different milling times (15, 30, 45, and 60 min). The analysis of the MWCNT particle length and change of powder properties were done by FE-SEM and nano raman spectroscopy. The thermal characteristic was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA). And, the thermal conductivity values of the PP/MWCNT and HDPE/MWCNT composite was analyzed by laser flash method. The effects of milling time on the thermal conductivity were evaluated.
혈청 비타민 D 레벨 및 혈중 지질 농도와 건선: 단일 3차 의료기관에 내원한 한국인 건선 환자를 대상으로 한 임상적 고찰

Background: Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease. Some studies have demonstrated a relationship of psoriasis with vitamin D (Vit D) deficiency or serum lipid levels. Objective: We aimed to compare serum levels of Vit D and lipids in patients with active psoriasis and control subjects. Additionally, we analyzed the relationship of disease severity with serum Vit D and lipid levels. Methods: A total of 243 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Statistical data were evaluated, and the values were considered significant at p<0.05. Results: Statistically significant difference in Vit D levels between the psoriasis (n=117) and the control groups (n=126) was not found. In addition, an association between Vit D levels and the disease severity, using the psoriasis area and severity index (PASI) was not observed. The proportion of overweight patients (body mass index [BMI]≥ 23 kg/m2) was higher in the psoriasis group than in the control group, and there was a significant relationship between the increase in PASI and the serum triglycerides (TG) levels (p<0.05). Conclusion: The psoriasis and control groups did not show a statistical difference in serum Vit D levels. In the subgroup analysis of cases with normal BMI, excluding the underlying disease, no significant difference in Vit D levels between the two groups was observed. However, the association of psoriasis with factors, such as BMI and TG, was found to be significant; hence, these could be therapeutic targets in patients with psoriasis to improve their quality of life. Controlled and well-designed studies are required in the future. (Korean J Dermatol 2021;59(10):749∼760)
