        오배자의 항 주름 효과 및 미백 효과에 미치는 실험적 연구

        Recently, the demands for the effective and safe depigmentating and anti-aging agents of the skin have increased due to the medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetic reasons. The aim of this study is to search Galla Rhois (GR) inhibitory activity against aging process of skin in vitro. GR was screened for their inhibitory activity against elastase. GR (final concentration 1 mg/ml) appeared over 40% of inhibition of elastase activity. So we investigated anti wrinkle effects of GR look through MMP-1 inhibition activity. Also Extracts of GR showed higher anti-tyrosinase activity than arbutin (final concentration 1 mg/ml). These results suggest that GR could be potential sources of anti-aging and whitening effects for the skin. Objective : Galla Rhois extracts, Elastase (pancreatic from porcine pancreas), N-Succinyl-(Ala)3-p-nitroanilide, Ursolic acid, mushroom tyrosinase, L-tyrosine, arbutin, Amicon Ultra, Hand Hold UV lamp, MMP-1 primary antibody, MMP-1 secondary antibody Result : 1. GR appeared over 40% of elastase inhibitory activity. 2. GR had MMP-1 inhibition activity. 3. GR showed higher anti-tyrosinase activity than arbutin. Conclusion : According to above results, it is supposed that Galla Rhois could be strong potential sources of anti-aging and whitening effects for the skin.

        소규모 및 중앙집중식 바이오가스 시설의 타당성 및 에너지 생산량에 관한 경상남도의 사례

        목적 : 지역내 바이오매스 발생량을 토대로 다중원료 병합 소화(multi-feedstock digestion)의 혼합조건에서 처리요구량과 에너지 생산 잠재량 및 바이오가스 시설의 처리 규모를 예측하고, 구축된 예측 모델을 통하여 소규모 중앙집 중식 바이오가스 시설의 잠재성과 타당성을 규명하는 데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 방법 : 경상남도 전체와 각 시・군과 동・리 별로 주요 가용 바이오매스의 발생량 및 해당 바이오매스를 혐기성 소화 시에 생산할 수 있는 최대 에너지 생산량을 각 해당 지역의 바이오매스 발생량을 기준으로 mapping 하였으며, 병합 소화(codigestion)의 각 시나리오(C1-C5)에 따른 처리량, 에너지 생산 잠재량 및 혐기성 소화에 필요한 처리 규모를 조사하였다. 사용된 바이오매스로는 돈분(PS), 음식물류폐기물(FW), 도축부산물(SW), 슬러지(SL)가 포함되었으며, 가장 작은 행정단위인 동・리의 경우별 산정에서는 C1의 경우 PS 단독소화, C2의 경우 PS:FW 7:3 병합 소화, C3의 경우 PS:SW 9:1 병합 소화, C4의 경우 다중 병합 소화로서PS:FW:SW=6.5:2.8:0.8, 마지막으로 C5의 경우 C4+SL의 다중(4종) 병합 소화를 적용하였다. 결과 및 토의 : 경상남도에서 총 발생하는 해당 바이오매스의 발생량은 9,430 ton/d, 연간 167백만 CH4 m3/y에 해당하는 메탄 생산 잠재량을 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 연간 석유환산톤 기준 156,000 TOE/y의 에너지생산 잠재량이 있는 것으로 나타나, 732.7 GW의 전력 생산이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. PS의 단독 혐기성 소화(C1) 대비 병합 소화를 실행했을 때 최대 720%(C5)까지 전력생산이 증가될 수 있는 것으로 나타났으며, PS와 음식물폐기물을 7:3으로 혼합한 C2의 경우, PS과 SW을 9:1의 비율로 혼합한 C3에 비해 약 18% 더 많은 전력 생산 효과를 가져오는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 대부분 지역에서 바이오매스의 치우침 현상이 매우 큰 것으로 드러났으며, 농・산촌 지역에서의 대체 자원의 확보 및 여러 바이오매스를 통합 소화하여 혐기성 소화의 안정성과 높은 CH4 생산량을 달성하는 것이 주요한 인자로 분석되었다. 바이오매스의 밀집도가 높은 지역의 경우 유럽 표준의 대규모 바이오가스 시설이 가능할 것으로 예측되며, 25개 동・리 지역의 경우 중소규모 바이오가스 시설이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. Objectives : The primary goals of this research were to assess the viability and practicality of small-scale village facilities as well as central commercial biogas plants. Additionally, the study aimed to create predictive models by exploring various codigestion scenarios. Methods : The study conducted a comprehensive analysis of available biomass and its maximum energy potential through anaerobic digestion in every city, county, and village within South Gyeongsang province. Five distinct codigestion scenarios were explored, encompassing assessments of processing capacity, energy production potential, and the necessary digester capacity for anaerobic digestion. At the village level, the scenarios comprised: C1, which involved sole digestion of manure; C2, codigestion of manure and food waste in a 7:3 ratio; C3, codigestion of pig slurry and slaughterhouse waste in a 9:1 ratio; C4, multiple codigestion with PS:FW:SW=6.5:2.8:0.8; and finally, C5, involving the addition of sewage and sewage sludge to the codigestion process of C4's biomass. Results and Discussion : The biomass generated in South Gyeongsang province was 9430 tons/day, with a methane production potential of 167 million cubic meters/year. This biomass had an energy production potential of 156,000 TOE/year and a potential electricity generation of 732.7 GW/year, based on the annual petroleum conversion ton. Codigestion (C5) enabled up to 720% more electricity generation compared to sole digestion of manure (C1). Mixing pig slurry and food waste in a 7:3 ratio resulted in approximately 18% more electricity production compared to the case where manure was mixed with slaughterhouse by-products in a 9:1 ratio. Conclusion : Biomass imbalance was significant in most regions, particularly due to high variations in food waste generation between regions. Obtaining alternative resources and integrating various biomass for anaerobic digestion, especially in rural areas, is crucial for achieving stable anaerobic digestion and high methane production. Regions with high biomass density are predicted to support large-scale biogas facilities following European standards, while 25 villages showed the potential for small-scale biogas facilities.

        가미계지탕(加味桂枝湯)이 알레르기 비염에 미치는 효과에 대한 연구

        This study is for Gamigyejitang's effects on the histological change s of allergic rhinitis. for this purpose, the changes of the mucosa epithelium and the submucosa tissue of nose were observed and the effects on neutrophil count and eosinophil count in blood were estimated. The rats were divided into normal group, control group and experimental group. Control group was administered normal saline and experimental group was administerd Gamigyejitang. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The epithelium layer of experimental group was restored to normal thickness and state nearly. 2. The submucosa tissue of experimental group was restored to normal state nearly. 3. The neutrophil count and eosinophil count were decreased in the experimental group(Gamigyejitang treated group) as compared with the control group but not significantly. According to above results, it is supposed that Gamigyejitang has considerable effect on allergic rhinitis and could be applicated to treat the nasal mucosa edema and several symptoms.

        보육교사가 인식한 중간관리자의 사회적 지지와 조직풍토 간의 관계에서 교사 셀프리더십의 매개효과

        This study examined the mediating effect of teachers’ self-leadership on the relationship between middle managers’ social support and the organizational climate perceived by daycare teachers. The participants were 275 daycare teachers working in a daycare center in area C. Data were collected through a survey to examine middle managers’ social support, organizational climate, and teachers’ self-leadership as perceived by daycare teachers. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analyses. The results of this study were as follows: First, there is a significant positive relationship between middle managers’ social support, organizational climate, and teachers’ self-leadership. Second, teachers’ self-leadership had a statistically significant partial mediating effect on the effects of middle managers’ social support perceived by daycare teachers on the organizational climate. The findings of this study provide a basis for implementing practical measures to enhance the capacity of middle managers to create a healthy organizational climate in daycare centers, develop teacher self-leadership programs, and support positive interactions between them.
