This study was carried out to investigate antioxidative effects of Rumex crispus L. (R. crispus) root extracts and protective effects on Human HaCaT keratinocyte. The extracts were prepared by ethanol extraction method. The antioxidant activities of extracts was used the method of DPPH radical, SOD similar activation, total polyphenolics and flavonoids content and protective effects on human HaCaT keratinocyte. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of the aerial part of R. crispus root extracts showed a considerable IC50 value (86.06 μg/mL) and it was higher than that of BHT standard oxidant. The contents of total phenolics (99.3 μg/mL) and flavonoids (48.0 μg/mL). The SOD-like activity of showed 51.76% at 500 μg/mL. In our results, treatment with R. crispus root extracts did not show cytotoxicity on HaCaT keratinocyte beneath the concentration of 100 μg/mL. R. crispus root extracts showed protective effect against cell death of HaCaT cell induced by hydrogen peroxide significantly. These results suggested that R. crispus root extracts may have antioxidative effects on human skin and also potential as functional material and cosmetic products composites. So continuous studies for them would be desirable.

자외선 조사에 의한 모발의 색상 변화에 미치는 영향

In this study, we investigated the hair-color`s changes of healthy hair and various damaged hair, which treated from chemical product, by irradiation UVA or UVC in air. △E of healthy hair and various damaged hair by irradiation with 254 nm or 350 nm lamp was increased according to irradiation time. The V-HR, C-HR, BSC-HR and RSC-HR coated sunscreen agent by irradiation with 254 nm lamp didn`t get the effect of the sunscreen but could get the effect of the sunscreen by irradiation with 350 nm lamp in air. The reason of this result is different from absorbent wavelength of sunscreen products. The sunscreen effect of B-HR coated with sunscreen agent by irradiation with 254 nm and 350 lamp could obtained.

청·장년층 전자담배흡연자의 주관적 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인: 2019년 지역사회건강조사 자료 활용

This descriptive study was conducted to examine self rated health and factors influencing self rated health among e-cigarette smoking young and elderly community residents. The data were from the community health survey 2019 and the subjectis were 2,607 participants aged 19-50 years. Data analysis was conducted by descriptive statistics, χ² test, univariate multinominal logistic regression using SPSS 26.0 program and SPSS complex samples statistics. As a result of the study, 90.2% of the young and old e-cigarette smokers had a good subjective health condition and 9.8% had a poor subjective health condition. The factors affecting the subjective health status of e-cigarette smokers are gender(p=.006), age(p=.036), income level(p=.044) in Model I, and physical activity (p=.033) and stress (p<.001) in Model II. As a strategy to improve the subjective health status and quit smoking of e-cigarette smokers in the young and old, nursing intervention strategies are needed to increase physical activity and reduce stress. 본 연구는 우리나라 청·장년층 전자담배흡연자의 주관적 건강상태와 주관적 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 2019년 지역사회건강조사 원시자료를 활용하였으며, 성인 19-50세의 전자담배흡연 청·장년층 지역주민에 포함되는 2,607명의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 자료는 SPSS/WIN/26.0 프로그램의 복합표본분석 모듈을 이용하여, 기술통계, χ² test, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 청·장년층 전자담배 흡연자의 주관적 건강상태 양호군은 90.2%, 주관적 건강상태 불량군은 9.8%로 나타났으며, 전자담배흡연자의 주관적 건강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 Model I에서는 성별(p=.006), 연령(p=.036), 소득수준(p=.044), Model II에서는 신체활동(p=.033), 스트레스(p<.001)로 나타났다. 즉, 청·장년층 전자담배 흡연자에게 전자담배 흡연의 유해성에 대한 정확한 정보제공으로 자신의 주관적 건강상태에 대한 올바른 인식개선이 필요하며, 이들의 금연을 돕기 위한 운동 및 스트레스 관리 등의 맞춤형 건강관리 간호중재가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

비만관리 교육을 포함한 수중운동 프로그램이 지역사회 비만여성의 신체기능에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 비만관리 교육을 통해 비만에 대한 지식이 선행된 상태에서, 실천한 수중운동 프로그램이 지역사회 비만여성의 신체기능에 미치는 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상자는 D광역시 A보건지소의 건강교실에서 참여를 희망한 자로 51세에서 79세의 비만여성 20명이 8주 동안 프로그램에 참여하였다. 비만관리 교육이 포함된 수중운동프로그램은 주 2회, 20분 동안 비만관리 교육과 60분의 수중운동 프로그램을 포함하여 총 120분으로 구성되었다. 비만관리 교육은 신체활동 실천과 식이섭취 교육에 중점을 두어 실시되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 8주간의 비만관리 교육을 포함한 수중운동 프로그램 후 비만여성의 복부둘레, 체중, 체질량 지수가 감소되었고(p<.05, p<.001,p<.001), 악력이 증가되어(p<.05), 비만감소와 근력증진에 효과적인 프로그램임을 알 수 있었다. 후속 연구시 연구 대상자의 수를 늘리고, 대조군을 갖춘 실험설계 연구와 대상자가 직접 참여하고 주도하는 참여형 비만관리 수중운동 프로그램으로 개발 할 필요가 있다. 또한, 지속적인 생활습관 개선을 위한 추가적인 전략이 필요함을 제언한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of a practiced aquatic exercise program on the body function of obese women in the community, with knowledge of obesity preceded by obesity management education. The subjects were 20 obese women aged 51 to 79 who participated in the program for 8 weeks among the participants of health program in S healthcare center in D city. The aquatic exercise program, which includes obesity management training, consists of a total of 110 minutes, including twice a week, 20 minutes of obesity management training, and 60 minutes of aquatic exercise program. Obesity management education focuses on physical activity practice and dietary training. The results of this study showed that the aquatic exercise program including the 8 - week obesity management training decreased abdominal circumference, body weight and body mass index (p <.001, p <.001, p <.001),increased grip strength(P <.05), which is an effective program for reducing obesity and improving muscle power. In the follow-up study, it is necessary to increase the number of subjects and to develop the experimental design study with the control group and the participatory obesity management underwater exercise program that the participant directly participates and leads. It also suggests that additional strategies for continuous lifestyle improvement are needed.

This study aims to verify whether understanding and knowledge acquirement of cosmetic ingredients increase satisfaction in the use of wrinkle and acne, skin-lightening cosmetics. 61 estheticians who own skin care salons in Gwangju participated in survey, and the results are as follows. First, as there is more understanding about skin care cosmetics and more knowledge about cosmetics ingredients, there was a significant effect in satisfaction of using skin-lightening cosmetics. Second, understanding about skin care cosmetics did not have significant effect on satisfaction of using acne cosmetics, but knowledge in skin care cosmetics ingredients had significant effect on satisfaction of using acne cosmetics, showing a difference. Third, understanding about skin care cosmetics did not have significant effect on satisfaction of using wrinkle improvement cosmetics, but knowledge about skin care cosmetics ingredients had significant effect on satisfaction of using wrinkle improvement cosmetics, showing a difference. Fourth, the period of showing the effects after using each type of skin care cosmetics was after 4 to 6 months in all of skin-lightening cosmetics and acne, wrinkle improvement cosmetics; and satisfaction about the use was in the order of skin-lightening cosmetics, acne cosmetics, and wrinkle improvement cosmetics. The results show that estheticians can increase the effects of care through continuous education about ingredients in using cosmetics.

연성재료로 구성된 신개념 압력용기의 제작

Shellular 연속되는 부드러운 박막으로 구성되며 최소곡면 형상에 10^-2g/cc 이하의 극저밀도를 가진 다공질 재료로서, 중공 트러스로 구성된 종래의 micro-architectured material 과 달리 stretching dominated 변형하여 세계 최고의 강도를 가진다. Shellular의 제작방법은 최소곡면 형상의 template 제조, 균일한 두께의 금속 박막의 무전해 도금, 일부 연삭 후 template 식각 과정으로 이루어진다. 충분한 내압강도를 갖는 shellular 압력용기의 제작을 위하여, 본 연구에서는 충분한 연성을 갖는 구리 박막 무전해 도금공정의 확립, 제작된 구리 박막의 인장실험을 통한 기계적 물성과 연성 확인, 최종적으로 확립된 구리 도금법을 통한 압력용기 제작을 진행한다. 나아가 제작된 압력용기의 내압특성을 확인하고 이를 FEA 결과와 비교한다. 확립된 구리 무전해 도금은 70 도의 고온에서 진행되므로 니켈 합금의 무전해도금보다 template의 손상을 일으키기 쉽다 또한 도금과정에서 필연적으로 수소를 발생시키므로 도금박막에 결함과 취성을 유발하는 경향이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위한 도금공정의 개선을 시도하였다. 그 결과를 검증하기 위해서 최종적으로 형성된 구리 박막의 인장실험의 결과를 제시하였다.

퍼머넌트 웨이브 로션 중 환원제의 함량 비율에 따른 모발의 컬 형성과 지속성

For observing the excellent persistency and ideal curl shape according to reducing agent`s quantity and rate of permanent wave lotion, I made permanent wave lotion containing reducing agent, 100% MTG (Monoethanolamine Thioglycolate), Thioglycolic acid and Systein 2:1 (g/g), Thioglycolic acid and Cystein 1:2 (g/g) and Permanent wave lotion with 100% Cystein. The result of permanent wave to healthy hair and dyed hair with each permanent wave lotion, If you applied same reducing agent, the more they were leaved alone or the temperature gets higher, there made a high ridge on healthy hair, and you could see the excellent persistency on ideal curl shape. Although there were similar shape on dyed hair, the more the time passes or temperature gets higher, the curls on dyed hair lengthened or get dried.
