This study was made to the adult females over 20's in the family that prepared the ritual food personally or in the family that conducts ritual or did not do the ritual for the religious reasons. And based on the prepare method of the ritual food, ritual and recognition of ritual good. 245 responses which took up 80.86% had responded they do the ritual or semi-ritual and Buddhism was most prominent religion among them. The cost for ritual food also had statically significant differences by the age, marriage status and income and on the terms of the income, more the income was more they spend on the ritual food. The ritual utensil used for the ritual food also show significant differences by the age, marriage status, family make-up formation, religion. The form and meaning of the ritual have been changed as the society changes but is still important subject matter for most of homes. Responders were preparing the ritual with all the sincerity to their ancestors with practical and realistic decisions.
아연-공기 전지용 전해질의 Gelling Agent 분자량에 따른 자가 방전 억제 효과

A zinc-air battery is one of most promising advanced batteries due to its high specific energy density, low cost, and environmental friendliness. However, zinc anodes in zinc-air batteries lead to several issues including self-discharge, corrosion reaction, and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). In this paper, viscosity of electrolyte has been controlled to suppress the corrosion reaction, HER, and self-discharge behavior. Various viscosity average molecular weights of poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) are adopted to prepare the electrolyte. The evaporation of electrolytes is proportional to the increase in molecular weight. In addition, enhanced self-discharge behavior is obtained when the gelling agent with high molecular weight is used. In addition, the zinc-air cell assembled with lower viscosity average molecular weight of PAA (M<sub>v</sub> ~ 450,000) delivers 510.85 mAh/g and 489.30 mAh/g of discharge capacity without storage and with 6 hr storage, respectively. Also, highest capacity retention (95.78 %) is obtained among studied materials.

한 경쟁 시대를 맞아 기업의 기존 고객 유지의 중요성이 강조되고 있는 가운데 여러 분야에서 CRM에 관한 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 연구는 기존의 CRM연구들을 고찰하고 이를 통해 CRM의 정의 및 종류를 재정립하여 실무자들을 위한 제언과 학계의 연구자들을 위해 미래 연구방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 1990년 이후의 국내외 연구들을 정리하여 CRM의 과거의 연구과제와, 현재의 위상 그리고 미래 방향 부분으로 나누어서 이슈들을 제시하고자 하였다. Because of today's intensive competitive environment, companies are taking new avenues to make inroads into or maintain their existing customers. Also many researchers have been studying areas of CRM in different perspectives. In this study, we review the previous studies critically and synthesize the concept and types of CRM from different points of view. Based on the consensus about the definition of CRM, this study propose some issues for the future study while suggesting some advices for the CRM managers. This paper review the most papers in major marketing journals after 1990 and consist of three parts (past, present and future of CRM) and its research issues.
