Purpose: Intestinal failure (IF) is a complex clinical condition requiring a multi-disciplinary team approach. Our objective was to set up the treatment protocols and education documents for IF patients for development of intestinal rehabilitation programs in our hospital. Methods: We compared the number of inpatients, length of hospital stay, mode of nutrition and calorie supply at discharge, and the frequency of blood transfusions before and after quality improvement of multidisciplinary activities, in order to evaluate the indirect effects of new protocols and training materials and for development of the intestinal rehabilitation system. Results: We integrated eleven protocols for treatment and monitoring and seven educational materials for patients and caregivers. We compared indirect effects before and after the quality improvement activities. The number of IF patients hospitalized was reduced from 12 to 9. The mean days of hospital stay was decreased from 322 days to 73 days, the average number of monthly blood transfusions was also reduced from 1.8 to 0.3. In addition, the percentage of patients administered enteral nutrition and calories supplied was increased at discharge. Conclusion: By integrating IF protocols and education materials for IF patients, we found possible indirect effects of intestinal rehabilitation using a multidisciplinary team approach.

Process of production of rapid prototype increase to material in stratification or does solidification and fill section of each layer as is perfect as increases volume. however,time and expense bring exhausted shortcoming. Because this adds volume of unnecessary section. Wish to solve this defect using hollow model. The inside is empty the model has the wall thickness which is uniform and the inside is empty to create the model. This paper wished to grasp that do empty solid model's properties of matter inside and grasp applicable thickness to actuality product.

As a life cycle of product has shortend, Rapid prototyping has come into the spotlight to shortened the time of producint a prototype. But It followed in laminated directivity and of the prototype production which is decided the interference which Beccuase of invisible rough surface, some inferences have occured during an assembly hour. Consequently, This study on rapid prototyping has parameter to determine surface roughness and surface form precision of total shape. In order to improve Surface form precision, it can control parameters which are Laminate Height, Layer Hatch Overcue, Fill Cure Depth. In addition, we found the parameter which have a deep effect on surface roughness among various parameters, and then, tried to reduce the interference that can be occurred by surface roughness during assembly.

As the design of product become one of the important factor when a purchaser makes a decision, the design of product has been changed from straight line to curve. It is required to apply more complex numerical formula and a minute design. Reverse Engineering can solve problems on the curved surface design. Nowadays, it has been proceeding to study about applying reverse engineering for press mould products. It, however, is limited for inspections for a finial step for the product. PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects using pressure biofeedback and teaching abdominal hollowing exercise on pelvic stabilization during the active straight leg raising test. METHOD: The subjects were divided into 3 groups who were fourty eight healthy participants, aged 20~25 years recruited for this study. First group wad control group. This group didn`t any education. Second group was teaching them for a week. And last group was teaching abdominal hollowing exercise. The rotation angles of pelvic were measured by the motion anayalyser on flat surface and on form roll for the active leg raising. RESULT: Using pressure biofeedback and teaching abdominal hollowing exercise groups were significantly effective than control group in rotation angles of pelvis. And using pressure biofeedback group was more effective than teaching core stability muscles contraction group. CONCLUSION: This study suggested that patients with low back pain and pelvic instability can improve pelvic stabilization through pressure biofeedback and teaching abdominal hollowing exercise.

In this study, we develop automatic design program, which create 3D model of spur gear and helical gear used VisualLISP and create helical gear in the CATIA using 2D profile of gear. This model become the standard model, which give not only in itself mold information but also compare processed product with measuring date. Spur gears support mathematical examination of involute curve and trocoidal fillet curve. Automatic design program, which have a mathematical development, create the profile of spur gears.
